I spoke to Daisy at the office she was extremely rude and treated me like a girl off of the street very poor customer service NotTo mention it was early morning and she had very poor professionalism, spoke to supervisor Rick it started off with professionalism but couldn’t even locate my file and gave me false information I had to get my landlord involved which he is a very busy man the whole thing could’ve been preventive I would request to speak to Steve when dealing with this place.

They messed up my car when I picked it up my shift gear wasnt working it took them 45 minutes to get it fixed

These people are crooks they stole my car jack from my friends car and denied it

This place is a scammed. The car was stolen, ended up here turns out that this place, didnt even know the car was moved to a different lot. Then, they said they it couldnt be taken out because it was on hold by the DOT. Guess what? They made a mistake, they wasted my time and money. They still required me to pay for those extra days, which was a big error on their end, I wasted 5 freaking days. This place is a scam! Be aware. I am surprised they are still operating.For the record, they are very unprofessional. Be aware your car is not their priority.

For a police impound lot, the dude was pretty cool and somewhat helpful. nevertheless its a police impound yard and a racket to part you from your money. Quite successfully, I might add...

Not the best place to be on a weekend to pickup your car from after being towed at LaBrea tarpits. But retrieving the car was quick but expensive. What can I say, its a tow company.

Always. Twice actually, ive got my cars towed...both times they were so helpful n precise in what was needed n how much? The lady at desk, Lupe i believe,was on my paperwork before my car was even there. It helped me with just simple info but important to where n what n how much before it was on the lot, saving me alot of time n running around.. the guys in lot also were just as courteous n quick as time before..i know getting car towed is the most frustrating n stressful situation for ppl who drive daily. S and J are doing their job. They are not trying to tow ur car for profit n they have never stole stuff from my car...ive had weed, scooters, money n tech stuff n not once anything missing.. A tow truck yard that i have never gotten mad at nor felt cheated or ripped off. Even tho cops towed my car, i didnt feel anymore frustrations on top of what the law had already unfairly misused against me...serio, ur desk clerks n yard GUYS...GRACIAS FOR BEING COURTEOUS N HELLA PATIENT WITH ME...LISA DIAZ

My car was damaged after towing and now makes a clunking sound

Went to pickup a friends automobile on Tuesday..........Friend had had a heart attack and his car was towed in. Was told by someone that all we needed was his signature for them to release the car to us, no money was needed since there werent any laws broken when it was towed..........well we did that.........we go back with his signature...........Then an entirely different person claims we need over $550 younger the vehicle. Dont know what to do now.........every day storage fees are being add on. HELP!!!!!!!!

If you got towed by the cops, this is probably the spot. Since its a police lot, they charge you extra so you know its a police lot.

My car was towed after the accident. When I was told it was here, I went and then checked out the lot, then they told me they had moved it to another lot after several minutes of looking. They should have told me when i had called 2 hours before i drove there to then have to drive another 30 minutes to another lot.

They are pain in the assI was there exactly at 6:56 but they didnt help me.she told me system shutdown at 7 and I said its 6:56 but she just left and closed the door.

My brother was in a accident 12/19/17 picked up the bike on the following day. They charged me 250 to transport the bike a few blocks away.
