I unfortunately had a bad experience twice. The first time I came to get my nails done; and the second when I needed to get a nail fixed because it broke the same day.During my first experience, my cuticles on my fingers were destroyed due to the machine and force being used. A lot of the top layers of the skin around my nail are hanging off. 5/10 of my fingers were bleeding.The second time I went back to get a nail fixed because it immediately broke the same day. The second person doing my nails also was rough and my finger yet again was bleeding due to the roughness when doing the dip powder.I hope this shop can remedy the issues as far as doing dip powder manicures goes.My pedicure was good.

From someone who has been to dozens of nail salons, this one was not at the higher end. I got my nails done here and I feel that the attention to detail was lacking. First, the thickness of my nails is not great. They are uneven and there is significant thickness on the sides of the nails because the nail tech did not file the edges down enough. The edges near my cuticles are also not clean. They look jagged - again no attention to detail. I do not understand why i pay for a manicure and only my nails are done and the rest of my hands are left with no attention. I was never asked to wash my hands. There was no warm towel service after the manicure, and worst of all no lotion put on my hands?! I had my nails sitting in acetone for twenty minutes which we all know dries out your hands incredibly, and there was no lotion put on my hands at the end. Lack of attention and not relaxing at all. I expect better of a salon in down town LA...

Vina Nails is a gem. Friendly service, a large selection of SNS/powder dip options, beautiful nail work and nice, clean environment.

I love Mike! he’s the best nail tech i’ve ever had and always finds the time to do a great job despite the salon being very busy. ive been coming to Vina Nails for over 4 years and even though i moved across town, i’ll make the drive!

I definitely enjoyed the experience. Brought along a friend for their birthday. Enjoyed the fact the staff was available to take us for our appointment right on time. They were super friendly and attentive. I had two people working on me, one person on my feet and the other on my hands. Enjoyed the chairs with the massage function. Will definitely be coming back.

My girlfriend came into the salon and asked for a service. This Asian man told me to sit and wait and I did… after that I asked how long the wait is. As a costumer I have the right to ask these type of questions. Also who wants to wait without knowing how long it’s gonna take, what if it takes an hour or more?When I asked how the wait is, the Asian man told me to leave if I don’t wan to wait. I did not say I’m not fine with waiting, all I asked was how long the wait will be. When I heard his answer, I had no words to say to him but walk out…Sadly, her first experience in LA with nail salon has started bad… horrible customer service and very rude…

Nice man. But nails didnt last 4 days the dip powder cracked after 4 days. It usually lasts 3 weeks.

This is my little secret! Best place ever they literally treat like family. They are so friendly and clean. They have brand name nail polish and are still very affordable. Give them a try you wnt be disappointed.

They have SNS natural mineral powder nail enamel which is healthier and last longer than acrylic.

Considering the Covid requirements the staff was on point and awesome. Highly recommend to get an appointment

Found this place near my job, and needed a quick lunch time mani for my bridal shower over the weekend. Love the lunch special and the lady was nice and did exactly what i asked for! they came out beautiful!

Wifes first time for a pedicure came out nice. Customer service is great. Staff is nice.

Went and got a refill on my nails here that I had gotten done from another place. I must say she did an excellent job, left my nails looking very natural and short the way I like them. Her customer service was great. Everyone there is very nice providing awesome service.

Pretty good nail salon. Staff is great. A wee bit pricey, but not bad for the area.

Unfortunately they were understaffed and I got a SNS half manicure cause my cuticles weren’t done. My left hand got a 4th clear coat power but my right hand didn’t. I had left over powder all around my nails and I walked out with my hand dry as hell. Don’t get me wrong they are friendly but if I’m paying full price for a manicure with a reservation because I made sure to call and ask for a specific time then I expect you to take your time. I still tip the man but I honestly did not want to.

Clean and friendly and professional. I always love my mani-pedi and the owners are simply lovely. Mike will greet you by your name after just a couple visits and seems to know all his customers. They do stiletto nails as well as wraps and designs.

Worst gel manicure of my life. Save your $26 and go somewhere else. The color is uneven and she misses some spot. I kept telling her to fix it she would mess up but after a while I have up. Save yourself from getting mad and spending money thats not worth it.
