I would like to say this - I like to read reviews and I saw a pretty bad one but the rest were great so I gave them a shot and it was well worth it! I dont think that because someone had a bad experience that all experiences are like that, and you never know the backstory. Nonetheless, Patrick was professional for me and my husband and saved our computers - without them we wouldve lost a lot of business! Now Patrick and his team maintain our company network and all our computers. I wouldnt recommend anyone else! Thank you guys.

We had Patrick with Consumer technology solutions look at a hard drive of our company that crashed. He couldn’t fix it and had to send it to Dallas. We had to put a $5000 deposit down with the understanding that we would get $3500 back if they couldn’t fix it. They could not. We started calling and he kept saying he was sending us a check but never would. Finally, my husband talked to someone else in the company and Patrick got furious calling my husband telling him not to talk to anyone else about his business. He sent a $3000 check after that and it bounced. Now, he will not answer our calls at all

Kyle was very candid regarding my options to replace my screen on my MAC. When he wasn’t sure about my follow up question he responded with , “I don’t know, but will find out and get back to you.” Within 15 minutes I received detailed text with the answers. I’m sold!
