I dont have this as my insurance. My car was totaled in an accident, this is the insurance the other person had. The accident happened on a Friday, on Monday I was talking to an agent, Tuesday the guy came to assess the damages, on Thursday we picked up a rental. The following Monday we picked up our settlement. Thank you for working fast on this.

The only way I can write a review is by giving them one star. This company is utterly despicable. Jessica Snead is my insurance adjuster for an accident I got in on May 23 (its August 22). After two months of no returned phone calls with multiple messages on her voicemail, left messages with other workers, and an email sent while I was on the phone to both her and her manager I FINALLY got a call back about my claim. At that point Jessica told me I would get money for the three weeks of work I missed due to being injured in my accident, I would get a rental car (mind you it was 2 months late after having been without transportation for that long - being a single, working mom in school - total nightmare) and I would get a check for the total cost of my car that was totaled. I was then transferred to my total loss adjuster, who told me how much they were giving me for my Honda, which would be a check for the total price of what it was worth. I was supposed to sign my title over to them in certified mail and they would send me the check. I then get another phone call from the total loss adjuster (whos name I cannot remember but she was completely rude and defensive when I called them out on their timing) asking me if I was told that my car was accruing cost for being at the collision center since the accident. No, obviously not because not one single person had returned my relentless phone calls for two months. I had absolutely no idea what was going on with my case whatsoever. So, after finding this out she then spoke to her managers and they decided theyll only be giving me 60% of what my car is worth because of their complete mess up of ZERO COMMUNICATION with me. So, theyre screwing me because the people that work there are completely incompetent. Makes sense. Also, Jessica Snead still has not returned any phone calls or emails about the check that is supposed to be written for me for missing work for a month. Shes now had that information in her mailbox for over a month, 4 months since my accident, completely neglecting my inquiries about that situation as well. Let this be a cautionary tale to you: DO NOT USE FARM BUREAU. They are awful, shady people who dont care about you at all. Take your business elsewhere. Never give them money.

This company has the absolute worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. I was recently involved in a bad accident which was not my fault. This was the at-fault partys Insurance Company. From the very first day after contacting them it went downhill from there. The level of customer service that I received from agent Mary Guinyard was appalling. Theres nothing worse than getting your car totaled only to be told theres nothing that they can do for you. Not even provide a rental car or any assistance. Be aware if you ever have to file a claim with this company it will be the very worst process that you ever have to deal with in your life.

Very very poor 😡😡 I call to discuss with miss Karen about my car she never call me back or answer her phone she never at her office so I call the claim center someone hung up in my face I call back she said hello like she home or on a vacation wow this business really need to go undercover boss to let the president of this company see whats going on in his company and Im still waiting on Karen h. This company is HORRIBLE! Very unprofessional and unorganized. One particular claims adjuster (Virginia Norman) had the nastiest attitude Ive ever experienced. I am going to inform ALL my bloggers and business partners about disassociating any relations to this company!

Georgia Farm Bureau Agent Darryl Dunham is racist against his own color let me tell the world about this Agent I filed 1 claim in 13yrs with this company my policy is so skewed up he reported to lexisNexis that i filed 3 claimes 1 for earthquake everyone in savannah we all no Savannah never had an earthquake 2nd one was for windstorm when the hurrican came i filed a claim for spoiled food he said i filed a claim for winddamage . How can you get spoiled food mixed up with winddamage he codes claims like this so he can cancel your policy 2nd reason is he said the adjuster was watching my home on the website for review and she saw my home on the website for rent which was a lie i live at the resident for 13yrs everyone in the world no that an adjuster do not have time to watch customers homes unless the company is stocking there customers but it was on a personal leavel i do not no why he felt this way but i want all of his customer to beware of Darryl Dunham becasue he must not know how to code claims also he must feel intimidated by the the company. But i should file a lost suite against the company because if you look the law up its called discrimination of homeowners insurance policy, i have spoken with many insurance companies and they say adjusters do not have time to surf the website. Make sure if you deside to select Ga. Farm do not select Darryl Dunham for your agent.

Take far to long to even return calls. Drag their feet on EVERYTHING! Wont even call back other insurance companies to confirm your deductible amount for reimbursement! Btw Rokeisha Vaughn was my case handler
