D has been my barber 💈 normally get a low taper every week. Was getting cut @ JP hair design but their schedule too packed and busy. D always gets me in and does it right !

Erin has been cutting my hair for over 15 yrs.! Needless to say, I highly recommend his work. Erin makes you feel welcome when you go in his shop. He listens to your requests, consults if you have questions, always has your needs in mind. If I see something that is out of line later that day, Erin is good about making it right. Erin is a good conversationalist and Ive enjoyed our conversations about a range of topics. I appreciate that he doesnt talk about folks or tear down other businesses. I also appreciate that Erin doesnt let the fellas get too far out of hand when this old lady is in the shop- he keeps it respectful while they still enjoy carrying on like in an old school barber shop.

We have been using Resilient Hair Designs to cut our 2 boys hair; and for the most part they have done a decent job.I wouldn’t say it is child friendly. But it is a black owned barbershop 💈!On another note- I am extremely disappointed my husband and I just called them; and the IWBER (AARON) answers the phone, very rude and professional. Asks if they cut locs off he says: yup. And lots of short answers. Then when asked what is the process, how much, and what is included? He had the nerve to tell and said “YOOO D” (Debo) This guy wants to know what you do to cut off locs or something in that order. He ended up getting on the phone; very rude. When asked to repeat since he was breaking in and out he caught was upset. Furthermore, I told my husband just to hang up. We will look elsewhere. Disappointed in them. Went In This Shop Looking For A Haircut Because I’m New In Town Been To 3 Different Barbers Up Here Needless To Say I Have Found My Barbershop The Service Was Great Clean And Covid Friendly Definitely Give Them A Try Not To Mention They Cut All Different Styles Of Hair Thanks So Much Guys

Waited for an hr keep in mind it was only me waiting and when it was finally my turn they took someone else that had been waiting for only 10 mins instead without an appointment no sign in sheet very Im organized poor customer service i just got up and left her dissapointed
