Highly recommended Bucky Holland and if you have a choice of technicians, Scotty was amazing! He was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. We had a large condensation spot in our ceiling from a clogged upstairs AC unit. Scotty arrived within 30 minutes and was quick to fix our issue! The price was reasonable as well.

Around 3 years ago they came and sold us a unit that barely cools our house, the guy told us it was the best bang for our buck, well the $200 thermostat the put in quit working and even with the warranty we were going to be charged. We replaced the thermostat and thought all was well until we realized that half the ducts had fallen down out of the floor vents because they only put 2 nails in each to hold them up. Not very pleased considering the amount of money we spent so we will not be recommending them to anyone

The technician called and told me the approximate time he would arrive. When he arrived I told him the problem I was having. He checked my air conditioner and assessed the problem right away. He had the problem fixed in a few minutes and everything was working like it was before. I definitely would use them again and absolutely would recommend them to anyone.

After 19 years, I had two AC units go out. To replace them, I wanted a good quality unit that would last into my retirement. I will not hesitate to call them if I need service.

Buckt Holland installed my downstairs unit several years ago. They gave me a 2 year Labor warranty and a 10 year parts warranty. Just recently I had a problem with my system. The technician came out and determined that my condinsation line was clogged therefore water built up in the unit and ruined a part. He charged me for the part and said the reason for the charge is because it wasnt their fault. Bottom line is it wasnt my fault, I am not the experts who installed the system and I have a 10 year parts warranty. The technician said that this happens sometimes. I wasnt warned of this at the time of the sale therefore Trey Holland didnt disclose this up front. I do not recommend this crooked company to anyone. I have found a different company that I am happy with.

Bucky and Trey Holland did a fantastic job in a unique space. I called them during one of the hottest days, Trey came out, listened to what I wanted, and installed a new mini-split unit that solved all of my cooling problems. His techs were knowledgeable, respectful and got the job done quickly and cleanly. Highly recommend.

After a thorough check of pricing, equipment, and services we purchased a heat pump system from Bucky Holland Heating and Air. We found top rated equipment at the lowest offered price that included a longer service warranty than offered by the competition. The process of negotiating the deal was professional and coordinating the installation was easy. Although we live over an hour away and had a changing schedule once the installation was set everything went smooth and as planned. The installation crew was professional, friendly, and did a great job with the install and cleaning up!

Dont hold your breath waiting for them to provide an estimate, much less service, especially if it is winter and your house is cold like ours is. Repair man came and told us the problem with our unit and said he would work up a quote and get back to us early the following week. A week later I called the office and they apologized and said they would work up one pronto and get back with us. Nothing. Called again, same response. Sent an email through their website also. Crickets. According to their website they strive every single day to “Go above and beyond all expectations to provide the most comfortable customer experience. Ha. possible.”

Our air conditioning unit with a motor that is out of order. The service man showed up and told us that it needs to be ordered. It took the whole weekend and the motor still not here yet. It was hot and uncomfortable that whole weekend. We wish the company would take the comfort of the costumer into consideration and have some motors in stock.

Scheduled service call. Apprised the technician our central until had a leak in the line that needed repairing as our unit was not cooling. It had already been determined prior, there was a leak allowing the coolant to escape, again communicated to the office at the time the appt was scheduled and recommumicated to the technician upon arrival. The technician charged us $800 to fill the system with coolant and departed. It was obviously an irresponsible assumption of us to believe the leak was fixed BEFORE the coolant was added. IT WASNT! Within hours the unit no longer produced cold air. Contacted the office....AGAIN. Sent the technician back out who confirmed there was indeed a leak in the line....DUH! We were told it would cost us ANOTHER $800 to fill the unit with coolant, PLUS repair cost to, fix the leak. If that did not add insult to injury, we were also apprised we had to pay UP FRONT the $800 for coolant. Keep in mind, we already paid the previous bill so it was not an issue of nonpayment. It was an issue of Bucky Holland SCREWING us, knowing they were screwing us and not allowing us the retaliation of refusing payment, FOR SERVICES AND PRODUCT ALREADY PAID FOR. Not only was this unethical, professional stealing, Bucky Holland made no attempts to resolve THEIR incompetent mistake, or work with the customer at an acceptable resolution. It appeared the technician took the easiest, less exerted route. He came to our house and played the incompetent game, or perhaps he was not playing, acted as if he was unaware of a leak (is that not,the primary reason units quit cooling???) opted for what was easiest and required the least amount of work....SOLUTION - fill the unit up with coolant and leave.I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy....well, on second thought that is EXACTLY who I would recommend this company. if you contract this company for a unit not cooling, I suggest you not leave the side of the technician so,that you can ensure all leaks,are repaired BEFORE $800 worth of coolant is added and subsequently comes right out of the system. I mean if you are going to end up paying to be scammed at least make the company work for it or you can beat them at their game and force them to,provide an honest work for an honest pay.
