Wish I could give 0 stars. They love to stick new services and fees in your invoice and hope you do not notice them. When you finally notice the fees and say something, they do not want to refund them. BTW, their paper invoice fee is now $8 monthly... who charges customers to mail a monthly bill?

Can someone please explain what this company is?? They called me acting as if they were At&T and got my to follow the prompt in order to get a lower rate on my already exsisting account. And now Im on a different company? If they were being honest dont call saying you are At&T? What is this?

Our phone line goes down every time it rains/ excuses all the time about how it may be inside the building and every time ATT comes out it is an outside line issue. ATT wont fix lines and birch wont credit your account for any days without service. COX CABLE looking good. On hold for last 10 min.

I put one star only because it would not post without some rating. They are a OOOOOO in my book now. I liked birch at first and was with them for several years paying 47 dollars a month, then my phone line went bad coming into the house. It would ring at the pole, but when connected to the service box plug, it would not ring on the phone. I told them the plug was bad, but they would not send anyone to fix it. I was without a phone and still paying them for 3 months. I finally bought a strait talk box and ask to port my number. They kept putting me off until I finally called enough numbers to get them to release it.....I never signed any contracts with these folks in the 5 or 6 years I was with them.........yet when I finally canceled, they sent me a 600.00 bill for early termination of business and continue to send me bills that I wont pay because I have never had a contract that I know of. I have heard that they do this with many customers! I would never refer them to anyone and am thinking of getting a lawyer to sue them for harassment!

I know these folks are dependent on ATT for service, but if youre business line is down, they wont take money off of you bill for substandard serve.

I love birch they saved me over 1500 the first year Im looking good foward for my savings even longer .I want to thank my personal account manager dewayne Scott for being Persistent I wasnt going to do it in till i seen how much i was over charged by AT&T charter and I tried cable it was the worst . I love how fast they are to help me when I need assistance . 5 stars ..

Had service here for 8 yr always having problem with service and not that having disconnected they saying have a yr contract from yr to yr and have to pay a disconnect fee

Signed up for service and lost my phone service for first 2 days - on hold for hours and then was transferred - never received help - had to contact previous provider to reinstate service.

Sent me a bill $200 and i dont even know who theses people are!!! Scam!

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.
