Ive always had good experiences using this UPS store over the years! The staff is very friendly and have gone out of their way to let my know all my options when shipping packages. Ive shipped many packages over the years and Ive never had a problem with using UPS!

I rarely rate poorly. In fact, for as long as Ive been rating, I have never rated below 3. In the case of this UPS store, Im being generous with 2 stars. As an example of poor service, I didnt even get eye contact from the young man across the counter. Waited over 5 minutes to get confirmation that I simply drop off a package. Will try the new store, but never this one again.

So it’s the Saturday before Christmas. Customers are in the store before close( I understand it’s within a few minutes of closing time 2:28pm- the apparently close at 2:30- this was unknown beforehand) and instead of helping - the girl tells everyone they are closed and we need to leave... really? The door was opened and customers are in the store- but nope- they won’t take care of anyone in the store but tell them to leave cause it’s right at 2:30 and they are closed. When asked if they knew if another store was open. “I don’t know- you need to look that up yourself” Dually noted! Customer service is dead in that location!

Overall we have been pleased with this UPS store. We have used their mailbox service since 2013 and have never had any issues. Of course from time to time they hire employees that are unsatisfactory, but they seem to catch on and not keep them employeed. I appreciate being able to call and check on my mail. I never worry about my packages arriving or being stolen from my porch bc they sign for and securely store my packages. I would recommend this store to anyone interested in their services offered.

I called to see if I could mail off my wedding invitations there and the manager was so sweet. She actually told where I could take them to get better customer service. Its nice to know that care about their customers.

The owner never responds! She doesnt live in Texas as she has another store in Georgia. Shipped packages 3/19/18, 3 out of 10 packages came severely damaged. I was informed the end of march that I would receive a damage refund. Confirmed with UPS corporate the payment was sent to the store on 4/3/18, it is now May 11th and NO refund received despite several call to store manager. This business is unreliable and full of excuses! Beware and use FED EX ground!

When they shipped one of my packages for Mothers Day, it ended up being shattered and damaged. I created vanity trays and mugs that ended up being completely shattered. I also prepared the package with paper, bubble wrap and plastic bags to wrap all of the gifts in a sturdy and thick box. When I informed an employee there that the packages were fragile and could not be damaged, he kept over talking over me saying, Yeah, yeah, I got it. They didnt communicate at all with me throughout the whole damage claim process and its been over 10 days since its happened. It upsets that its taking this long to go through. Im still in the process now. I even had to call customer service for help and they even told me how its strange how this store decided to skip inspecting the package and go straight to waiving/completing the order. I would first not encourage anyone to send any fragile materials through UPS and also, not at this UPS location because they didnt seem to care about their customers.

I was a box holder at this store for 25+ years until the current (east coast) ownership took over. They refuse to pickup mail, lose it and refuse to deliver it. The employees all act like they don’t care. Ownership will not return calls. After my third lost (or thrown away) check and certified mail they refused to pick up I gave up.

Dropped off UVerse receivers to return- one didnt make it to ATT. This store said it was on me to make good on $150 charge from ATT for the lost receiver, not even trying to look for it or file a claim or anything!
