Excellent tow company. Owner was very fast and helpful when my car broke down, and the tow was a very fair price. Overall I was very impressed with the entire towing experience from Speedy Towing Los Angeles and would recommend them to anyone who needs a tow. Ill definitely be giving these guys a call.

I had just gotten a flat tire and I do not have roadside assistance on my insurance plan but thankfully when I googled roadside towing I came across Speedy Towing Los Angeles! The girl who helped me on the phone was very helpful and super nice! When the tow truck person came to help me he was very nice and it took him only about a minute to change my tire. Thumbs Up, guys!!!

Company was extremely rude and threatened my daughter to have her car impounded. I have worked for customer service for many years and no matter what the situation you should never be texting a customer threatening them. That’s when you should get an manager involved.

When I initially called the woman I spoke with was professional and friendly. At 4.08pm I was told that someone would be out in 30 minutes for a simple jump. I was trying to get somewhere before 5 so that tracked. I had to provide a credit card over the phone for a $59 cancellation fee and I even joked about they must get a lot of cancellations. I should have taken this as a sign. I get a call from what I assume is going to be a tow truck driver at about 4.30 and he lets me know he is 30 minutes away. So much for someone arriving in 30 minutes! Since I have already given my credit card, I figure I am stuck with this person. He shows up and tells me the jump is going to be $144!!! Insane! I call the office back and ask her what happened to the $59 I was told on the phone. Oh, thats just the cancellation fee. When I pushed her, she told me it wasnt HER fault that I didnt ask the price over the phone. What kind of way is that to run a business. I tell her Im not paying $144 and that I will dispute the cancellation fee. She continues to be rude so I hang up. I speak to the guy (who by the way is in a small CAR with jumper cables not a tow truck) and he is willing to negotiate. We settle on a price and he proceeds to try to jump my car. He is unsuccessful and doesnt charge me. He is going to send someone out with heavy duty jumper cables or something and not to worry about the woman in the office as he will handle it. An hour an a half later, no one else has shown up or called and they still charged me the cancellation fee even though they worked on my car. Ill of course dispute the charges but what a shady business.

Speedy Towing Los Angeles is awesome! Although his rate is a little higher because I called during midnight, he showed up in no time and got my car moved with no hassle. His service and is at a great price, professional hassle free . Will make an unfortunate incident likee a flat not ruin your day.

Speedy Towing Los Angeles just came and took my broken car to the mechanic. I cant think of anything bad to say. Its a Friday night of a holiday weekend. He kept calling to give updates as to when he would get to the car. When he did get there, my jaw dropped with the amazing speed in which he picked up the car. Even paying him was incredibly easy.

Very fast and friendly. I called at about 9am and he was there in just over ten minutes. Hook up was quick and drop off was too. $80 for a flat bed tow going about 15 miles. Its a good price I think based on what Ive paid in the past. I would use their service again but I hope I wont need to.

Great people! Great business! Very professional and accommodating. My scooter had a flat and I didnt have the key for it. Francisco came and with ease got my scooter on the truck and brought it back to my home within an hr ! I highly recommend this Business!

I called to schedule a tow 1 1/2 miles back to my home. I was about one mile away from their yard. I screenshot the location and sent it to athe woman who was helping me. She told me itd take 35 minutes until a driver arrived. 8 minutes later I texted back to cancel, and drove home myself. It was a minor issue, so I drove slowly back home. She replied that there would be a cancellation fee of $59! Crooks! No prior notice when she took my card info. Ima wager that the driver wasnt even in-route before I cancelled. Im having my bank deal with it.

Special thanks to the driver who unlocked my car on Friday!!! After a really bad day I realized I locked my keys in my car on my break. My feet were killing me and I was exhausted, I called AAA and the dispatch told me if be waiting for an hour. I only waited 15 minutes before the driver for Dicks towing showed up and got me into my car. He drove up smiling and was amazingly quick to get me into my Sentra. I didnt get his name but THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME!!!
