They have the equipment , the manpower, but they are too much in a hurry. Leaving wood chips, parts of rotten branches, TERMITE CITY. Remove stump and roots!- they are smart enough not to go too deep and cut buried lines even if their men do it manually. Course they roll fast, fast money and so it isnt profitable to spend the time to do things perfect. I personally removed roots, and pieces of wood and woodchips for a $50 discount because I have plenty of extra time. Shape up, respect others.

I had a such a wonderful experience with GBTS and I will definitely be using them again. Butch was always so nice and helpful and Hallie was very responsive to my calls. Be sure to book their services in advance...their schedule is full! They trimmed a large tree that had gotten out of control and had cleared some invasive vines. They also took out 3 small trees that were hanging over my driveway and they ground the stumps. Just with that little bit of work I had a massive pile of debris that they hauled away. After they were done they cleaned up everything so nice and neat...they left it nicer then how they found it! :) They were super punctual, very nice and professional, and the work was complete in about an hour. My yard looks so much better now thanks to them!!

These guys don’t miss a beat. From the time they get to your property to the time they leave- all of them work - work-work. They left our property clean and free of debris. Marny let my inquisitive 8 year old grand son sit in the truck and blow the horn. He was thrilled. Can’t recommend them enough!! Highly professional! They will certainly be called again to our property.

Absolute Best...There is no other company I would use...They are VERY professional. Communicate well.... They were on time...They are quick...Do fantastic work...They are masters at what they do. I hired them for the day and they dropped 20+ trees between homes...no damage...and they cleaned up behind themselves and left absolute no mess. Each crew member was professional. Gbts has always been the best tree service in middle georgia. sometimes takes a week or two to get to you trees pending on how busy they are but most the time you wouldnt know you had a tree service at your house....

This crew hits the yard fast and does not waste any time getting the job done and they show excellent team work. They go the extra step in cleaning up the small debris that is left after the trees are removed. Also, when you consider calling a tree company you need to find out if they have the serious heavy duty equipment for the big jobs. GBTS has all of the equipment to do the big storm damage jobs. They are insured. Excellent crew in every way!

Always very communicative and polite. The tree they dropped was big and had potential to cause alot of damage. However they were very efficient and provided quality services as they cleaned the area and leveled everything out. Couldnt be more pleased.

Without exception, the best investment I have made in my new home. 2 huge trees and 6 ancient bushes removed, using crane and all. Ive never had tree work done before, but it seemed a bargain considering the front yard tree was 40 feet tall and the dead tree in back was 25 feet tall. The bushes were the originals from 50 year ago, untamed. It was worth the wait. They are busy. I think the investment will more than pay-off.

Just had several large trees cut down in our back yard. They did a great job. Had all of the big boy equipment and cleaned up very well once they were complete. We asked that they please avoid damage to our grass and they did as we asked. Very pleased!

Gray Brothers Tree Service has performed two jobs for my family this year. One job required the use of a crane while the other did not. In both Instances they did an excellent job. They were very professional, respectful, and kind. They not only took down the trees, but removed all the debris as well. Their prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend them for any job within their job description and will definitely call them again if I am in need of a tree removal.

Gray Brothers did a great job removing the huge dead pine tree from my yard. Very professional staff -- cut, moved, and cleaned up all the debris in no time at all. A+++ ... call and get an estimate -- you will not be disappointed. I would recommend and will use for all future tree service needs.

Gray Brothers recently removed 4 large trees for me. The job included grinding the stumps and removing all the debris. The job was reasonably priced. After watching the process, I was impressed with the efficiency of the equipment used and the professionalism of the crew. Bottom line is that I am totally satisfied with their work.

I highly recommend Gray Brothers Tree Service. When the recent tornado blew a treetop through the roof of my house, they came out immediately & removed it, & even coordinated with my contractor for a tarp to be placed on the roof immediately as soon as the tree was lifted off. They cleaned up all the debris, even the glass from the broken window so my dogs would not cut their feet. They returned a couple of weeks later to remove the rest of the tree, cut the broken limbs from another tree, & again cleaned up all the debris. The entire crew was professional, courteous & kind, & their prices are very reasonable. I cant say enough good things about them!!

They did a great job taking the tree out and grinding the stomp. Picked up everything not a twig anywhere.Great pricing to boot. Best deal in town.

Price was a little high but worth it. This pecan tree was huge! They removed it, hauled it away, shaved the stump down, cleaned up their mess... and some. Great Job! Andrew and Halley are very professional.
