Went to Milwaukee location for an adjustable desk. Several people greeted me as I enter and asked if they could help. Found two adjustable desks, but not plugged in. Found an associate and asked if I could lift the desk and check noise and stability. Was told, ‘’would have to check with management’’. I wasn’t asking to breakdown down the desk. Simple to check the operation. Associate came back and told me sorry, can’t do it. Very poor customer service. The desk is pricey at 519.00 dollars. I’ll simply buy online but not from Office Depot.

Our Firm has utilized this Office Depot location nearly exclusively since we opened our doors. Over the years, the faces have changed but the great customer service thankfully has not. The store is always clean, well stocked, and pleasant to be in. Well certainly continue to shop here.

If you need anything printed ask for Brittney. We dropped a 110 page document off at 8am Tuesday morning and it was printed by 5pm that same evening. We returned the next morning with a whole new version of the book because we had made our own errors on the copy before and the book was done before 1pm the same day!! She was AMAZING. If you have any printing needs please ask for her she was phenomenal and easy to work with and provided us with everything we asked for!!!

Glad Office Depot is in this location, but often a visit to the store is wasted time. Rotating staff and limited quality for computers. Buy online for a better price and manage your expectations for support. The staff are usually good people. Could the problem be in the corporate office? Good for seasonal deals on office furniture and some office tasks and supplies.

Needed about 100 copies made. Sales associate tested one and I approved. He asked me if I could drop it off and come back. I said yes. He told it me it would be ready by Wednesday. I laughed thinking it was a joke. It wasnt. He was serious. I laughed because today is Friday. I asked him if he really needed five days to make 100 copies. He said yes, they have a lot to do. Seriously? Five days? I went to to the Copy Outlet near the campus and he got it done in literally 20 minutes. Office Depot needed 120 hours to make 100 copies. That means the Copy Outlet is 600 times faster than Office Depot. Just stupid.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I came in at 11 am, to have 10 plain black and white pictures printed on regular printer paperCalled in at 2 to check on them and what the hold up was they told me she was working on them and only had a few done .. came into the store around 4 && told me she only had 1 left and for me to come back @6 .. 2 hours later for one picture ?!?!Turns out she never even started them and now here I am waiting again to try and get these picturesA max 15 min deal turned into 6 hours. Will never return to this store.

Came to the store at 5:30 pm to make copies and was refused service. Attendant mentioned he was getting asked to close early so that he could help close down the store. Mediocre service - if you advertise youre going to close at 6:00 then offer service until six.

Good deals on sales days. Better for bulk business purchases. Email promos are sometimes better than discount stores. Staf is knowlegable and usually helpful (at least truthful).selection is above average.

By far the best store of the chain in Lubbock, willing to make the drive for good customer service!

Usually go to the store on 50th St because it’s half the distance but got really tired of being treated horribly so I made the extra drive out to this one and it was worth it to not only get amazing customer service at the Print and Copy area but to get an amazing product that 50th St. usually does a horrible job at. Mikayla was the one helping me and did an incredible job. Very kind and very professional. Recommend everyone going to this location instead of 50th St.

The people in their printing department are terrible. You cannot even get them to send a copy to the printer. Everything will take days and they are swamped. I would highly suggest not going here!

Its. Ok. Its an office Max. Every time you enter an office Max, it sucks three days off your life... Its just a fact. But sometimes you need a new chair. You decide if its worth it!

I have been into this stores location 4 times in the past week and a gentlemen named Harris has helped me each time. If you come to this location, ask for Harris; he is a top notch, very polite, and knowledgable employee and will fix you up with whatever youre needing!

They say the store opens at 8:00. Showed up to shop for supplies at 8:15 and doors are still locked, nobody to be seen in the store. If you dont want to open till 8:30 or 9:00 then dont say you open at 8:00. Poor service.

Nicer people, more efficient work, and cheaper costs than Copy Mail in the TTU SUB for binding books/music scores. Totally worth it even though the roads are currently really icy.
