We had a flood in our house that affected 3 big rooms in our house. We called and a quick response time was made , the work of highest quality. Friendly, professional staff responded. Between Candace answering out questions, all the people that worked here were great. Greg, Seth, Carl, Bayou, Peyton, Curt, Jeff and another young lady that helped pack up the stuff and I can’t remember her name were all great. Thanks for everything.

Having Servpro professionals deal with the mold from a leak in our water heater was a great experience. Candice responded quickly with an estimate to us and worked with the insurance adjuster directly. Greg and Peyton arrived as promised and worked quickly and independently completing the removal and checking back each day on the drying. Then, Greg and Jeff came on Saturday to remove the equipment. Servpro of Macon was awesome after our house had a pipe that ruptured and damaged the wall. They responded quickly and Carl and Bayou came to our house and did a fantastic job at figuring out the cause and mitigating the damage. They were very professional and polite. They also handle the 10000 interruptions from my three kids with patients. Hopefully I never have to have a need for Servpro again but if I do I will be calling them out again.

We returned from a weeks vacation on Saturday evening to find that our home had suffered significant water damage. I immediately called Servpro. Greg and Bayou arrived within the hour even though it was Memorial Day Weekend and instituted emergency mitigation measures, They returned the next day to make a detailed assessment of the situation and to check on the equipment. Peyton and Curtis came on Memorial Day itself to check on everything and to address a quirky issue that unavoidably caused them to get quite wet, and Peyton returned again that evening to address another quirky issue. Greg and Bayou came again today and determined that all was dried out. The entire team, including Stephanie and Paula in the office and Candace the manager, have been terrific, displaying great professionalism and understanding in responding to all our anxious questions. Servpro came and began working the same day I called them to help with my water damage and mold cleanup. Carl was phenomenal in his knowledge of what needed to be done and explaining every step of the process, and he even helped out by providing needed details when my insurance adjuster arrived. Jeff, Nick, and Ryan were the other members of the crew who came to save the day and all of them were professional, friendly, and courteous and they all worked tirelessly to get the job done. We really had quite a mess, but from the minute I called Servpro and spoke to Paula I knew we were in good hands, and she called me to check in every day during the cleanup process to answer any questions and make sure I was satisfied, and I also received several calls from Candace to check in during the final days of work and to give me the good news that the work was complete. This is a top-notch operation from first contact to completion, with skilled technicians and a highly organized office staff, and although I hope I never have a need for this type of remediation work in the future, if I ever do I will certainly be calling Servpro. Walking down the stairs to find a flooded basement is the last thing I expected to see. I was advised to call ServPro of Macon, and it was the best experience possible given the situation. Carl and Jeff did an amazing job, not just with the flooding, but they were kind and compassionate as well. Both were very polite, walked us through each step of the process, and answered every question we had. Having someone of their caliber made dealing with a terrible situation so much easier. I appreciated the way they handled the furniture and never felt as though they were rushing in any manner. I was trying to ask questions to request service and the woman who answered the phone sounded very irritated when answering the phone and even huffed then put me on hold when all I asked was Do yall do carpet cleaning and remove cig. smoke off of walls? She huffed and put me on hold then answered with an attitude. I was referred by a family member but never again. I even asked if she had anyone to refer me to and she huffed again and said she doesnt know. Okay then what does she know besides huffing when I am asking simple easy questions that if I worked there and someone asked me the same questions I could answer happily without huffing! Maybe this company needs a new customer service rep who knows info and how to treat valued customers. If this business wants to keep business then I would find another rep ASAP!!

Carl and Jeff were dispatched to my home within 24 hours after notification of my basement flooding. I was completely satisfied with their work. If I have problems again, ServPro will be the first ones I call.

I reached out to Servepro to get a quote for sewage cleaning in a crawl space. The representative said I needed to call a plumber to determine the issue and offered a plumber by name/company. I replied a plumber won’t go under until it’s cleaned. She asked again had I called the plumber who she mentioned I said no she said call him. I replied ok. Thanked her for her time.What she didn’t know is I already had a plumber. Spoke to him and was told the space had to be cleaned before he could do repairs. I was calling to different companies for quotes. Her push and response convinced me the location I spoke to is crooked and in bed with that plumber being pushed. As if it’s a no win situation for the customer calling in desperation the prices I’m sure will be sky high. Already not cheap because of the type of work but a desperate caller will accept any quote and won’t shop around. I’m not. The home I’m calling on is no longer occupied and I have time to fix the issue.Bad customer service on this one.
