I bought a van and did not know anything about commercial vehicle loans or insurance. The dealership I went to had two lenders based on your credit score. From the moment Mary contacted me on behalf of Farm Bureau she was nothing less than phenomenal. The customer service, helpfulness, friendliness, attention to detail and her kind heartedness made me feel at ease going through this process for the first time. She was also very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. Anytime I had I question that she did not know the answer to, she would find out and contact me back in what felt like immediately. Five stars isnt enough to give my experience. I am forever grateful that she was assigned to my file for the lending/insurance process.

Hi I was once a member with the company from 2005 to 2019 the insurance on my house cheaper at the time they wanted to raise my by rate by a lot. I think it was going to be a big different so they was trying to find any thing wrong with my house or cars to cancel my policy. just left and when with another company better rates . I will not use this company again ,you check for your self.

Jason is absolutely horribke he acts as if he is too old to remember anything then they always adding fees for everythung if i did not have to give them any stars I wouldnt they are ridiculous i pay mill bill 2 weeks early every month anf they still charge fees they need to be shut down.
