I like deals, and this year I gave a ring I bid to my girlfriend for the Valentine’s day. I got it in advance, was waiting impatiently, and finally received. She was really excited and happy. Now I am here again to bid a couple of things for my mom’s birthday. I haven’t chosen yet but I’ll find something for sure.I like the variety of goods and trademarks offered in Bidz.Last time the package arrived in a perfect condition, and it took approximately three weeks.

If you like a ring, check its size.Bidz has rings of different sizes. Once I had a problem with a ring size. When I made an inquiry to the Bidz service team, they reacted fast, and explained me their return policy in a polite way. It took time but all had been done correctly and I did not feel regret or something. They returned money and paid delivery. So no worries, guys.

Bidz is my 100% favorite and it is clearly not “a penny auction site” cause quality is really nice. All my orders were very successful before. And paying for stuff you bid you surely pay for quality here. I won and purchased the high bid only.If I had some doubts in quality, I won’t purchase.Art prints and jewelry are attractive in Bidz. I’m not sure what’s happened with this company over the last few years, but I suggest you don’t take a chance. A few years ago I bought from them on several occasions without issue, but it’s now late March 2018 and I haven’t received my order I placed in January. They say that it’s a back order on one of the products, but they won’t send any of the other items in the mean time. They replied to my inquiry one time about a week or so after I first attempted contact, and I asked them to please keep me apprised of the status of my order, but I’ve never heard back from them again even though I’ve attempted contact again. Everywhere I’ve looked I’ve seen similar complaints. I would normally look at reviews first, but because I’d previously bought there, I didn’t think I needed to.

My husband and me bought rings for our wedding. Quality of goods was super but unfortunately one size was small, so we returned it and got our refund - no problem.

Been waiting for months for a couple of shipments... Customer service kept saying that they where 2 weeks behind and now stopped replying to my emails. Going to have to dispute the charges. (300 dollars)

So i figured id give Bidz a try for my wifes B-day. I found a beautiful diamond necklace for a great price and won the bid!. Of course i looked up the shipping time before bidding as it was for my wifes 35th b-day present. I gave myself a 10 day window for shipping and thought that was plenty of cushion as the seller listed a 3-5 day shipping time.Well 2 weeks later, my wifes bday has come and gone and still no tracking. The email response time from Bidz service is about 3 days delay. They emailed me today saying that the merchant has a 2 week back order??? That would put the product at 1 month from the original purchase date.Look, i run a business and i know that product is sometimes on backorder or allocation. but not for a BID. A bid indicates a sense of urgency from the customer.. that theyre battling economically for a prize thats ready to ship. Bids are impulse shopping.. not 1 month delays.How can you let merchants list on a bidding site if the product is not in hand. A good majority of your customers are buying as gifts. I would have been a great customer for you.. but I will not be shopping here again regretfully.

I have bought jewelry from BIDZ for many years, and everything was always perfect, but in February 2018 something happened, two jewelry (total price: 2123.76 US dollars)has never delivered and BIDZ DOES NOT WANT TO PAY MONEY BACK.They explain that computer systems have been replaced, and I will contact minebank, to get money back. The banks answer: we can not, its Bidzwhich has failed.Quarreling with Bidz ... nothing happens.Have stopped buying, at least until I get my money backJan Hartwich
