Jeff, Charles, and Joshua have been wonderful helping our business with all our computer needs! They are so patient with trying to help me right the issue myself by walking me through step by step over the phone and if I cant do it, they are minutes away. If a computer has to go to their shop for repair they always have it back to me asap. I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of fast, friendly computer service needs!

I have called JBCS several times to help me. Josh always tries to help me, by walking through it over the phone. If that doesnt work, he comes to my business. We have had several issues since starting up our new office. Josh has always been able to help. Whether over the phone, or on location. Since I am the IT of my business, and am usually winging it, it is nice to have someone I can call and trust to help me figure things out.

The guy was really nice, but computer problem wasn’t fixed. we couldn’t retrieve any of my lost data :( didn’t see until after I left but the back of the laptop was scratched from him trying to get in where the battery is located. I took it to my school’s IT department (TTUHSC) and they managed to take part of my hardware and put it into another computer so my school work could be salvaged. Take your Mac to a different store, this place is better for PCs/windows software.

Im sorry you all feel that way that he helped you in some kind of way he didnt help me at all you never help me whatsoever my computer and never worked a went in there with issues he promised he could fix it and do what he could get me back on I use it for work at home and he messed it up worse!
