I always come here to get my tires mounted and balanced. This past time I needed an oil change, air filter and help diagnosing where my exhaust leak was coming from. Lexie was super nice and greeted me immediately. Joey then guided me into a bay. Josh and Matt helped me figure out where my exhaust was leaking from. They all were super professional, nice and I definitely will take my car back there again for any issues I may have.

These folks have always done me right for a quick shop. I usually get my tires from here for our Honda. Theyre used and cheap, but always good quality with plenty of tread. I just recently took my Subaru there to have them fully vacuum and fill my AC compressor. They even put UV freon in it so I can come back in a few days and theyll find the leak for me, so I dont even have to bother.Very convenient and fast shop. Easy to deal with, especially if youre not a Karen. Have not met an incompetent tech at this location yet.I also heard its been taken over my corporate, and no longer franchisee owned. So that could be good or bad. Well see.

I loved this place! Blake was really funny and super helpful! They were super fast and friendly, and gave me a good price. I will definitely be coming here again. They didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need, and they did let me know one of my belts needs to be replaced soon and the warning signs it was going out. They answered all my questions and I left happy!

I went here to get an oil change and it was alright but they lied to me and told me they could fix my ac and that if it goes out in a couple days to come back and get it fixed. I payed $100 for my ac to work for 4 days. I get here and the girl that works there says off the rip they cant fix it today when they told me to come back the next day before. I am completely angry right now that someone promised to fix something when i could of went somewhere else and kept my $100. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT SOMETHING FIXED I ADVISE YOU NOW.

Express Oil Change lived up to their name. A few days ago I chose to go there for an oil change. I pulled right into a bay then Jaret and Josh took real good care of me. In less than 30 minutes they changed my oil, changed out both of my wiper blades, put air in my tires, topped off my fluids, they inspected the whole car, they even fixed a little problem that I was having with my passenger side window. I live an hour away from this store location, but Its worth the drive to come here. They got me right in, then right out and all at the right price... I will Most Definitely be right back!

I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change on March 2, 2021. On March 12, 2021 as I was traveling on I-75 there was a banging sound coming from underneath my vehicle. We safely pulled to the side of the road to discover that the engine cover was no longer attached and barely holding on due to the rivets were not replaced properly and the road vibration apparently knocked it loose.We made contact with the location from the side of the road and made them aware of the situation. Upon further inspection once we made it off the exit there was no way to secure the cover and it had to be removed. We took the vehicle back to our house and swapped cars and continued our trip. We returned on yesterday and brought the vehicle back to the location for them inspect and rectify the situation. They ordered parts from out of the country and they won’t arrive until April 2-4, 2021. We were fine with that outcome and left without incident and drove the vehicle back to the house which is probably less than 2 miles.The vehicle has been parked since March 12, 2021 until yesterday March 18, 2021. We loaded up to leave and approximately .75 miles from home a warning came across the dash indicating the battery wasn’t charging and the steering became extremely hard to control. We turned around and brought the car back to the house. Upon further inspection yet again, we see that the serpentine belt has come off the pulleys and is hanging from beneath.I submitted all of the above via email to a Mr. Collins in Operations Support and called him this morning as well and he let me know they have been purchased by corporate and he is unsure of the process at this point but would have this sent over to a Mr. Miles. Mr. Collins was very courteous and understanding, although he was unable to assist he sent information to the proper person.We later received a call from Jarrett saying that we needed to have the vehicle towed and they would pay the bill when it arrived. He also said they would inspect it to find out if they were liable for the damages and I stopped him to let him know that the manager has already ordered a replacement cover and has agreed that they failed to properly secure the cover after my oil change. Jarrett’s tone completely changed. I inquired could they not set up the tow and Jarrett advised no he couldn’t but proceeded to give me the name and phone number from memory of a local tow company.I called them (Central Towing) and they came within 45 minutes to pick up my vehicle and dropped it at the Express Oil location. Central Towing was fast and professional.That was a couple of hours ago. I just received a call from Jarrett advising me that he put two of his best technicians on this and they determined that the tensioner for the serpentine belt was damaged due to wear and tear. However, the vehicle had no issues prior to their failure to properly secure the engine cover / skid plate when they changed my oil. I advised Jarrett yet again that there were no issues with my vehicle prior to them servicing it and I will not accept that there is. Due to the fact that this part is within reach of the flapping engine cover banging against the bottom of my car as we traveled 75-80mph down I-75. Also, let it be know there are 14 rivets that support my engine cover underneath and they only put back 4-5 and are unsure why the engine cover became unhinged and with the ENTIRE engine cover beneath my vehicle BANGING against the bottom, I am surprised that there was not more wrong underneath.At this point I am pending a call from upper management on Monday, because Jarrett should NEVER speak with customers. He does not take kindly to women that actually know about their vehicles and the parts that make up their vehicles. Well I am one of those women.I will update my review at that time.

I highly recommend this place. Even if they look busy theyll have a bay open in less then 25 min. They got my rear hub assembly done in 45 min on my civic. The people who work here are super friendly and helpful.

Ive been coming to this location for the last three years for everything, and have always been impressed with the people working here because they are friendly, knowledgeable and always professional. But today, they outdid themselves thanks to the manager Josh. The short of it - I went in with a tire issue. It was something that they could have easily said couldnt be fixed and sold me a new tire, and most likely, I would have gotten at least two new tires. Most places would have seen dollar signs and jumped on that opportunity in a split second. Instead, Josh helped me come up with a great solution that makes way more sense, even though it meant they didnt make a big sale today. It speaks volumes to me about their honesty and integrity. Im so impressed and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much to Josh and all the others working here, and Ill absolutely be back soon for new tires or anything else I need.

I just bought a used car and I was looking for some place trustworthy ( cuz yall know how there are) to take it to have its first oil change and look over. Now, I know nothing about car except get it and drive. After looking around for a while, most places just sounded way to expensive for an oil change. $100 and up I came across Express oil change and tires. I went and and saw Blake. He was amazing. My car was there about 20 mins. He let me know everything about my car. Even the things I need to do and how soon they should be done. I spent way less than $100 and i couldnt feel better. I felt like I was talking to my homie. I will be taking my car there from now on.

I was driving down I 75 and had a low air warning. Called a number of tire shops and they were unable to get me in. Called Express and explained the situation. They told me to come on over and they would take care of me . Showed up and within 15 minutes I was on my way. They diagnosed the issue quickly and determined we needed to change to the spare. They noted that the tire had a nail in the tire wall and could not be repaired but that the tire was very new. Instead of trying to sell me a tire they suggested I call the location where I purchased the tire. Come to find out I had Road Hazard insurance and was able to get a new tire at minimal cost. Josh (manager) was fantastic. Cannot say enough about the experience.

My go to location for tune-ups in Macon. The first time I went there for an oil change, they found a leak in one of my tires and patched it for free. Its been the same level of customer service every time Ive been back since.

Got my oil changed here today, was very impressed with the service, speed and knowledge of the employees. They identified some issues I will need to get taken care of in the near future without pushing me to commit to fixing them immediately. First time taking my vehicle for service in Georgia but from my personal experience (from NJ) this was the first honest Auto Service I have received; I wasnt pushed to get anything unnecessary done and was charge half of what I have come to expect. Visited on 1/27/20. Ended up getting an oil change. I knew my car needed more work but I came from out of town and did not have access to all funds (unexpected repair, here for work training). They were very knowledgeable & did not BS. Quote for work needed on car was very reasonable! I wish I stayed closer so they could perform my repair. I hate that I dont remember the names of the 3 men that helped me. Definitely recommend, especially for women. (Ive worked at an auto part store and shop, so I know the scams shops pull on females). Quick service, done on lunch!!

Today was my first time getting an oil change for my new car. Everyone was very nice, and the service was very fast. Adam did a great job and also did very well with explaining to me other important things/issues I needed to know about my car. The place was packed with cars, and I was third in line, but they got finished with everyone in a timely manner without rushing at the same time which was great. I will be coming back.

I recently needed my alternator replaced on my 98 Camry, but was unable to do this myself due to the lack of time in my schedule prior to the Christmas Holiday. I was informed by a gentleman at O’Reillys that Express would put the part on for me, so I contacted them.. The manager told me to bring it in and they would handle everything.. Overall, they did just that and the customer service was fantastic.. Do not hesitate to use this location for your vehicle needs..!

It’s hit and miss. I would only go here for an oil change. There are a couple of trustworthy guys who take the time to explain your problem and give you reliable advice about which services you need immediately and which ones can wait. But it’s luck of the draw.I like the convenience of not getting out of my car for an oil change! So pleasant with two kids in tow!

I came to this location about 2 weeks ago for an oil change. I got there not long before closing time and was greeted with the same respect as the first customer of the day. The staff is awesome here and knows their stuff! I was having some other problems unrelated to the oil change and they all took the extra time to help me figure out what was wrong. Ended up having another issue the other day so I stopped in to have them take a look at it. Didn’t charge me a dime and was glad to look at it for me. The staff is professional and very friendly and made me feel very comfortable with the services they were preforming on my vehicle. This is my “go to” for any of the services they provide and I would highly recommend them! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

My teenage daughter was driving on 75 hours from home on her way to her college. She had a part on her car that was not reattached correctly after getting her oil changed in Atlanta and it was dragging on the road. She stopped at Express Oil Change and the technicians took the time to help her and get her on her way, with no charge, even though it was right before their closing time. If we lived close enough, I wouldn’t get my oil changed anywhere else. I can’t thank them enough!

I had a car that was being repaired by a mechanic that left in a hurry one day. I already had some parts and it needed the rear drive shaft and timing belt installed. Everyone gave me about the same quote, half hour to an hour on the work for the drive shaft. However, the first place I called about the timing belt was over $1,700! Every other place I talked to was a lot less but still overpriced. They worked with me on the parts I had and gave me an excellent deal! I will be coming back here. Adam is courteous and friendly and the rest of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful!

Update: Since google wont let me post a second review Ill update this one. Adam and his staff were great yesterday when I cam in at 4:30 p.m. with low tire pressure. This was the second time it had occurred in a matter of weeks so I was concerned. They quickly found the nail that was in my tire and competently repaired the tire. You could not ask for better service.Adam and his staff are honest and amazing. At my last oil change at the dealership, Five Star Chevy, I had been told my front end brakes would need to be replaced at either this visit or the next. Not having any of the normal signs that my brakes needed replacing and only having 24,000 miles on the new vehicle, I decided to take it to Express Oil for my oil change and a second opinion. Come to find out, my pads are nowhere near needing replacing. I sincerely appreciate the promptness, professionalism, and honesty I received at Express Oil. They explained everything, only did what was required for my car, and even let me know about potential recalls. They have earned two new customers. Both my husband and me.

My tire pressure gauge came on, I thought I had a flat so I drove into express oil change. The young man was very sweet he checked all four tires there was no leak just to much pressure, he made the adjustment and now my tires are all good again and I am happy. Great service.

Adam did an awesome job and gave me some advice on tires. I went in needing an oil change and tires rotated. He advised me on why not to rotate tires due to not having enough tred on the front.

Adam and the guys at Express always take great care of me and my truck. Just the other day I had a flat tire because it had a bolt stuck in it. They came out to where I was and inflated my tire so I could get it to the shop at no charge.

What a breath of fresh air to have finally found a team of honest mechanics who refuse to take advantage of a woman who doesnt know squat about cars! I met Chris outside of the work place which led me to Express Oil but the whole crew turned out to be awesome from Adam and Thomas to Brandon and Travis who all helped me with a major repair recently. I couldnt believe how much better my car ran and sounded and Adam took time to explain the whats and whys of the repair in terms that I could understand. Trustworthy, professional and reasonable.
