Extremely disappointed with the service. I spent over $2,000 there and the only reason I did was because they said they would be able to add my points on brilliant distinctions so I could get money back. They said they would get back to me as soon as possible because apparently “they needed to ask their manager” and that’s taken them nearly 8 months and they still haven’t gotten back. They had no problems answering a few months ago when I wanted to make payments over the phone. They only care about the money, I would’ve never went here if I didn’t think I could’ve added the couple grand to my points.

I Love Love Dr. Trenkles work, he is extremely talented when it comes to the aesthetics of the face. He knows how to perfectly administer and place the syringe in just the right places to give the perfect pout, the perfect lips. With that said, I absolutely love the way my lips turned out. He is amazing!!!!! His expertise and a plastic surgeon and aesthetic doctor are superb!!!

Geoff, Lauren and the entire staff are SO AMAZING. They offer great customer care and comfort, no matter the severity of the procedure you may be having. Theyve always treated me like a valued member of their family and for that reason I would recommend them for any needs you may have!

I just love this place. They are helping with my skin and getting rid of old sun damage and spots on my face and Dr. Trenkle is such a sweet and kind loving professional. Im trying to reach Rachel for few weeks now... she never answer my emails nor phone calls... She booked a 360 tour with me, confirmed it with email, then never showed up and now I have to pay the pro photographer who went there with my own money... I wonder if these people are trustable??!!

This Office Stands By All Great Reviews about Them. First and For most They Are Very Friendly..... Very Professional and skilled. I have no complaints I walked out very happy and satisfied. There was also one nurse in there that was comforting during Some discomforting or a tad bit painful Procedures. They are very gentle with what they do and do as much as possible to keep pain to a minimum. I fully recommend them they are by far one of the best plastic surgery offices I have been. Matter of fact probably the only best I have been. I have been to many I never felt more welcomed and comfortable as I did here with Dr.Geoffery and Dr. Lauren Trenkle.

The staff and doctors are so great here. Such a welcoming environment and very patient with all of my questions. I received Dermaplaning and HydraFacial and my skin has improved greatly and acne is gone. I am very satisfied with my results so far.

I really enjoyed my experience. The doctors were very friendly and I truly got the feel that I was appreciated from the moment I entered their office. I went in to discuss one procedure and was so impressed that I left thinking about having another procedure performed. Dr. Maki was very good at explaining the facial aging process and helping me understand why things were occurring.

I’ve always had a stubborn ‘pooch’ as I call it on my lower stomach- and couldn’t get rid of it through diet or exercise no matter how hard I tried. 20 minutes in this office and over the next few weeks I watched my pooch melt away thanks to my sculpsure treatment! This place is AMAZING!! I first visited Dr. Trenkle for a ruptured ear drum that he fixed perfectly. Since I liked him, his staff and office so much, I started coming to him for my cosmetic needs and couldnt be happier with my results. Dr. Trenkle and his wife Lauren do such a great job at meeting all of my wants and needs without making me look fake. In a city like Los Angeles, its truly a rare occurrence to find such an amazing cosmetic surgery center that cares about their patients and doesnt try to over sell you on products and services you dont need. Had a wonderful relaxing experience with the hydrafacial. It was my first time and it was great! I highly recommend it, staff was friendly and the aestheciian was really nice. She explained each step of the facial, frequently asked if I was comfortable and just made me feel at ease. Will definitely do it again.

Dr. Trenkle is a diamond in the rough among cosmetic dermatologists. He’s honest, fair, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. For the first time in a long time, I feel like myself again! The facility is beautiful and state-of-the-art and I look forward to my visits with the Trenkles.

I love coming to this office for my procedures. Ive had lip injections my Dr. Trenkle and he has a gentle and conservative touch that I really appreciated. Looks natural and just what I wanted.

Truth be told, I dont like needles ... but when Dr. Maki wields one, its not a problem. And the results, were ... are ... phenomenal. And lets not forget the staff, theyre equally phenomenal!

I have been coming to this office for a few years for my injections, but was prompted to write this review after I tried out their laser genesis. I was a bit skeptical at first but it was like a magic eraser for my face. My skin looks fresh, and I didnt feel like I had to wear makeup when I walked out the door.

I went there for Botox. Very professional and genuinely friendly happy staff. Comfortable atmosphere, zero wait time (with appointment) and an actual Doctor doing the treatment. I was also surprised to find out they offer payment options with no interest or credit checks and the treatment includes a follow up appointment. Couldnt get any better Overall great experience. The staff is friendly and attentive. Dr.Trenkle is kind, efficient and informative. I always feel comfortable and at ease with my visits here. I am so thankful for the advice they gave me concerning Latisse (the amazing lash growing serum) because my bottle lasted 4 months and I get more compliments on my lashes than one can count! Clean, open air feeling in the decor and the office and staff make any procedure I have done pleasant. I have a low pain tolerance and my Botox injections and laser treatments are a breeze here. Highly recommend.

Ive just finished my a laser genesis treatment with Dr. Trenkle to treat my acne scars, and couldnt be more happy. I thought I had generally good skin aside from my scarring, but this laser treatment has helped solve issues I didnt even know I had. My skin tone is much more even dark spots from sun damage dissapeared, and I think my pores got smaller too?! Oh and my acne scarring is drastically reduced. This is a miracle machine and Ill be back soon for more.

I came to LACCS for laser treatments/skin resurfacing. I got great results after my 6 treatments and intend to keep coming back in the future for other procedures (facials, peels, etc.) Their staff is very friendly; I felt completely taken care of during my visits. I would reccomend their practice to any of my friends.

I absolutely adore the nurse staff here and Dr Maki, Dr Trenkle, and Lauren Trenkle are stellar. Under eyes are a difficult area to treat. Dr. Trenkle took his time and managed to lightly fill one small hollow area under one eye with restylane lift that so many others have struggled to do. He suggested doing the tiniest amount very close to the bone and be seen again for a follow up instead of packing too much at once or too little of a softer filler which is so much maintenance. I think we nailed it once and for all. Super pleased!!!

I bought a 3 pack of IPLs back in June and just finished up my 3rdd treatment. I had years and years of sun damage built up from living near the beach and not wearing sunscreen, but Lauren listened to my concerns and took great care of me. Much brighter complexion and a definite reduction in dark spots makes it worth it inmy opinion.
