They did such an excellent job! nails were filed perfectly after they offered gel powder to me for a great price. she did a beautiful design with no extra charge and i love the massage after! plus they gave me a really nice smelling lotion :) 10/10 recommend

On yesterday I went have my nails done at this salon, however when finished my nails the owner try to insist putting the tip on my Credit Card, I said no because I will pay you cash. Very rude and disrespectful. With that said I proceed to pay by my Credit card the original price only $ 30.00 dollars. The owner kept swiping my Credit Card so many times. I said please stop youre going to lock my card, as Fraudulent. However his Credit Card was not working properly. So I proceed to go to the ATM to make sure it wasnt my Card. Come to find out no it was not. As Im walking, the owner put hands on my pocketbook. I said let go Im going to pay you. This is not my fault your credit card machine dont work. So I finally got rid of the owner, went to the ATM got my Balance. Went to Lynbrook Police told what happened. The Police intrstuct me try to do a another purchase. I went to three stores with the same Credit Card bought over 70.00 dollars without any problem. Showed the Police all receipt. Went back to Nail Salon with the Police Officers as a witness that this is paid.The Police Officers told the owner its your Credit Card machine not her credit card. Not once did the owner apologize for what he did. Even after the officer confirmed it wasnt my fault, the owner was very rude and disrespectful. I will never will go back not recommend to anyone. Bad Customer service. You dont put hands on a Woman period. He a man. Not good Nail Salon.

My mom and I went there for first time last week for manicures. Terrible experience. Technician clipped mom’s thumb with nail clipper instead of her nail and took out a big chunk of skin. Tech who did my nails left two of my nails totally uneven. First and last time at this salon.

Ive coming here for years. The new owner is very nice. Its like a mom and pop spot. Very simple set up.

Ive come here before to get mani and pedi and have had no problems really. When I would get gel manicures here they would chip off within the week though so I stopped going here for those. Well.. decided on a whim to get acrylic nails and they turned out horribly. I Told them very politely I wasnt happy with the nails and pointed out how the nails on my left hand were uneven to the right. The nails were way too square after I told him I did not want them that way.Hence, I told them would pay for the pedicure I got but wanted to come back tomorrow to get the acrylics soaked off and pay for a regular manicure NOT the acrylic set (as again I wasnt happy with them).Well the man was extremely rude and even called me picky said I should have said something to him beforehand ... umm Im going to a nail salon to be relaxed not to monitor you do your job. I noticed once I sat down for my pedicure how messed up the nails were. He was completely unapologetic and made everything feel as if it was my fault.If they would have just been polite about the whole situation I would have returned as a customer since mistakes happen, but not anymore. Ill take my business elsewhere.After stressful days working as a teacher I dont want to put up with this attitude in a place where I am going to try and pick myself up.Okay, rant over :(

New level of stupidity i walked in for a filling only two people in there gettting a pedicure the guy just tells me i can’t do ur nails how are you in business and tell a customer i can’t do your nails and my nails are done basic. Will never walk in there again!!!

Good nail salon compared to others in the area

Extremely slow and unorganized. They just leave you to attend other customers and the nail experts are way too slow. I’ve never had to spend an hour just on the pedicure before.

Owner and techs are nasty, leaves nails unfinished tells you to come in next day they must go home on time waste of money go else where
