Don’t go. I went in to try a new place and the woman wanted to remove my acrylics by shoving a nail tip under my nail and prying them off ruining the integrity of my nails. I asked her to file and soak off the rest after she tore off the first one. She was angry that I asked her to remove my existing nails with care and 115$ later my nail broke immediately. Simply not the best.

I loved it! Just moved in the area and needed to find a new spot. My bf went there first, he has bad ingrown toenails and he loved the service. I went on the following week to get gel manicure and I loved the results. Super recommend.

Very unsatisfied with the professionalism in this place, the tools looks like they weren’t sanitized so I asked if she can please at least soak in some alcohol. I had to ask 5 times while she was trying to use the tools on my hand before sanitizing to please clean the tools, finally with an attitude she takes a cotton ball and some alcohol and does a very quick fake whipe, doesn’t even thoroughly clean properly and does it with a bad attitude while rolling her eyes

Got hanged up on twice when calling to inquire about setting an appointment for gel nails. They lack staff so it’s usually one or two people working. I recently had an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. They did my pedicure and started working on other people who came after me completely forgetting i also scheduled a gel manicure. There are better nail salons in Hollywood don’t waste your time.

Went here for a pedicure with great expectations. The woman didnt scrub my heels at all and barely gave a massage. Disappointed. Only went there as staying in hotel opposite. A rushed job and terrible service. No customer service skills whatsoever. They really couldnt be bothered at all. Didnt get no tip from me. Wish I had read the reviews before rushing there.

They did a real good job and did not rush anything. I got a full set for 50 dollars but it was TOTALLY worth the cost. She did a wonderful job of filing the nail to try to make it look identical.

Came out of work and I called and they took very good care of me I did a pedicure res charge me 20 bucks and also eyebrows 10 bucks very cheap

If I could put 0 stars I would, they did a horrible job on repairing 3 of my nails. Asked the lady to please fix them multiple times in she told me they are fine.. Charged me what a fill would cost to repair 3 nails when on the service sheet it says $3 per nail. This is the worst place Ive ever been to quality customer service and care they do not care at all about their clientele.

They did a decent job with my pedicure. My gel nails didn’t last long for what it cost altogether

They had a little trouble managing their wait list, but once we got that sorted out, the pedicure was fine. However they do not take AMEX, so be warned.

Never going back again! The customer service is shocking! Came yesterday to fix one nail that takes 10min, got told to come back next day. So I walk back again today just to find out the person is not working today! Why tf you tell me to come back then! Been there a few times before, were never impressed with the service, Staff just seems generally very unhappy with life and has no idea about customer service.

I and my girlfriend went there and met some of customers that going there for many years, even a lady said she has been a customer over 15 years. Friendly customer service, clean & satisfied . I voted for 5 start😄

Ive come here for years, ever since I moved to Cali! I even followed them when they changed locations. Hands down best nail salon Ive ever come to. Dont like to go anywhere else! I drive from the valley just work get my nails done.
