The owner, Chuck made two visits to my property before the job to first give me a very fair quote and then the day before the job to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted. His crew arrived when scheduled, they did a fantastic job of tree removal and tree trimming. They even trimmed several not on the list (so all of them would look good). The job was done in two days and Chuck lowered the price because it did not take the 3 as expected! When they were done the crew did a great job cleaning up. Twisted Tree get my highest recommendation.

Great customer service, job performance and price! I didn’t have to leave a message and wait to hear from someone, Chuck answered the phone the first time I called and responded back when he said he would. Even came out the same day to look at the tree in question. The next day they arrived and trimmed the tree limbs we discussed. The employees were friendly, did the job quickly and they went above my expectations in cleanup. I am extremely happy with all aspects of the experience and will be using again in the near future!

Superb 5 Star Service - I cannot be more pleased with Chuck and his Twisted Tree Service crew. They did excellent work in trimming trees and cleaning up debris. He took the time to listen and even helped another elderly disabled neighbor by removing two dead trees and stacked yard cuttings. Cost was less than anticipated and discounted even further.AMAZING! I loved the fact that I did not have to leave a message. Chuck answered the phone on my first call and came out the same day to give me an estimate. Although, the extreme rain caused a delay in the job he kept me informed of when his crew would be arriving. I called several tree services, most said they would come give a quote, only to never be heard from again. I was pleased with Twisted Tree. They were competitively priced, and very professional. The owner Chuck came out to quote the job (when he said he would), and was part of the crew who did the work (I think you always get better service when the owner of a business is actually doing the work). They were very focused on my satisfaction, did a great job, and cleaned up after the job, so that the area looked like they were never there. If you need tree service Twisted Tree will not disappoint, I wont hesitate to use the again.

Twisted Tree did a great job. Needed one standing tree removed and a fallen tree removed. They responded quick and came within a couple days. Stump grinder was broken but they returned as soon as repaired and finished the job. Great service and a good price.

Awesome service! I would definitely recommend them for everybody! I am going to have them return in a few months to take down a few more trees. Communication was great, was actually a little bit early which I really liked. They had the whole job done and just a little over an hour removing a tree that was hanging over the powerlines right in front of my house.

Twisted Tree was currently working on a neighbors project when they were asked by us if while they were out could they help us. They were willing to help and within 45 minutes they had taken care of our trimming as well.

Chuck and Vincenta made quick work of two large bradford pear trees in my back yard and trimmed up the tall oak in the front. Im a wood carver, and the guys and crew were even willing to cut off smaller pieces of the tree and move them into my shed for later personal use. The stump grinder is on the fritz, so Chuck wouldnt accept full payment until they come back to finish the job. They do a great job, great value for the service, and are honest, hard workers.

We had several pecan trees with limbs overhanging the house and pool. Twisted Tree Service did an great job with cutting back the limbs and the trees still look nice. They also did an excellent job cleaning up and actually left the yard & pool cleaner than was before they came.

We had a large pine tree leaning toward the house. i called two services and got a voicemail. Then I called Twisted Tree Service and Chuck answered the phone. He told me when he could come and was here just as he said he would be. In the mean time the tree fell on its own so most of the job was cutting it up and clearing the debris. When they came, they cleaned up the fallen tree and cut several smaller trees that we requested. Before they started we were quoted a price and when they were finished, the price did not change. They were prompt and did a very good job including cleaning up afterwards. Chuck even blew some leaves off the front lawn that wasnt part of the job. Nice touch/customer service! We would recommend Twisted Tree Service anytime. Good job at a very reasonable price.

When a tree falls on your house after heavy rain, you want this company to come out to help you. Extremely courteous, helpful, efficient and professional. They did an excellent job and made a really stressful situation much better.
