Brentwood Club Service is the technician that is allocated to the area I live, and I have used their services 4 times in the last year or so (9 year old Ford car—you get the picture). I have had the same battery tech every time I’ve called AAA! His name is Max and he is one of the nicest people you could ever work with. I’ve been nothing but totally satisfied despite my car constantly disappointing me haha!

The service is prompt, with text updates on progress of AAA truck after dispatch. The technicians are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I only wish the repair people locating my battery brain were as thorough so I would not need them! I had an occasion to use the service last summer and recently -- and it is also consistent.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Let us start off by saying that I requested a tow from a tow truck that could seat three passengers, as i had two others in my car at the time. They sent a regular tow truck that could not seat all of us. Simple mistake, understandable, so when I called the number that hoped that we were TOTALLY SATISFIED Amir, answered the phone. He then stated that they did not have any crew cabs in their fleet and proceeded to yell at me from the other side of the phone. When I proceeded to ask for a manager, he gave me the name, Ben, but no phone number other than the one I had called and to tell them to transfer me. I asked if he could transfer me, since the number was the same as the one I called. He stated that Ben was not in the office until tomorrow at 7am. He also stated that it was impossible for him to call me back and that I would have to call back and hope that Ben was there. Definitely would not attempt to do business with again and I would advise that if you want, friendly, reliable towing, look elsewhere.

Their AAA tow truck driver blocked the only entrance and exit with his truck for a tow. He had literally JUST arrived and I asked him to move his truck back a foot or two be fore he started the tow so I could squeeze my car out and he refused! Made me wait 15 mins and said screw you when I pleaded with him to move his illegally placed vehicle. His name was Anderson. Asian guy. Rude and unkind
