This man stole my car I purchased food at the property and he refused to give me my car back I will contact police and post civil lawsuit against the company soon they are thief’s

Thieves & lies! My car got towed and they ruined my transmission. I had to call AAA to towed it away 1/2 mile from their place. They released the car to someone with no license and they charged $301.00 no receipt given and when i went back to get the receipt, they made another receipt with a lower amount. Will sue immediately because theyre scamming people and dont want to assume responsability. The place looks horrible, no wonder theyre stealing money

This person is a criminal. Ricky is the owner would not give me a list of charges for my vehicle. My daughter parked my car in the wrong spot and got towed Saturday 3:30. Their offices are “closed “ on the weekend so to get it out would be extra. That was understandable but he tried to charge me a processing fee for the lien on my car for $75 and wouldn’t show me any list of prices. My car had been in his possession for only 44 hrs at this time. He kicked me out of the office and said I was being verbally aggressive. I’m probably one of the calmest people in the world but I don’t deal well with criminals and Injustice. There’s so much more but I don’t want to waste anymore energy.

Scammers!! These thieves are money hungry!! They dont work with you at all its either u have cash in hand or no car! THEY DONT CARE!! they will take money from anyone. This place is not the real deal, I had to pay about $250 n they didnt even check to see if car belonged to me or need a DL they used my state ID. All these people are worried about is collecting as much cash as they can n splitting it n pocketing at the end of the day!

This place is a towing service that is supposedly closed Saturday and Sunday but is consistently towing on those days.They seemed to be soliciting business by watching drivers park and exit their vehicle. My granddaughter told me she saw the tow truck as she exited her vehicle and was asked by the lowlife thug if that was her vehicle (so he was not called, but parked and waiting on they day they’re supposed to be “closed”).Btw, according to California law, there’s supposed to be a 60 minute grace period before being towed.The one who answers the phone “Richard” or “Ricky”, is aggressive, rude, ghetto, threatening, petty, immature, belligerent, bellicose. His manner was a source of major concern for my safety, life and well .

The similarity of everyones experience with these scam artists and my experience is uncanny.Was gone from my vehicle for literally no more than 10 minutes, as I forgot my ID in my car and had to quickly run back to get it and they had already hooked it. Upon seeing me arrive and flag him down, the driver intentionally sped out of the parking lot and waiting till he was on the main street to pull over and speak to me, since the law is if you return to your vehicle before it has carried off they legally have to release your vehicle. He demanded a bribe of $180 cash, and conveniently knew exactly where the ATM machine was for me to get it. Upon arriving to the shop to get my vehicle the place was a mess, trash and papers littered all over office, if you could call it that. None of their machinery, including their card machines, were in working order. They didnt even have change available for cash.Unfortunately for them, they broke the law when it came to me. The driver was wearing a triple A uniform, I reported the company to Triple A and they had told me that they have no idea who this company is and that they have no affiliation with them. The agent I talked to informed me, based on my situation, the tow driver should have released my vehicle to me and his actions were illegal.As of now Triple A is investigating and filing reports against them for the incident.Hopefully they get some red tape on this place or better yet, get it shut down.

The owner Ricky bald headed guy was so rude, doesnt have no people skill and starts cussing at you. Yes I did asked him if he was willing and able to half my tow since I wasnt at the event where every other car got towed for, he made in less than a 3 hours about 4k in 7 card he could off just say no but he started cussing and yelling at me. I hope more people complain. Besides if hes in LA what is he doing picking up cars from Burbank...so.ething shady is going on there.

Great team of dudes righteous respectful and considerate considering how mad I was getting watched and called on for parking in a place I made an ATM transaction. At they end of the day there just taking orders doing there job and some times saving lifes respect your local tow truck drivers God bless from the white utility van you towed.

If I could give a negative star i would..clearly the only positive review are from workers or friends. I had to give a star to be able to write a review. They only take cash.no receipt..oh btw they dont have dogs in the yard....BBB has been contacted and i am sure IRS will also get a call with all that cash they are NOT claiming.

Ok, so Ive learned a very expensive lesson ($230). Never park your car across the street at the bail bonds place (unless you stay with your car) from the mens correctional jail. The guy at the bail bonds place have their number on speed dial. As for Rickys Towing they were very professional, polite, patient, and quick. Sure it sucks that I had to pay $230 to get my car back but it was my fault and they were doing their job.

Shady company,.. works with Vignes Place Plazas lot manager in a towing scheme they have set up. Customers are not only kept on 20 minutes surveillance of by the manager but harassed, assaulted and then towed at a managers discretion. Their integrity is a direct reflection of their participation with the manager. Do not use this towing if integrity matters.

I never requested their service. I was approached by Richard Martinez who inquired if I needed help. So far it seems he only intended to help himself by extorting erroneous storage fees after illegally impounding my car. I found out they towed the car almost a week after it disappeared from the street it was parked on, after crossing paths with the towman in the neighborhood who then claimed he was doing me a favor by towing the car before it was taken by the city and impounded for 90 days. Now they claim I requested the tow, which makes no more sense then the first claim. People have a destination when requesting a tow, so if I requested it to be towed why are they holding onto it, and why wasnt I present at the time the car was towed. Naturally LAPD wasnt any help, citing this is a civil matter. But what these people have done is criminal. Stevie Wonder can see this is a scam. And sadly our judicial system is just as unreliable as our Law Enforcement. I dont have anything in writing, nor do they have an authorization from me to move the car in the first place. Avoid getting scammed by this crooked tow service and call AAA.

These company sucks the big one I have been waiting for them for 3 hours and they havent show up. I call them and they tell me that they are five minutes away. They lie so much they told my insurance company that they were at our location but we werent there but yet Everytime I was calling them to see how long they were asking me for the address of my location but they told my insurance company that services were already provided. They suck they need to do better business I missed work because of them jerk offs

Complete crap. i joined several sites just so i could warn people about this. They dont give any updates at all. We went through Amex to get this done. My girlfriend has been stuck on the side of the freeway for 4 HOURS. Look at the rest of the reviews on yelp. They are 10000% correct as far as the bad experiences. I asked for a manager and the same woman with the bad attitude who answers the phone said she was the manager. The only thing she says is that it will be 20 more minutes each and every time you call. What a joke of a company. If youre in need of help, look elsewhere. We let amex know after waiting for HOURS to contact another tow company and the next company was out there in MINUTES.

Ok horrible horrible place very rude when I asked to speak to a manager they yelled and told me no ... told me I could only use cash and that it would be 244$ to get out .. the bails bond man i know called on me I was only gone a couple minutes I come back and my cars gone he lied and said idk I don’t get into that . But it’s ok I tell u I’m gonna make sure these guys get fired very unprofessional. I’m gonna speak with the manager one way or another I’m takin they ass to court not even signs out up

Sway is RIGHT on the money with this place. If I could give zero stars, I would. Shady, shady, shady. They have a guy on-site who does nothing but patrol the lot to wait for someone to step off the property, then he calls Toledo towing and they immediately grab the car. I regularly see clients at Twin Towers, and I watch them do this all of the time. I am by no means suggesting its ok to not obey the signage, but lets face it, the lot on Vignes is never full, and they are ABSOLUTELY preying on people who can least afford impound fees - single moms with husbands in jail and little kids in tow. Seems a little fishy to me.

They are a scam just ripping people off asking for cash to release your vehicle. It was our first time there and we were just trying to see where we had to go. We had just parked at the bail bonds place across from the twin towers/county jail only gone for about 10 minutes and we see our car being hitched on to the tow truck my husband starts screaming from the corner thats my car please dont take it and the guy proceeds he gives him the card for the company and tells him to wait and he gets into the truck and starts to drive and tells us to meet him in the street and we go to the street and he saids to pay him 200 cash right now and he will release it otherwise at the towing company we will have to pay $304.00 and yes as several people have mentioned in their reviews they conveniently know where theres an atm machine to get the cash and when you pay them how convenient for them he doesn’t have his receipt book to write you a receipt and they just let the car down and take off without a word since they have just ripped you off. I called the office the next day and it is the worst customer service i have ever seen their employees need training on how to deal with customers. They wouldn’t even confirm if what I paid was a standard fee or just something the drivers come up with. He kept saying i have to go in the office to get the fee and i asked him what you dont know the fees sounds like a rip off to me. I told him I was going to report them to the BBB and they dont care. The person even hung up on me. They need to be shut down its illegal what they are doing. I also see that the owner doesn’t reply to these complaints because he is scared he knows his company is a scam. He only saids thank you to the ones who are not complaining which also means he has no customer service skills and needs training he is not a good leader and is clueless to how a legit company should be run. I also seen reviews where he had been caught saying good things about his company trying to make people think that they are from real customers. Hopefully the owner and his company loose their license and pay for ripping off people.

They have a guy calling their tow trucks to come tow cars away, within minutes. They’re doing this at the plaza on Vignes st at bauchet st. When I questioned the guy he said it wasn’t him, that it was a guy named Steve. Little did this ‘guy’ know. He didn’t realize, I had already asked all the ladies that work for all the bail bonds there what was he doing just standing there. They imagined he worked for Toledo’s but said he could work for the plaza’s owner..When its time to take your car out, they make you walk to go get cash (I walked 35 minutes each way to Bank of America) even though they say they take card when you call them.Cost 230 dollars and my car was there 1 hour. They don’t have an office or don’t use it for some reason, they parked on the sidewalk out front of their gate and make you pay while standing out there next to Alans tow truck..I’ve seen a few other reviews indicating that they have made others walk to atm’s to get cash. Their card machine must be inoperative 90% of the time or they’re up to no good..Just like other reviewers want someone to do. I will get some video proof (ive already got some) and take care of it.

Complete scam you towed the wrong kids car. Im now going to make it my mission to take your scam ring down. You took my child car after 5 mins of being parked then after having to walk to get cash you dont give him a receipt or any paper work for the tow. Threaten him that your going to keep it after he pays. Im calling triple A and BBB. I am going to photo where the car was with no signs and then Im going to sue your business.

DO NOT USE! If I could rate them as a NEGATIVE 5 star review, I totally would.Toledo towing is the WORST towing company EVER.The driver was a hour and a half later than the original ETA. I waited nearly 3 HOURS for their s**t service.When he finally arrived he looked at my vehicle and said there is nothing I can do THEN proceeded to get into his truck and leave!He just left me there without attempting to help! NOTHING!I filed a complaint with the roadside services company that dispatched Toldeo to me.I want to warn all, DO NOT USE THEM.Awful awful aweful service.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! Driver had no idea where to go its called GPS, They estimated 45 minutes or less and i was stuck in the middle of the street with the police helping me out more than they did FOR 2 HOURS!!!!!!! and then they wanted to charge me for their service!! HA

Is there a way to make complaints about this towing company. i wasnt even gone for more than 15 mins. when i got back they were lifting my car, i pleaded with them to put it down , the guy said he would put it down if i paid $180 on the spot , this is a bullshit towing place. i had jus gotten released from jail, i just needed to pick up my property which also contained my drivers license. Now i lost my company car and maybe job just for steppin away for a few minutes. thanks toledo. lives ruined for reasons that are pure sadistic.

White collar criminals practicing legal grand left auto. Beware of this criminal ring of bullies, they practice below the radar and will cheat you. Lookouts are posted wherever their towing signs are...mainly by the twin towers jail and courthouse. Lookout waits for unsuspecting patrons of the courthouse to leave the vehichle and within 15 minutes of your leaving your car a call is made to the towing yard and your car is illegally towed.

They have very bad customers service,they only take cash, my car was towed away by them,they told me one price through the phone and charged me another, the owner was screaming at my son and me, as soon as I try to call the cops he was going to close, so I wouldnt be able to get my car until the next day, so one of his employees gave me a ride to an ATM to get the rest of the money to get my car, it was so frustrated and the cop didnt took me sirious

Terrible service never showed up. its almost 4 hours never called. When you call their office they have no customer service experience. I dont know why Allstate road service deals with them.
