Ive been coming to this nail salon for years. The staff is hard working and super friendly. Ive never seen them turn anyone away or be rude. Evelyn is my go to girl but I would recommend anyone in there. She takes her time and my nails always look stunning. She recently did my nails for my engagement pictures and they were perfect! I was nervous the studs would fall off. Not only did they stay on but Evelyn told me if it did to come back and she would fix it for me. I would highly recommend this place.

Ive been coming here for years and my appointment was cancelled right when I walked in. Not dealing with that type of disrespect, especially for supbar service. There is literally only two nail techs at this salon that does good nails. They all move very slowly and their procedures are very outdated. Such a shame because this used to be a very good nail salon with very friendly people and it is very clean.

Usually don’t do reviews unless is really really good or really really bad!!! In this case unfortunately it is was REALLY REALLY BAD!! I went for my first time to this place since I’m new to the area for a new set (the ladies didn’t even understand me when I said new set) and a gel French pedi. My French looked horrible they used a gray color to do a French the lines made my toe nails look like they were cut uneven. When she was done she asked me if I liked it I said no; she didn’t seem to care!! For new set of nail I had showed the other lady(think she was the manager) a pic of what I desire. As a nail tech and professionals if you can’t do a design or think the design doesn’t go with the person nail be recommending would help you keep customers... design looked like my little cousin did it for me my nail was already bubbled and not glued on one side plain and simple bad experience; I told her I didn’t have time to change my color now as I was in a rush but I would be back tomorrow to get it fix!!! I went back and of course they charged me again as if I was doing my nails all over all I wanted was to change the color.. I didn’t mind paying but why should I pay for them to fix something they did wrong!! I would never go back and I would never recommend anyone to go to this place!! Even if your nails look horrible they tell you it’s okay with a smile on they face.

So sweet very relaxing one of the best nail places I’ve been too. So upset I didn’t go there sooner.

The owner is very rude, not customer oriented. She does not listen to customers complaints and work with you. She talks over you and curses you out. What a shame.

They are not very friendly there. But they did SNS very well. I also did my eyebrows and that didnt come out well. They also dont scrub your feet (like many places in long island) well. Also, call and make an appt before you go. Walk ins are frowned upon

The manager is very rude. she told my mom “that her voice is very annoying and that she should never come back” they also are always in a rush especially when you book an appointment for the evening, my nails come off a week later. DONT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE

Great manicure and pedicure service.

Of course they give first priority to people who are their regular customer . The lady who owns the place is very rude . When I wanted a spa pedicure, she was like no time for it just do regular pedicure . When I went to another nail salon, I was never refused whatever I wanted to get done no matter how busy it was . At least they try to give you the best service possible . Just not fair for other people in my opinion. After all, we are paying you , it’s not like we’re getting the service for free .

Millie was so sweet and gave me exactly what I asked for! She took the time to soak off my terrible acrylic job done by another nail salon. I am very happy with my new nails and Ill definitely be coming back! Thank you!

Helene did VERY good job on powdered dip manicure but when I returned for repeat service was told I need an appointment which I didnt before and lady was nasty

I booked an appointment for 6pm and was not taken care of until 30 minutes later after telling multiple workers of my appointment. Customer service was absolutely horrible. The girl who did my nails (Elaine) was extremely inattentive and started putting the wrong color on my feet. She was too busy chatting with her colleagues in Mandarin about myself and others in the shop (what they did not know is I speak Mandarin). I told the manager that the behavior of her workers was unprofessional and she just smirked and said okay. The worst experience I have had at a nail salon. If you want something professional, this is not the place to be.

The staff is normally pleasant, decent job with SNS.... just wish Millie who appears to be the manager or owner was welcoming to All!.. not just her regulars!

I love their service here, get my SNS nails done there the only bad thing is that there is not walk-ins BUT just give them a call a little ahead of time and they most likely can put you in their schedule !

I came here because mamichula from YouTube recommended this place a bunch of times for their SNS Nails and I fell in love !! Customer service is awesome and my nails look so pretty . Definitely coming here again
