Ive been debating back and forth on whether to get hydra facial or microneedling for about three months. A friend referred me to give this place a try so I scheduled an appointment.I called Shiny Laser, the owner, Debbie was very pleasant. I was able to make an appointment instantly over the phone for two weeks out. She explained that Id need an in person consultation to discuss my long term goals.I came in about four days ago and I am so happy with the pleasant customer service Esther gave me from beginning to end. When you walk in, staff makes sure you take your temperature for safety precautions. Theres a 360 mist sanitizer that Ive never seen an office have which I thought was pretty high tech.I sat down with Debbie for my consultation and she did not disappoint. She suggested micro needling and Co2 to help with reproduction of collagen. Also, I recently developed some random moles and sun spots this past year so she was able to help me remove them.The procedure was seamless and painless (literally) which I had no doubt since Esther walked me through every step of my spa treatment. Esther was very kind and helpful making sure the laser treatment didnt hurt in any way. I will definitely refer more friends, colleagues and family to give this place a try. My skin feels rejuvenated!

I usually get my laser skin cleaning in Korea, but however since COVID hit I was not able to find a new clinic to attend to. As a reference, I had decided to give this spot a try and let me tell you....!!! They were AMAZING!! I’m so glad I had decided to give this place a chance. Not usually a reviewer, but had to leave a review to let everyone know they must come by! You won’t regret it.

I got the moles on my face removed from here and the results are amazing. You can see drastic results from one session and the customer service here was a very pleasant experience. I took my mom to get injections on her face and she was more tan satisfied with the results. If you need to get any injections, I would highly recommend getting them here whether it would be botox or fillers! :)

This is my favorite clinic!!! The Dr and the nurse are very specific, friendly, sweet and generous! Ive been coming here for years for laser therapy for face and Botox masseter and cant help but share with everyone what an amazing job they do! The Dr is also very detailed with their work and they make sure you get the best results possible. I thank them dearly for always making me feel comfortable while leaving me with the best results ! I have been to Shiny Laser Clinic for over 3 years. Debbie has always done a good job for my Botox, filler, and laser. I trust everyone with their recommendations and they all do a great job with the laser treatments. I strongly recommend this place.

I dont recommend coming here if youre looking to get an injection for a keloid scar. The injection I got here agitated my scar more and didnt do anything for the color or the size. I was told that the injection would be 50 dollars, but when I got there the person told me it was 80. I got the shot for 50, but the process was extremely short which makes me think she gave me the dose you give for a pimple which is WAY too little for a keloid scar. I would rather not pay $50 if Im guaranteed to not get any results.

I loved my experience here. I came to get a treatment, miraDry, to stop my underarm sweat and to get rid of armpit hair. The workers were so nice and explained everything that they were doing. They checked up on how I was feeling many times during the process. After the anesthesia, I felt no pain or discomfort at all. The process was very smooth and also sanitary. After the treatment was done, they told me how to take care of my underarms and reminded me many times on what to do. I’m excited to see how it turns out especially because I’ve heard great things about this from people I know. I would definitely come back here.

Highly recommend for couples. If youve seen John Wick, its same place in bath house scene. They seem to space out the guests so it doesnt seem crowded ever. Mix of hot and cold pools and ultra spacious locker rooms makes the space feel private even with others around.

Debbie and her staff are amazing. During her consultation she will advise on the service your skin needs, but will not pressure you if you are set on specific service. Great, knowledgeable staff are very accommodating and will adjust the treatments to your skin needs. Also they keep up with new technology and procedures. Her products are amazing too. I dont write many reviews unless I am completely sure of what Im saying. Definitely recommend this place!

The first word that comes to mind when I think of Shiny Laser Skin Clinic Lab is not cure, though Im sure theyre capable of curing many skin problems, but care. Kevin is single highhandedly the most caring and considerate person I have ever had work on my skin. I feel so lucky to have found this place!

Everyone beware of this clinic. If you want to get something done, go to an actual board certified dermatologist or surgeon, who will care about your health. I simply asked Shiny Laser Skin Clinic to send me my medical records for the facial I had done. They hung up on me 4 times, avoided my phone calls, put me on hold, and when one of the girls FINALLY sent me my record, it lacked any details of what was actually done. This proves they are either 1) not paying attention to what they are doing on your face, or 2) withholding information, therefore untrustworthy. After I called them back yet again, requesting my chart with more detailed information, like the depth, the frequency, etc. of what was done, they ended up writing me an email of information while putting me on hold again. (Not a medical chart, just an email of information about the procedure). I, as well as you, are entitled to your health and medical charts due to HIPAA law. Shiny Laser Skin Clinic is truly unprofessional with the upkeep of their medical charts. Or, they are refusing to send your chart and disclose what was done, which is also against the law. BOTTOM LINE: This is your face people! With machines like this being used on your face, you need to go somewhere more trustworthy and professional!!! Be careful!!

Great place! Had huge cystic acne and they were able to inject cortisone for a very low price compared to other places! Overnight my cystic acne was gone ! Fast effective treatment low cost!

Shiny laser skin clinic is a place you can always trust! They never pressure anything onto you or try to aggressively sell you services. Theyre always professional and kind and lenient with what you want to do with your skin. Skin care here is the most effective out of other ktown places Ive been to. After just a few treatments the changes on my skin are incredibly visible. This is most likely the best and most reliable skin care place in Ktown.

This was one of my favorite things in NYC. This place is a must visit in my opinion. Amazing relaxation in many different baths and pools. Amazing service. Will be back!!

I LOVE SHINY

I came to treat my ear infection that was a size of golf ball because it was causing so much pain and they took me in since it was so urgent. They fixed my ear completely and it is back to normal. Since my ear was treated completely I decided to do my face. I ended up getting laser toning,vivace,co2, mole removals/dark spots, and hydrafacials. I tried many different remedies to help with my dark spots but nothing helped. After the lasers I can not see the spots anymore and my face texture is a lot smoother. I am very satisfied of the treatments and will be back to do more. Everybody at the clinic is helpful and understanding. Debbie makes sure that you are getting the right treatments and makes you feel comfortable in getting the lasers.

I always had trouble losing my belly fat even though I exercised. I came into Shiny Laser to figure out a solution for weight loss, and they recommended 6 treatments of Sculpsure. I am so amazed at the results because it has significantly helped me reduce fat. I highly recommend for people to try this treatment!

This place is amazing! Visiting from Denver, heard good things about this place from my sister. Now flying in just for 1 day, for this! So worth it, new face . I had hundreds of freckles, really large pores (strawberry nose), and a few age spots. A night and day difference after just one treatment! I have gone through the face peels/masks, it does not compare to laser treatment! The staff is very knowledgeable, attentive and thorough. Honestly, stop wasting your money on all the products and mask peel treatments, if you want quick but long lasting results, this is the way to go.Treatments done:IPL, Vivace, CO2, Under eye fat melting.

I have been coming this place for last 2 years for facial laser. I love this place!! The pigmentation on my face got improved so much with laser toning i m so happy. Botex & filler price is also very reasonable & very happy with the result. Also the vivace has lifting effect which is perfect. I have tried Co2 on my scar which had made great difference. Debbie & all her staff are all very nice & considerate.

I have been stressing over this scar since it is pretty red and noticeable to other people. I went to other clinics but nothing was different after the treatment. When I had my consultation at shiny i was told that the lasers will help with the scar, but it might not be completely removed. I am almost done with my treatments and the scar is barely noticeable. The results blew me away and I am so thankful for everybody that helped with my treatments. I also got botox and Debbie did a wonderful job to make sure I was taken care. She made sure that botox was a right fit for me. I highly recommend this clinic to everybody!!

On a recent visit to Shiny Laser Clinic, Debbie recommended that combining Thermage flx and Shurink would be very effective for me. I am really glad that I took her recommendation, because the result exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I had gained some pounds and as a result my face had gotten fat and my skin was drooping, but the combined treatment made my face look smaller, and it lifted my skin a lot. Of course, I received many compliments from people telling me that I look young and that my skin is glowing.Also when I found out that Shiny Laser Clinic acquired a new machine Miradry, I decided to try it to combat underarm sweating and odor, a problem I have had since I was young. Although I experienced some pain in my underarm for about a month, I consider it a small price to pay because the treatment completely freed me from the sweat and odor.Im over fifty and I know that skin care will be an ongoing process rather than a one-time fix, so Im very grateful that shiny Laser Clinic is helping me.
