I hadn’t been able to run my fingers through my hair for 6 months because it was so severely damaged from bleaching it too much this past summer. Lydia was my hair stylist and she did a great job! She dried and styled it gorgeously! She listened to what I wanted and verified with me the different lengths I was asking and she was suggesting. I recommend to make an appointment and if so make one with yLydia! I got a wash, cut and style in a decent amount of time especially with me giving her little notice to try to come in! Great conversationalist as well!!

I have been going to Regis for a few years and always have Lydia cut my hair. I have never had better haircuts until now. I can always count on getting exactly the right cut for me from her. She listens to me and takes her time to get the cut just right. She also checks along the way to make sure it’s exactly what I want. She’s the best.

I got a bayalage yesterday and I am 125% pleased. My hair has never looked better and I am just so happy. Would recommend this salon in a heart beat. I cannot remember who cut my hair but she was a beautiful woman with red hair who is extremely talented, friendly, and personable. Thank you so much!!

It was great that I was able to get in for same day appointment for cut and color. She cut my hair just like I wanted. I showed her a few pictures for color and asked which one she felt she could give me. She agreed to one of them. I asked her if I could look at the color after she colored, shampoo and blew dry my hair. I noticed blotches and that my hair had an orange/bronze tint. She said that she did not notice it and that it turned out very good. I paid for the service because I did get the service done, even though I am not satisfied. I even gave her a tip. I am very unhappy with the color. I dont want this to be a bad review, but I just dont get how a stylist can ignore what the client is saying. I was able to speak to the manager today, who scheduled me in her schedule in a timely manner. I am satisfied that they are willing to correct the color.

I have gone to see Melissa at the West Towne Mall location three times within the last two years. She is better than great! My first visit with her was a scary one because I had made the decision to chop nearly 11 off my hair and had never gone that short before. Melissa did a fantastic job! I got many compliments on the cut!I waited about 2 years for it two grow out before cutting it again. I just wanted a quick trim so after making a few calls, I decided to go back to Regis. I saw Melissa again. She did a wonderful job cutting my hair and had recommended a permanent straightening treatment, since I flat iron my hair to help control some of the frizz. I made another appointment based on her recommendation and I am so glad that I did! I had my hair permed straight by Melissa. I cannot believe that this was never recommended to me in the past. It is fantastic. If you have thick, wavy hair like me and always find yourself trying to keep it smooth and straight, then TALK TO MELISSA ABOUT THIS TREATMENT!I highly recommend Regis at West Towne Mall -- ask to see Melissa!

Courtney or Vanessa has done my hair and I always get so many compliments! Appointments are typically easy to get on short notice.

I had my hair cut by Lydia today and she did a tremendous job. She listened to how I wanted it to look and it turned out exactly how I wanted and looks great. My hair is fine (as opposed to thick) so it can be easy to cut badly, but it looks great! Will definitely go here again.

Had my hair cut by Vanessa a couple days ago. She definitely seemed fresh out of school and took her time, but my hair cut came out looking great. Ill ask for her from now on. 👍🏻

Only thing I didn’t like about this salon is that they say they can work with African American hair but the service I got reflected differently.... they really had no idea what to do with my hair. I got a wash press and cut. the cut was good of course they just don’t know how to press hair which is what they shouldn’t be telling women of color they know how to do. I’m just going to stick to going to Milwaukee. It’s just a lack of education at this location which is unfortunate. 3 stars for trying. But please be more upfront for the work you do if you’re going to charge $65 dollars.

Came here to have a bad cut and color corrected for Mia and max (their sister studio) asked for the manager. I had a 2pm appointment. Waited 30 minutes and got told it would be an additional 25. NO. Just no, now I want a full refund of my $183. And, they have no direct number for corporate, just tell you to take a survey online.This is bad Customer Service. I want my money back now. I was willing to just take in-store credit and get my hair fixed. Not anymore!

I dont care what anyone says, I love Regis and I love my hairstist Jeimi (Jamie) she is wonderful and the only person that will ever touch my hair. Extremely talented and has excellent costumer service. Has never let me down and only blows me away more and more each time. I suggest anyone who wants a QUALITY haircut or hair color to come to Regis and see her.

I got my hair dyed there by jessica she dose hair SO GOOD if you are thinking about going here ask for jessica she was so nice we had amazing talks and I left with my hair dealing very healthy and happy. THANKYOU JESSICA

Went in today to get an all over blonde color with highlights. My hair was literally the same color as it was before she started putting the color in. I was extremely upset at the fact that I paid over $100 for my hair to look the same. Never going here again.

NEVER AGAIN! Went in for a haircut and can came out super disappointed. The lady who cut my hair didnt follow my instructions and cut it way shorter than what I wanted. Worse part it isnt EVEN! I would post a picture, but it is a complete embarrassment. I wont let me post with no stars which is the reason why I am giving 1 star but literally should get no stars. Ohhhhh and may I add that when I told the lady that isnt how I wanted her attitude and service was the worse!

Vanessa was beyond wonderful and understanding, I went in feeling ashamed and insecure and left feeling like a million bucks, thank you ladies.

I didnt use their services but I have a few friends who rave about this place.

Worst male hair cut i have ever seen in my life, clearly the client was very disappointed and the stylist said his hair growth like that. In top of that they charge him 25$. Obviously he had to go to a barber shop first thing in the morning next day. Waste of time and money plus had to deal with the worst hair cut!!!!
