I own a small business in Amarillo, TX and contracted with Advanced Business Solutions to lease a Neopost letter stuffing machine. We have had countless issues with the stuffing machine. It breaks down often and the only way Neopost or Advanced Business Solutions will help is to lease more and more equipment to try and solve the problem. Based on my companies experience with Advanced Business Solutions and Neopost I could not recommend either company to any other business in Amarillo or Lubbock and would advise looking elsewhere for these needs. Buyer beware of the lease agreement as well. This is strictly my opinion and independent evaluation of this company and product.
