Sincere employees, repaired not only what I asked them for, but also suggested other defects and repaired accordingly. They were very accommodating regarding my meetings and offered a faster than expected repair time. I highly recommend this place!

I have to say these guys did a great job on my 2006 Chevy Malibu. I will say they are good people. They have a waiting room for you to sit while waiting.

Faster than Jiffy Lube + Pep Boys! Get a fast, quality oil change for cheap. Starts at $34. So fast you can roll thru on your lunch hour + still get lunch. Waiting area with chairs.. I like that you can see them doing the work on your car right in front of you, right from the waiting area. No nonsense. Quick. Just pull in + wait for one of the guys to come up or wave you closer. Exit out rear into alley, easy! Go change that oil, people. Your car will love you for it.

Ask for an oil change with my dad, and what they did was inspect he engine, what they indeed ended up doing was breaking one of the clips to my air box filter, and they try to cover it up with dont wash your engine, and that its a hybrid car and contains a lot of voltage. Like if I didnt know that already plus they charge $54.90, for something that can be done at home, but my dad was too hesitant to let me do it last time Ill go there, half a hundred dollars and a broken clip to secure the air box great...

Dishonest master, faulty job. If you want to be served by the crooks - this is a place for you. Who knows... there are some people enjoying self-inflicted wounds... Going to change your [car] oil in this place - is clearly one of these self-inflicted injuries. If you want a good service by honest mechanic - DONT COME HERE!!!! There is no respect for the customer. You will be cheated on. Your car will be mistreated or even not destroyed. You will be overcharged and eventually you will get a very bad job done on your car. I changed my oil at that place, and the technician forgot to install washer and my oil was leaking. I was lucky to have a friend who noticed the leak and suggested to go and find out why it is leaking. Instead of returning to this hole, I came to a professional service center, where I complained about the leak, my car was inspected and I was said that the technician who just changed my oil was negligent and forgot to put washer. I had to change my oil again and pay for it again. When I came to the Western Express Lube & Oil Center with complaint, requesting my money back, the master ( maybe owner?) refused to return my money, called me names, and recommended to file a lawsuit. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place, especially if you are a woman and if you are not Chinese - they will discriminated you based on your gender and your nation of Origin, based on the color of your skin, they will lie to you, they will crew your car. Dishonest crooks.
