We were trying to send an international bill of laden for a shipment going to Taiwan and the online program would not let you complete the process, apparently a temporary glitch in their website. It is frustrating to try to complete a simple task and the software wont cooperate - maddening. We went to the center out near the airport and they were extremely helpful and seemed to understand the problem and promptly and politely completed all the forms necessary for the shipment. They printed everything out and told us to just come see them when those problems happen and they can use their internal programs to complete the forms instead of waiting for the website to be fixed.. Great help

All I had was a question to see if there would be someone there to help me unload a very heavy box and if I needed my own dolly. Instead I had to play 20 questions with a computer on my “reason” for calling before I could get to a representative!! Poor poor ability to connect with your customers, FedEx!!

My packages constantly get hung up here. This time its a delivery exception - customer or service not available. Meaning theyre trying to deliver to me in a city I dont live in. It took a phone call from me + a customer service agent calling them to figure out lubbock & my city in a different state (no name/zip code similarity) are different places. How does that even happen? 1 out of 4 packages that travel through this sorting facility end up with delivery exceptions. How does that even happen?

Ordered a laptop I needed for work. Had to wait two weeks for the laptop to finally show up. When it did and I tried to come get it they said it wasnt actually there, FedEx showed it was there but the location never scanned it, which means to me either they lost it or an employee stole it? Now I have to order a new laptop and presumably wait another two weeks for shipping, going a month without my lap top for work. FedEx really screwed me over. Had to drive half an hour just to have them tell me they dont even have my laptop, even though FedEx HQ told me it would be there

I sent s fathers day gift to my dad. Unfortunately, when the scan said it was delivered my father did not receive his gift. He took off work just to receive the package. I was so livid and worried because it had perishable items. I called the FedEx customer service line to file a claim. Lubbock texas station got back to me soo quickly I was relieved and impressed. During the investigation I had them call my father since I live in Austin. Within a hour of the package being misdelivered the driver called my dad and described where exactly he delivered the gift. Thankfully it was next door. I just really appreciate the time and effort they took to help find my dads priceless gift! I understand mistakes happen. I was just glad we were able to get the gift to my father.

This ship center is meant for larger and business type shipments but they will still work with the regular customer.They are pretty efficient and will service you within 15 minutes even if there are people ahead of you in line.

I would give this place 0 star if I could. Firstly, the Fedex driver never even attempt to make the delivery at my house. Because when I checked the tracking details online it said the attempt was made on 9:40 while I was in the living room waiting for someone to knock the door.It said me to go to this location to pick up the package anytime after 2 pm. I arrived here at 2:20 ish. However the manager of the place “CASUALLY” said that the driver has not arrived and told us to either wait or come back on Monday. And I am still waiting while I am writing this review. If Only I could wait till Monday, I would not have to do the priority FedEx shipping and burn my money.The manager’s tone was very indifferent and did not even care to apologize for our inconvenience. He showed us like its our fault to show up in time to receive our package.This place needs new employees and drivers ASAP.

My package was delivered in a other house 10 blocks away, you guys need another driver, lucky for me the guy from the other house brought the item to my house. And what is more funny the driver said it was delivered at my front door.

Driver cant read, he sets my packages on a busy hwy for them to get stolen , just plain laziness amd stupidity. Customer service was very helpful we will see if it makes any difference. Still dont know what to do about stolen packages

Bad!!!! Said they ran out of time to deliver. It was 7:19 when the package was taken back to the office. They had till 8 pm to deliver. Why did they stop at 7:19? Also they said they would call the next day with a shipping time. Never called. This happens a lot!

Was advised by the customer service line that I could pick my package up at FedEx Ship Center in Lubbock, TX and when I arrived they said that the customer service doesnt know what theyre talking about. The front desk lady told me that the manager said they wouldnt look for the package since it hadnt been sorted yet. Last time I checked, yall are a business based off of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Well, yall lack that paramount part of the business. I will NEVER use FedEx for any future shippings and will advise everyone shipping to me to use another service. Your company wasted 25 miles of gas for me.

Driver said that he attempted delivery. Thats interesting since Im sitting in a chair that overlooks my door and reading, have been for the last few hours, and nobody has walked up or knocked. No notes were left, so Im pretty sure that unless the driver was Batman that I didnt miss him.And I cant even stop by the distribution center here to get my stuff (expensive yeast samples for home brewing) because according to the helpline they let this driver take his vehicle home. Yeast doesnt survive high temperatures, its summer in Texas, and theyre leaving my package in the back of a truck from Saturday to Wednesday. My poor yeast samples are literally going to be scalded to death and ruined due to FedExs negligence and laziness.In short, from now on anytime somebody talks about privatizing the USPS Im going to point to this experience. I have zero confidence in FedEx here in Lubbock.

Called 800 number and stephanie told me my package was rerouted to another location in lubbock tx. Showed up with my kids at 9:00 at night after a 45 minute drive and was told that it was in another location and that it was closed..

Continues failure took almost 2 days for them to post package received then whent out on truck for delivery and 10 hours late refused to deliver because of weather it cold and foggy not emergency weather now have to wait 2 more days it already 1 day late never shipping fedex agine been terrible all year

Bad service. On a prior delivery I had, the employee didnt tag my door--I only knew there was a delivery attempt b/c I checked the status online. Then, they left a note saying my apt office refused to take the package--the office staff said no one asked them about that and they always take resident packages (the package was large, so I guess the employee didnt feel like carrying it). Then, I had a package that was delivered to the wrong person but marked online as having been successfully delivered. Terrible, sloppy drivers.

They only deliver during the hours that people work. Told me it could be delivered to a local store, but it would still be after 3 PM even on Sat. Going to refuse to purchase from vendors that only use FedEx. I agree that the counter person is not very nice. He said he almost sent my last package to local store without my authorization or notifying me of the change. Not a good thing since it is 15 miles one way to the ship center.
