In March 2020, I was involved in an accident . Long story, short my car got totalled. Personnel from Workmens Auto were very prompt in helping me go through the process. Stacey and Valencia were almost always in communication with me which I find very reassuring. I commend them for their efficiency and professionalism . Other customers might have had a different experience from them, but I can say, not me. Keep it up.

Let me start off by saying if I could give them 0 stars I would. I ended up with them because of there rates being so affordable. Thats about where the pros end. All the positive reviews will show you just that. God forbid you get into an accident. They are unreachable, take weeks to get back to you, will do everything in there power to NOT take care of you. Even if you have full coverage. A simple fender bender ended up taking almost 3 months with them not paying a dime for the services I pay for and on top of that the rental coverage I had... they did NOT pay for so i got stuck with that bill too. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more and check what the company reviews look like before you buy. As soon as my term is up I will be going somewhere else. Worst company I have ever dealt with Im my life

This company is over priced they basically charged 420 to start my policy my payment is 191 for full coverage which is good but 420 to start the police Na I’m good I called a different company with the exact same features but the down payment was 250 bucks and my payment was 150 make a month make sure you shop around. When I asked to cancel they made me write on a piece of paper that I want to cancel take a picture of it and email it to underwriting not write underwriting an email and send it lol I can’t make this up

I had Workmans auto insurance for 7 to 10 years. In that time they raised my rates several times (with out any accidents or tickets) and I just started getting quotes and I call Allstate and they looked up my policy and saw that I was over paying with absolutely no benefits ( no uninsured motorist no theft no storm or act of nature or anything). I had just enough coverage to drive nothing else. Allstate was able to get me 10 times the coverage for right about the same price now if someone steals or hits or a storm damages any of my vehicles I pay 100$ and they send me a check to go replace my vehicle. I wish I had Allstate 10 years ago.

Communication is really bad. They only communicate through mail. I got a collection debt letter when they could had easily just email or call me. But when I approach them, they stated that they do not do phone calls. And because my address changed, I didn’t get their notice. So why contact a debt collector, which makes my credit go down, and have the debt collector call me? One person from the insurance could had emailed or called me. But nope. I’m thankful for leaving.

If i could give negative stars I would. Company is a joke. No communication with the customer. I had an issue with billing as my card on file had expired and payment never went through. Instead of alerting me via email,call, mail... ANYTHING. They let my insurance expire and THEN called me to let me know it would be 300 for insurance PLUS the 300 to reinstate the insurance since it had been expired for one month. I canceled with them immediately and 4 months later i found out they sent me to a debt collector for a $30 cancellation fee that was never stated to me and was never sent an invoice or anything for it. How was I even supposed to know the payment was due. Do yourself a favor and do not go with this insurance.

This is the worst insurance company by far stay far away from these guys unless you have the time to send 35 emails to them just to get them to change your card information And then after you give them your card information they lose it and try to charge you a late fee and these are your guys but if you like a simple easy insurance company that just takes their payment and covers your car go anywhere else

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My son was hit by one of Workmens insured about 2 months ago. The company does not answer his calls or his insurance providers calls. When my son has spoken to them, they told him to pay for the repairs if he wants his vehicle fixed, because they take at least 90 days to give him any information. I reported this org to BBB, they clearly are a company that just insures anyone and doesnt pay out their claims. COMPLETE GARBAGE!!!

We have an agreed date to pay my coverage every month and these people look for any reason to charge me a late fee. My bill was due Saturday, I had plenty of money in my account Saturday, Sunday, Monday then Tuesday morning I put too much gas in my car which caused my account to fall below my payment amount. I immediately called my insurance agent to process payment that afternoon because four days after due date neither my bank or my online app shows any activity regarding my policy. Was told they show it as being processed successfully. Wake up today and guess what?! Late fees. Tired of it. Scumbag company. But thats what I get for having all these tickets. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Also Im not the only one. Its the same problem throughout. Whatever they quote you just add 30 a month for when they 🤬 you out of more fees.

This insurance is horrible. My neighbor has this insurance she had a party hit my car her company hit my car I called her insurance had video pictures and she acknowledged that she hit my car. I called Workman insurance company to make a claim about her hitting imy car. They came out looked at my car gave me an estimate. The adjuster told me to give them a call back in 2 to 3 days. I kept calling over and over again trying to reach them. Finally I get a hold of them and they tell me that they’re denying my claim because they did investigation and she said she was never driving the car but her paint is all over my vehicle. Very rude unprofessional .

One of their insurees hit my car. They refused to work with my insurance company, and kept giving us the run-around. Taking Workmens to court will be your best bet. If you cant speak English or are too dumb to look for better insurance, Workmens is for you.

These guys are absolute crooks and do everything that can to make your insurance claims as miserable as possible. Ive argued with them about what my policy actually covers for about five months now and even with paper proof of my coverages their story changes every time. they need a visit from the BBB

HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! This company makes you pay tho pay your bill no matter how you pay. They raised my monthly amount even though I didnt have an accident or ticket. I called and cancelled over 2 weeks prior to my policy being over. they said it was taken care of than took the renewal fee out of my account without permission. They werent even suppose to have my debit card on file. When I called to find out what was going on they didnt have any information about my prior cancellation. than took me they were charging me $25 for the cancellation and would take up to 21 days to possibly refund me my money. WORST COMPANY IVE DEALT WITH IN MY 25 YEARS OF DRIVING!!!!

Would give no stars. DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY. They will post unauthorized charges to your account. Very unprofessional. They renewed my policy without my approval, I do not even have the car they renewed for anymore, and they hung up on me when trying to arrange a refund. Very poor management, and you will not receive any customer service, as they are their own first priority, not their customers. Fair warning- do not buy from this company.

Terrible insurance co. Wouldn’t recommend at all. I had a few years back and after I had someone hit my truck, I called and reported to my workmen’s claims adjuster. They sent a guy out to view the damage to my truck, mind you I had an almost identical accident the year prior when I was with Progressive and they paid out almost 3 thousand dollars. Amazingly, my workmen’s adjuster let me know that they wouldn’t cover the damage as it was less than my $500 deductible. I used to do car bodywork/ painting when I was younger and I told them this was bs and to give me the name of the place that was going to paint my whole truck bed, and fix the damage for less than $500. They couldn’t. Mind you, a quart of paint for my truck (stock color) is $400. I should have sued these idiots but it wasn’t worth my time. I pay a little more for my new insurance but at least I’m covered.

I am glad I took the time to look at the reviews after purchasing and not waiting until something happens like a crash or there infamous “fee’s” to research this company. Worst Insurance Company EVER!!!!One of their insurees hit my car. They refused to work with me and kept giving me the run-around. Been calling and they never answered nor return calls. Police report states their insuree was at fault. Their insuree I was told, was hard to get a hold of. This is ridiculous and frustrating. The appraisal was done, three months later and still nothing. Yesterday I was finally called by the ajuster and was told I was better off filling with my insurance and use my collisions coverage. That they are still investigating that they cannot relay on the police report. In the report the other party stated she was late to work, illegally tired to overtake the road (two lane road. One lane in each direction) and impacted my vehicle. I think taking Workmens to court will be my best bet.

Look elsewhere worksmen is a legal scam. Got into an accident and it took them about 2 months to hear back from them with no help. Needed roadside assistance and they could not find me in their data! I ended up having to pay for it myself. The moment I got home I switched to Geico.

If 0 stars were a “thing” I’d give this insurance 0 stars! I have moved my vehicles over from workman’s to Geico who not only offered me a better rate but way better customer service. I started Geico in December of 2018 and workman’s not only still has not cancelled my policy with them, but they have been charging me for a service I no longer am requesting or requiring. After speaking with multiple uneducated agents, the request for my policy to be cancelled still has not been solved. This company is a scam! They should be reported to the department of insurance! After me and my attorney file a lawsuit, more than likely this company will go bankrupt! Do not trust this insurance company for any of your vehicles!!!

I wish I can give them zero stars. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I paid six months in full and EVERY month I get a letter in the mail from them threatening to cancel my insurance because I did not send back paperwork they sent me. But I NEVER RECEIVED ANY PAPERWORK FROM THEM. I have tried to call them so many times and they never answer. I have emailed them and emailed them to fix the issue and I never receive a response. JUST HORRIBLE. I fix the issue month after month through my broker and then I receive a check in the mail from them. Apparently my insurance has been cancelled for a month. Ive been driving around with no insurance for a month. I was unable to renew my registration or get my tags from the DMV because of my cancelled insurance. They couldnt even send me an email or give me a call to notify me?

Well you pretty much get what you pay for crappy insurance=crappy service. They make it so difficult to make your monthly payment. Tried making a payment online. Emailed them and called and couldnt make a payment and charged me 40 dollars more for late fee which is totally ridiculous. Never had so much problems with an insurance company before. Their insured hit my boyfriends car in August, and they insisted on trying to get into contact with their customer. I get it coz you want their side of the story too, but if your customer isnt making a statement for 3+ months I think its time to pony up. We had to file a report with the state department of insurance (note: do yourself a favor and do that when these asshats jerk you around), and even then they agreed their insured was at fault but still refused to pay since they couldnt get in touch with him. Seriously, one of the worst insurance companies to deal with and even their manager, Zemen was completely unprofessional - talking over my boyfriend when he was trying to get answers and getting verbally combative. Dont do business with them and if youre in the unfortunate end of getting hit by their clients, go educate yourself on your rights.

This WAIC workmens insurance company is very but very bad insurance. I have 4 months waiting to they going to take a picture of my car in the bodyshop. To fix my car. They don’t work in nothing. They don’t rent me a car. They don’t pay the OPG towing. They don’t work in nothing. I have 4 month pay my monthly payment of my car and insurance and they don’t fix nothing. Now I need to pay the storage at the bodyshop. They have a very bad worker to don’t want do they work. I need to do everything and looking everything. And nothing is enough. Always need something. Im a customer for this company and my wife has recently got an accident. This company is so bad they wont return phone calls or messages, super hard to get a hold of my agent and Im going on the 10th business day to see what is going on and I felt they have not tried to do anything about my vehicle. Horrible wait times. Can’t access my account online to pay premiums. Cant speak to an agent to make a payment on a weekend because they don’t work weekends still get hit with a late charge. The customer service is terrible and they talk you like you are inconveniencing them when you call. Only upside was the one employee that I FINALLY got through to that addressed my concerns (can you say results not typical??)

Ive had nothing but bad experiences with this company. I was pushed into purchasing insurance with them when I began leasing my car through CarMax. They are charging me $250/mo for full coverage on one vehicle and an extra $10/mo brokers fee. Their fees are outragous and when they say full coverage that is not what they mean. When I wanted to cancel my policy because I got a way better rate elsewhere, nobody answered my calls for 5 days even when I left messages diligently. When I finally got ahold of someone, they wouldnt allow me to cancel. Beware of this company, they are awful and not helpful at all.

Horrible, Cant access account online. Horrible response time.Ive missed payments because they charge extra without notifying me beforehand.I opened a first account, I was specifically told that i would be paying $124.00 a month, then 2 months later I was suddenly charged over $300.00. They told it was mistake and I must open a new account to get lower rate, I opened a new account and closed the previous one. A while later I get latter saying I owe the $300 for the previous account. They pull shady stuff trying to get money, I would avoid this insurance company at all cost.
