First, let me say I’ve been a religious customer for over 2 years. But I observed certain changes and behavior in the service they provided for the past couple of months. I thought I could ignore the attitude(s) from some of the staff, but not anymore.Anna, who was my go to for my manicure actually gave me a reason to stop coming here. While she was prepping my nails, I asked her for the colors to pick my choice and she utterly ignored me. The man at the front desk had to let me know someone was using it. While she continued with my nails, I pointed out my finger was sticky due to the glue she used. Rather than acknowledge what I said, she ignored me again and went ahead to take the glue off. Now my question is why was I being kept quiet? I’m not a hard to please customer, but if you render services, your attitude and the way you treat your customer(s) goes a very long way. Anna never used to be this way, not sure what went wrong. Sadly, they lost a customer.

First time going here and first powder nail experience, Anna was very nice and informative ! Booked her again for next month !

I moved from Queens and got tired of driving back and fourth from long Island. I found this nail salon doing a random search. Jenny is my go to. She is amazing and has never disappointed. Anni is my back up. Also no complaints. Staff is welcoming. Very clean and prices are good.

I have been a customer here for the past 4 years and always receive friendly service. The workers are skilled and courteous and the owners are polite and accommodating. I moved 2 years ago and now travel 45 minutes to get here. I wouldnt consider going to any other salon.

I loveee this nail salon !! I go to Anni she does my nails exactly how I like them , kinda cuts me but overall SHE IS SO GOOD !!! And the service is awesome and the people are so niceee !!

I did my nails today with Judy, she did a phenomenal job. I have been going to diamond nails over 6 years. I love coming here....There priced are fair and they dona great job. They are very thorough with their pedicures. I usually get the green tea spa pedicure. Judy took my ingrown nail out with ease...

They were able to accommodate me on short notice and boy Im glad they did. Exceptional service, they really take the time to take care of you.

I’m not from the area so this is my first time here. They took me in and were so friendly to me! I absolutely loved it here. Jenny, the nail tech, did an amazing job with my pedi and nails. I loved how patient she was with me because I also had my 5 month old with me! Would definitely recommend! Thanks Jenny!

I wanted a specific manicure but was told they couldn’t do it. So I picked a simple one, it was one drawn flower on my ring finger. They told me it was too difficult. Every design I showed them on Pinterest was “too difficult”. I saw the other photos from their reviews and thought they could do the same. I was proven wrong. If I could upload a picture, I would.Oh and another thing. She didn’t soak my hands. So everything was done dry

This place was amazingly great ...I came out of work late on Christmas Eve 12/24/19 and they squeezed me in as they were closing up. Four staff worked on my manicure, pedicure, eyes and lip ...they did it all in record time . The manager also gave me free lotion and $5 gift certificate for Christmas... I was a first timer... Im definitely making this my new spot! They are clean and accommodating❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I go to Vinci every week for a manicure. She is the best! They are very clean, consistent and always on time.

Jenny is amazing. She really took her time! This is SNS powder on my natural nails. She did exactly what I asked and she even added a tip for my broken middle finger nail and it looks so natural. 10/10. Make sure to make an appt.

My cuticles are cut open and i was bleeding, the woman didn’t try to stop the bleeding and could see the blood. The nails came out good.

Jenny did my mani/pedi/massage and she did a wonderful job. She is truly amazing. As soon as I come back from South America I will be booking my appt ASAP! 😉👍🏽

Omg it’s was amazing they have so many sns colors and they were all so pretty. Jenny is amazing. You could tell she cares about how they look and always made sure that they are even. My nails look absolutely amazing. They loook so perfect

Place is nice, workers are nice, this is my second time here. The first time I came the technician did a lovely job on my feet. That is why I came again. This time the lady hardly scrub my feet. I told her my feet were still rough and you can see the skin peeling. Then she says oh you want callous? Dead skin on heel is not callous. Google callous it is a hard skin. I dont like the fact that she deliberately did not smooth my feet as an excuse to charge me more money. Ive been Getting pedicures for over 30 years and never had that happen and spent 35 dollars? For a pedicure? I took a picture after I came home, same day of pedicure. Very disappointed.

Waited 30 minutes for a regular manicure. Two people walked in after me and they serviced them first, though both technicians could have done my manicure and had the other two ladies wait (as I had waited right?) Wrong. Will never return. Update: They did not have an appointment. The guy in the front said it was because they were there for tips and I wasnt. And that the technician couldnt do tips so they took the others first. A regular manicure takes 10 minutes to do. The techs doing the tips for those walk ins could have did the manicure in no time and had them wait as I did. Fairness is fairness.

My experience her is usually wonderful but today I was charged extra for being miserable. My nail technician was Anni. She charged me extra for the nail polishes I picked after having put it on and there was no sign up to tell me the certain brand was extra. So already I was charged extra with no choice. Then she cut my cuticle open and I was sitting there bleeding. She finished my nails and chipped 2 nails while checking them. She didn’t fix them. Instead of 30 dollars I was charged 35! They have now lost business from me and all of my family because of the utter rudeness that was directed towards me. I also had my eyebrows waxed and feared that this women would be cruel to me so much that I had to find a new lady (who was kinder) to wax my eyebrows.

Tried this place for the first time and loved it. Friendly service, very clean and quality products. Had a regular manicure and spa pedicure. Mani was great, nice massage and lasted an entire week. Pedi was an actual spa pedi, took their time. Prices reasonable, would be 5 stars if space was larger. Only four small drying stations but otherwise comfortable. Too bad I only splurge every other week. Cant wait to return.

Today was my first time visiting this nail salon. I did not have an appointment, but it was a Monday afternoon so they took care of me right away. I had a spa pedicure and a gel manicure. The prices are reasonable. Vinci was very professional and did a great job with my nails. They had a list of prefect match gel colors with corresponding regular polish. I would say that the the color that I chose was definitely not a perfect match, but it was close enough. Bottom line, I recommend this nail salon.

My wife and I came to this store for her nails. A nice, clean and neat place to spend two hours with my wife. Nail ladies are super friendly to newcomers - and I really enjoy delicious coconut cookie at there.

The place is spacious and clean. I went there to get my nail pink haha. The staff there is really nice and talkative. We chatted a lot. But also the staff is efficient. I got my nail polished very quickly and I love my nails in pink haha. The price is also good. You can’t miss this place.

I have been to this nail salon before and they did a decent job. It was nothing special but it most certainly was not bad. I was very disappointed with my last experience there. I looked up the time they closed on Google and it said 7:30 , so I assumed that I had an hour and a half to get my nails done. When I arrived there at 6:40 the sign on the door said open until 7:30. So why were the lights off and the door locked. I understand I came on Super Bowl Sunday but that is no reasoning for closing early. Its not a holiday or anything. They wont be getting much more business from me.

Loved my powder gel French manicure by Coco and my lavender gel pedi by Arri. Will be back to this salon for sure when i’m back on Long Island! Despite being busy they didn’t rush me and were warm and friendly.

Very rude staff!!I went there for few times and I liked because I usually deal with the gentleman at the cashier. I went there this morning and the gentleman happened to be off today the the staff were extremely rude. This will be the last time I go to this place

Was not a good experience. I had a pedicure done and it was a very poor job. I had to keep showing her the spots that shed missed. I left the place feeling like my feet were worse than when I went in.
