Ive been insured with this agency since 2016, they have been nothing but professional and helpful. They care about their customers and only want the very best for you. Only giving a 1 cause I have no choice this company is bad business gave me a quote got to my payment it changed due to a ticket from years ago that was fine well then two weeks later I get a letter in the mail saying there canceling my policy due to my license being suspended 2 YEARS AGO an was paid and right back going was with Geico 5 years and switch to these people and that was the biggest mistake I ever made

State Farm does treat me superb. Been with them for quite some time , and I’ve always been able to get an answer to all my questions .

Switched to State Farm from Progressive (auto) and Farmers (homeowners) when we bought a new house in 2016 because it saved us a ton of money. The number Progressive quoted was insane and Farmers had already disappointed me several times in the past. I had always considered SF to be premium insurance and therefore expensive, but Anthony showed me that I was hundreds of dollars of wrong! Hes been on top of things ever since. Which reminds me, his assistant called the other day and I forgot to go sign a document for the new truck. Whoops!

Customer service is excellent!

My husband and I switched from Geico to State Farm some years ago when Anthony first opened his office and we have had nothing but good experiences. Their rates were lower then and they have stayed within dollars the same for years. We have our auto, renters and child’s life insurance policy with State Farm. If you want a small town feeling where they know you by first name and not just another policy number switch to State Farm and go to Anthony’s office to do it.

Not LGBTQ friendly. My girlfriend and I are in the process of buying our first home together and stopped in to bundle our car insurance policies with our homeowners insurance. Mr. McEver basically said he wasn’t comfortable helping us.I have been a State Farm customer for 15+ years, have worked with their agents in multiples states, and have always been very happy with their services. Every other State Farm agent I have worked with has been accommodating, helpful, and has had no problem with my sexual orientation or relationship status.I’m sure Mr. McEver is a fine agent for straight cis-men, straight cis-couples and/or women who like to be mansplained to about their mortgage. Since we are none of those, we have taken our business to a different local State Farm agent who was happy to have our business and bundle our policies. I am posting this review in the hopes that uncomfortable situations like this can be avoided by others in the future.

Their rates are inconsistent, my homeowners policy was written wrong, my policy was cancelled without me being notified, the customer service agent (Daniel) ignored my calls/email consistently, and the manager couldnt do anything to help with the issue that had happened/bring back a loyal customer. Please avoid this office!!!!!
