Hands down the best cellular shopping experience to date. I had put off purchasing a new phone and changing carriers for over a year because I didnt want to deal with the hassle of it all. Thankfully, Kelly made this a hassle free experience and enjoyable experience. Shes thorough and knowledgeable and made sure that everything was completed before I left. An awesome place, I would highly recommend them.

Salesman was very professional. This is NOT a verizon CORPORATE store though, which is where the problem lies. I went to purchase a new phone cash for my daughter to give to her at Christmas in a month. I was told that it would cost me an additional $100.00 when purchasing the phone if I did not activate it when purchasing. When I asked why I was told this is Verizon policy. This was a blatant lie. I called Verizon as was told it is NOT the policy of Verizon. I was told this is a privately owned store and unfortunately they can charge additional fees because they are privately owned. I understand and agree if it is privately owned they have all rights to charge what they like. This does not excuse being dishonest and telling me it was Verizon policy though. After some research I also found the phone was priced higher than I could purchase straight from a Verizon CORPORATE store. So if the phones are priced higher and have an additional $100.00 bump if not activating, what other extra cost are slipped in that they charge. I purchased the same phone from a Verizon CORPORATE store for less cost and without the extra $100.00 charge. Verizon directed me toward the Riverside Dr. Store 15 minutes away! Well worth the drive. This was at The Zebulon Rd. store that all this occurred.

Had a great experience! Prompt, polite, professional and knowledgeable. No wait at all, walked right in. I bought a new phone for my son, dropped two tablet lines and was in and out in under a half hour. I will never, ever go to another Verizon location. I am truly impressed with the service I received and it is such a refreshing contrast to the service I’ve received at other Verizon locations. Not only does it show what great customer service should be, it absolutely shows what customer service should NOT be. 5 stars!

Our family has had numerous cellular personnel encounters over the years, but our experience at the Verizon store on Zebulon Road in Macon, GA was by far the best experience we’ve had. We transferred all of our cell service over to Verizon. Although, this is a time consuming process, the Representative we dealt with named Ricardo was nothing but friendly and professional. He is most definitely an asset for this Verizon store and I would recommend this store to anyone looking for an excellent cell phone service experience.

This is your typical authorized retailer for Verizon they have removed the signs from outside so you no longer can tell whether or not youre going to Verizon store or an authorized retailer. Why they did this I have no idea but the results in these places are always the same they never have 100% working phones in the stores. And their goal is to just sell you something. I would never advise anyone to visit and authorized retailer unless youre just absolutely impatient and dont want to drive the extra distance to a company owned store.

A purchase to cell phones back in August. Asanda with a contract to purchase to new Samsung phones. In the promo on was $300 gift cards for both phone numbers that I brought to Verizon. I have since been screwed over lied to and told it has nothing to do with this location. Actually a $150 per phone number that I brought to Verizon which is to numbers... A Holly suggest you take your business to bass road or to a nother Verizon location not a privately owned location like this one... Ive been to the store 3 times spoke to the salesman twice and nobody can do or tell me anything except for a probably wont get anything. And the reason nothing happened is because my Salesman mastic It up at night which was closing time and tell me he was gonna handle everything the next day absolutely did nothing since.....

I would suggest that you train your staff on how to deal with costumers in destress of life events such as death. Issues of turning off my daddies phone yesterday. After being in ICU then he was placed in hospice care and passed away last night. The level of professionalism that was handled with my stepmother and I was deplorable. We was there to cancel his cell phone service. It had something to do with passwords and getting into his account. Your customer service representative at the store seemed to be very apologetic and treated us with respect dignity. However your representative on the phone call made from your store was very disrespectful and rude. It had something with knowing passwords to get into the account and not being able to make any changes.My suggestion to you is train your staff on how to deal with people in difficult situations through life, how to handle a customer dealing with death of a spouse. SMH.....

My phone was stolen so I went to get a SIM card to put in my old phone. The associate told me it was $20 for a SIM card. I told the associate they are free online & he said, Thats online with no further explanation. I thought he was joking. I just left because I knew they were free in other stores in town including this same store a few years ago. Now, youre going to charge me for it. Shame! I went to the Verizon off Presidential Parkway & the gentleman put a new SIM card in my old phone with no charge, activated it, and offered additional assistance & then told me he was sorry mine was stolen & hope things get better. Thats excellent customer service! So, when I am ready to upgrade my phone. Which Verizon do you think Im going to visit?

Holly Churchwell has gone above and beyond excellent Customer Service. Ive had issues for months with my account and dealt with different reps and NO ONE has cared to fix my issue. She needs to lead a training program for all of Verizon on just how to properly treat customers. My wife has been in and out of the hospital, so my time is very limited. Holly showed sympathy, I really believed she cared. From now on, I will ONLY use HOLLY as my Rep. You almost lost a customer but Holly saved it. If I dont see Holly, I will turn around and leave. Thank you so much Holly. I usually dont take time to do these reviews, she really stands out and deserves to be recognized.

Went inside this store today and had a terrible experience. This sales associate name Kelly was very unprofessional and simply ignored helping me. I inquired about purchasing a new phone straight out with cash and she acted like she did not want to make the company any money.Further more she seems to not know anything about the phones or whether they had any phones in stock. This experience is a example of a company just hiring anyone to fill a position. She was very quick to get me out of the door. I know a few people who needs phones I will tell them to avoid this location. I will definitely be reporting this experience to whoever is over Verizon.

Always great service and very helpful. However, I was recently sold a car charger with cord that did not work for my phone, even though I brought my phone in for them to ensure I got the right one. I didnt realize the cord was wrong until I was well on the road for a 2 week business trip. Upon my return I tried to return/exchange it and was told I couldnt because it was past 14 days. Not sure if this is company policy or a location policy, but now I have a $30 car adapter and a useless cord.

I stopped by just to look into the possibility of starting a plan with Verizon. Kelly approached us immediately. She was polite and understanding and spent well over an hour helping us put together a plan that was right for us. She guided us through the entire process answering all of our questions. I doubt I’ll ever go to another Verizon store. A day later I had an issue with my phone and despite the fact Kelly had so kindly given us her personal number to use in case we had any issues I had left that at home and so I called the store. Shareka answered and not only did she solve my issue she called me back sometime later to make sure the issue was still resolved. You can’t beat the customer service of this store.
