Love the company. Ive been with them since 2014. Looking to move up to provide better for family.

Apparently the electric company hired these guys. They broke my neighbors concrete driveway with their heavy equipment. The workers could not tell me the phone number to their main office. They showed up unannounced at 0700 during my kids spring break, with a noisy wood chipper in my front yard. They knocked down a dead limb and left it in my yard. The 3 workers I spoke to were friendly, though.

The gentleman i spoke with about my mailbox getting pushed over was very polite and fixed it for me

These guys came out on behalf of GA Power and proceeded to attack large magnolia trees that had already been pruned. Totally butchered the tree, which is/was part of the landscaping. They have absolutely no common sense and no regard for private property. Recommendation to anyone reading this is to call someone else!

I have called about 4-5 times and they still havent brought me my mulch. Mind you I started calling back in May.

Not good. Not responsive. Leaves destruction and debris. Not very professional in dealing with followups for reimbursements on damages to customer personal property.

Poor service. Unacceptable business practices. Employee connected a rope from my private boat trailer to a tree like it was equipment. Employee also sat on my boat trailer while on the clock. I felt the supervisor did not take me seriously putting my boat and other property at risk. I have no trust in this company now & cannot recommend them.

They run over a deer stand and said they would reimburse me for it and never did.

One of their boys was driving a tractor and ran into our power pole that’s in the middle of a field and snapped the line I mean really obviously someone don’t need to be on a tractor

They cut trees down that fell on live wires and I could not get in and out of my driveway because of the mess they left. Which was way worse than when they arrived . Had it not been for the Georgia Power guy Mitch I still would have had to pull tree limbs bigger than me off of my driveway. I would give this company a zero if I could. There such a thing as customer service and they dont offer it!
