I was an allstate customer for over five years with this branch, I renewed every year and paid in full every time. I recently moved and tried to change my policy - my California Earthquake Authority insurance lapsed and even after I renewed my renters insurance they refused to help me with CEA insurance for weeks. Finally I cancelled my insurance entirely with the All State HQ, and had to fight for a refund. I know it doesnt matter to them but this is one customer allstate has lost forever.
