Service was top notch. Nick handled the build of my PC and was very professional and prompt at responding to my emails, etc. I had a minor issue with some of the BIOS settings when initially using the system on certain games, but Nick was very helpful in getting the issue resolved quickly. So far the system is running very well with no problems. If I had known it was this easy to get a custom gaming PC here locally I wouldnt have overpaid for a system built somewhere out of state for twice the cost. Customer service is paramount for me and these guys know a lot about making sure you are happy with your system. Definitely recommend SuperGeeks. Will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future for upgrades or another system, etc.

3-5 days my hairy white behind.... I dropped off a laptop several weeks ago and was assured of a diagnosis in 3-5 days. I called a week or two in - no diagnosis. I called again a week later. Well get so and so to call you back. That was two days ago. Do not use Super Geeks.

My laptop was no longer charging, so I brought it into SG. My tech was Jack and he was so helpful and patient throughout the repair. We had some road bumps, but the laptop was fixed quickly and at a fair price. The communication was fantastic as well! Thank you Jack!

Most of my calls they need to sign on to whichever computer I am using, and it has never failed, they have found the answer to my problem. Not only that, but they did an excellent job!I would love to give this place a nice review, because the people all seem super nice. However, I went in for a custom PC build 4 months ago and still have not heard back from them. Since that first visit, I have called 3 times and went back in store once and each time they said Oh yeah, sorry the guy who put that in for you isnt here today. We will get that done and email you the parts list once he is here. But that never happened. I would understand if they were having delays due to Covid 19 but that does not seem to be the reason, it seems to be a communication problem. Its rather unfortunate for them because I was wanting a rather pricey build.

I have had the 24/7 Maintenance plan for several years. They monitor my computer and I have had no problem with viruses or malware. When my hard drive crashed they installed a new one and restored all my data. They have remotely fixed problems between my computer and my printer and have helped when did not know how to perform an operation. They check in often to see if I need anything. The best part is they have respectfully answered my questions, given me advice, and never made me feel foolish. I cant say enough about Jon and his staff!

Great and friendly people, super quick

Courteous, fast, and reliable. They replaced a faulty laptop keyboard and palm rest for less than half of what the manufacturer wanted (it was out of warranty) and in a very short time. I expected it to take weeks, and it took days. Ill definitely see them again if I have any problems.

These guys were great. They werent able to fix my husbands computer, but they were honest about it, and didnt try to charge me for unnecessary services, and they gave me guidance on reasonably priced replacement models and brands.

SCAM!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!I took my computer for diagnose and they told me that most of my computer parts(cpu,ram,power unit,motherboard,ssd ...)were fried except for the graphic card, and the cost to get it fixed was going to be about $900. I decided to take it to another place. And you know what??! The other place told me that only the power unit was fried and it cost me just $70 to replace it. So from $900 to $70 -> you make yourself decision before you go there. Good luck

First when entering I was treated with utter ambivalence. Then was told by someone sitting at a table in the lobby that someone would be with me. Then after waiting some lady came out & again told me to wait while she found someone to help me only to be then told she could not find anyone to help me as the obvious managers or owners continued to sit at the table. Then the women said everyone who could help me was out but I could leave my printer and pay a diagnostic fee of $57.50 which would be paid whether they could repair it or not. I totally felt disregarded & unimportant as a customer. Upon leaving with the printer out the front door a car pulled in with four employees who had obviously gone together for a late lunch. I was so disgusted with this treatment I just drove home & threw the printer away. I would never recomend this business to anyone. Customer service there is an oxymoron.

Paid $35 for a diagnostic on my PC to see which components were fried. Instead they cleaned some non conductive thermal paste out of the CPU socket on the mobo and said that was the problem even though they didnt test it. 1 star for not doing the one thing I paid them to do, while just parroting the issues I had already told them about. If you have computer issues, take it somewhere else. At least they confirmed the GPU didnt work, which again, was something I already told them when I dropped it off.
