Chelsea Oliver is AMAZING. I wish I could give her 20 stars. She has amazing follow up and did everything in her power to get me a better rate. I was borderline rude to her when she called me but she was so professional and accommodating. She was determined to make me a State Farm customer and she did at a rate that was affordable to me. Employees like her are hard to come by. Amazing service and amazing follow up. Im very happy with my decision to switch to State Farm. Even if my rate increases, I would still stay because of the way I was treated.

Ben and his crew are phenomenal! From stopping in the office and everyone being so warm, to Ben coming to our house to help when a tornado came through our property and left significant damage, to calling late at night when we hit a deer, they always look out for us and really do show that neighborly side of what State Farm promises. Youd be crazy to go with anyone else!
