Todd did excellent work for me. He built a custom computer, that was better than I was expecting. He took time to explain the process to me, and also explained why each step and each piece was important. Highly recommend.

Jabberwocky is the only CPU shop between Dallas TX and Albuquerque NM that I would even consider getting custom computer work or builds from. Reasonable pricing and no BS or chicanery when it comes to guaranteeing his work.

Very bad at his job. Had an easy problem and he somehow made it very hard. In the end he didn’t even do what I asked him to.

Parts took a while to come in, but he did a great job with what I understand was a fairly complicated repair... and charged me literally half what my old computer guy quoted me. Definitely sticking with Jabberwocky!

I asked the owner to change my hardrive and transfer info from a hardrive. He ordered the wrong part twice and then took a few weeks to get the right part. Then he not only didn’t put the info from the hardrive onto the new computer. He deleted the info on it and lost years of files. He is very bad at his job.

I took all my computer parts that I bought off amazon and Newegg. I wish I came to jabberwocky first. But he built my computer without question. It was a tough build and he went the extra mile to check all the drivers and installing my windows for a discount. I recommend jabberwocky to everyone,!
