I am new to Los Angeles but I have been following Nail Garden for a couple of years on Instagram. Today’s visit & experience was phenomenal! William did a really great job on my manicure & pedicure. Debby did a great job on my boyfriend and we are both extremely happy with the results! We will most definitely be returning.

Everything was clean and in order, service was good except when massage was taking place, there was too much conversation going on during my relaxing moment.

Just had this experience today 8/13/2021 for an appointment at 2pm. My fiancée had Debbie who was great to both my fiancée and I but my personal experience was poor. The front desk receptionist doesnt seem to want to be there and often leaves customers standing there confused with no direction on what to do then flippant telling them to sit down. My nail tech was a male and my biggest gripe is the complete lack of communication. Made me bleed twice, once from my big toe and once from my pinky. I understand that mistakes happen and Im often very forgiving and understanding but after he made me bleed there was no communication ... no sorry, no opps, no Im gonna wrap this up to stop the bleeding or anything. He was rough pushing my cuticles and didnt once ask if I was ok with how much pressure he was using when pushing something under my skin. He also seemed very unfocused on what he was doing. I felt more like a burden/obstacle than a customer and very likely wont ever return. My toe and pinky are still a bit sore but the service was done so theres that.

Had an appt today, 8/13/21 @ 2 pm and Debbie was the best part of my nail trip! She was pleasant, funny, and did a great job on my mani pedi. She even helped my fiancé wrap up his mani pedi as well since the male nail tech who did his mani pedi didnt even come back to finish up his service, very unprofessional. The male nail tech (unfortunately didnt get his name) was looking out the window and seemed super distracted while doing my fiancés nails. He ended up making him bleed multiple times and didnt even apologize to him. He also barely spoke to him while Debbie was giving great convo and service to me about what she was doing during my mani pedi. Also the woman running the front desk needs to work on her customer service skills from needing to answer/talk on the phone in a more pleasant way to not just telling people to go sit down in a nonchalant way like the customers should know exactly what to do once we get to the nail salon. Overall, Debbie 10/10 and male nail tech and front desk woman definitely need some work, more training, or need to be let go imo. ✌🏽

The nail techs are nice and do a good job. The receptionist is kinda rude though. Ive come in with no one at the front desk, standing around awkwardly for 5 minutes until anyone comes out front a few times now. And when the receptionist does come out, shes pretty curt. Just a, ”do you have an appointment?” Also, even with an appointment, Ive had to wait for 30 minutes.

This was my first visit at nail garden. My technician was very nice and helped me pick a very nice color for my nails and my sister had the deluxe mani / pedi combo and loved it. However I paid $76.00 for a full set of gel acrylic nails and by the 2nd day one of my nails broke off while I was taking my laundry out of the dryer. I thought maybe I was too harsh and pulled my clothes out too hard but it is now only Day 6 and 2 more nails have since broken off. I dont do heavy lifting and work in an office where I dont hit or damage my nails often. I have gotten my nails done at other places and this is the first time that my nails have broken in the first week. Very disappointed as I had originally loved how my nails looked but now it is Valentines day and my nails look a huge mess.

Chi Pham attended to me today. She is lovely and always smiles. I enjoyed the polite service at this location today.

It was an okay experience. The nail tech that did my mani/Pedi was nice. The front desk receptionist needs more work on applying exceptional customer service. I came in as a first time customer and did not receive a warm welcome, not a peoples person. That was disappointing since I really wanted to like this place.

New to LA and I was referred to this nail salon. The nail techs are perfectionists which is why I’ll keep coming back. Make sure to make an appointment. Helen is my go to girl.

I did this manicure and pedicure on 11/16/2020. Today is 11/19/2020. The photo shows that the quality of the work is terrible. I paid $ 75 plus a tip. The interior design and staff are good, but the level of quality is weak. In the light of electricity and also because of poor eyesight, I did not immediately see the quality of the manicure, but at home I examined my nails and was horrified. I do not recommend this salon if you want a beautiful result. Unfortunately I can’t see how to attach picture but if anybody wants to see - more than welcome

Awesome place! Right in the heart of the USC Village. They will validate parking from the structure located underneath Trader Joes. Will be back again soon.

I visited this location of the 29th of October. I had a scheduled appointment at 10am for a hard gel manicure; however, upon arrival i was informed that the technician scheduled to assist me was running late. I took a seat and waited for over an hour and a half for her to arrive. As I waited, Ari (I believe that was his name) the owner arrived. I considered informing him of my experience but decided to allow the technician to explain herself upon arrival rather than throwing her under the bus; however, when she arrived she was rude and unapologetic for her tardiness. Not once did she acknowledge or mention her tardiness. I genuinely expected an apology for the delay and the best customer service from her part but to my surprise received the contrary. The staff all seemed very unfriendly and constantly shared unpleasant glances at each other. I dont know if they were as a result of the owners presence there or mine but nonetheless they made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I write todays commentary because I believe it is in the businesses best interest to be informed of the lack of customer service and professionalism of his staff. I love the facility but at the end of the day, its the customer service that keeps and brings in customers.

I now read the reviews, and wonder why I was not offered any drinks... My appointment was at 9:30, I have chosen first available master and the first tech arrived 15 minutes late, which of course did not stop them from asking for a tip, lol. I am also not very happy with my manicure, photo attached. I asked for gel polish, and the tech applied the polish so far from my cuticle, that on the second day (today) it already looks like my nails have grown out. If I go there again I am certainly not wasting money on gel polish, having to replace it after a week defeats the purpose completely.

Excellent service, very nice salon you feel like a princess in those chairs 😊 enjoyed it very much and the lady that did my pedi was very gentle but did an amazing job !

Ive been here a couple times. Each nail had a different shape when i asked for square. Also the nail polish itself wasnt applied neatly. For the price of a classic manicure and pedicure here, I wouldnt recommend it.

The Nail Garden in USC village has excellent customer service and even better technicians. Whatever service you want expect a great outcome and the experience of a lifetime. Karyn does a great mani/pedi.

Clean and flexible appointments

Really enjoyed my manicure and hand massage. I work as a photographer so my nails always need to be ready to hit the shutter button. Friendly staff and loved that the owner was there making sure everyone was happy. Highly recommended!Best,Bryan

I came here on Friday with a friend, they were busy but were able to accommodate both of us. The salon is spectacularly clean. Also the wine is a very nice touch.

I love getting a Gel manicure at this nail salon, it is one of the few places that can do cool designs. They are friendly and nice, easy validated parking, great nail products/polish choices. Highly recommend!

Great experience. I love coming to this nail salon. I have visited this spot about 4 times now. Today I was helped by William and he was great, good conversation and good hygiene.

Service is AMAZING. They do really high quality work here. This was the most expensive gel acrylic set Ive ever received but also the BEST quality set Ive ever recieved.Thank you, Mia!!!

Henry did a fantastic job!! My nails were too long and a bit wide from another salon and he fixed them to be the perfect shape, size, and color. Now Ill be able to have beautiful nails while working with rocks :)

This response is very disappointing to read given that is not true, and claiming you checked the cameras is kind of bogus. I arrived around 10:55 for an eyebrow wax not a gel manicure. At around 11:30 I was told I would still have to wait so I left. I will advise all of my usc friends not to visit here due to the unprofessionalism.

Elaine was a great receptionist very cordial, nice and ready to be of service. She offered me water, tea or champagne...Champagne was my choice of course. She even selected another shade that I asked her for that was different for me and she was spot on. Vu, my tech, was the best, asking all the right questions and he did a fabulous job...my feet feel like heaven like walking on clouds...I will definitely be coming back.

I happened to be in the area today so I decided to stop in at Nail Garden for some gels. I am so happy with my nails! I am VERY particular about the shape and evenness of my nails, and I have to say, they’re pretty perfect. Officially my new go to place— AND I can get some shopping done while I’m there too!

This place is fantastic! Super clean and extremely friendly staff/technicians. My apt. was right on time which I love!!! The mani/pedi was by far one of the best ones I have ever had. Will definitely be going back!!!

After a work meeting in DTLA I stopped by for a mani/pedi and loved my service by Quinney and Donna. Both lovely technicians and took care of me at the highest level.

Staff are great! The owner I believe is always there and is super helpful and hands on. Always get a perfect manicure

A bit pricey for gel mani&pedi. MAKE APPOINTMENT. However, the location is priceless and the cleanliness is upto an OCD persons standards. They offer complimentary wine and such as well as a CBD 🌿 sugar scrub I shall try soon. 3hr. Parking Validation.

Ok so I went to place for the second Time and when I say friendly staffFabulous Atmosphere and make you feel very relax especially if you had a long day at work you will love their pedicure and manicure services what I love the most is the Brazilian wax by Jessie she was Amazeing Just love it and will be back agin thank you all the staff of nail garden USC 😘keep up good work👌🏽

Clean salon with a large variety of polish choices, I was able to walk-in without an appointment for a manicure/pedicure and was very pleased with the service. I would come back.

I paid $50 for my gf to have her nails done here and they already look overgrown and its been less than a week. Also, the paint is chipping off and it looks bad. Not worth anywhere near this price. A total ripoff.

Even though the sign says walk-ins welcome, I was turned away with a vague remark like you could try again tomorrow.

Pricing is very irregular. Person I went with paid 90 dollars for a fill and a polish change. Would never go back. Buyer beware!!!
