Friendly and helpful, you also get what you pay for in the best way possible. Other insurance options arent usually as helpful or even competent as much as the agents from this location.

I love these guys. I am a newbie to insurance as I have mostly just been on other peoples coverage for my whole life. I was referred to them through a friend and let me tell you, they are awesome!! They explained everything and answered all of my questions. I didnt feel rushed and the customer service was amazing. On top of all of that I can always get in touch with them.

When my first Allstate agent retired, I moved to David Bang and have been serviced by his office for many years. His assistant Ricardo is efficient, answers questions promptly, and provides excellent customer service. It gives me confidence to know I can call and pay my bill quickly and accurately. In addition, David Bang shares his interest in sports with his clients, which is fun plus.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! READ THIS STORY!! I sent an email about cancellation for my auto insurance policy to this agent, DAVID BANG. (I was insured through him) I had not received any respond. I sent an email again, but he did not reply my email.) So, I went to the office and asked him to cancel my auto insurance policy. (at that time, he said he did not get any email from me. who knows?) Anyway, he gave the paper. then asked me to sign it. I signed and asked him Can I get a copy of the paper?. He denied it because he could not give this paper. I asked him again, Why you can not give this to me? I am not asked you to give me the original paper, just give me a copy of this paper for the record. He said I told you I could not give this paper. this paper is for the company, not for personal use. You will get the confirmation letter from the ALLSTATE company soon. After 2 weeks, I had not received any letter. (the payment was debited from my checking account) I went to another office OMG.. My insurance was active, not canceled. David Bang **** to me and did nothing. He attempted to cheat me. I am so ***** about this thats why I am writing. DO NOT TRUST HIM!
