Im surprised by all the scam reviews. Ive been a seller in several auctions since 2019 and all of my transactions have gone very smoothly. Rich is my contact and has been excellent to work with. Most importantly, I always get paid correctly, and on time.

One of my favorite go-tos for a special indulgence. Have dealt with Billings as mostly a buyer but have also as a seller, In all cases, transactions were smooth and fast.

I Spent nearly 1600 dollars here in April / May / June 2019. Auctioneer ignored / avoided my calls and emails for months afterwards. My Transporter made 5 attempts to pick up purchases to no avail. Finally, after 6 months of trying to get some sort of information about my purchases, I was told by auctioneer ‘Rich’ that he ‘figured out what happened’ to my items and that he had ‘given them to someone else.’ This was in November 2019. It is now December 29, 2019 and auctioneer still refuses to refund me in full. I was scammed out of 1600 dollars by Billings Auction and it’s auctioneer Rich Carmichael. Beware of this place and it’s auctioneer.Update January 21 2020: Still no refund. Rich Carmichael is a scam artist. AVOID

I had a very bad experience with Billings auction. They lost my purchases and won’t refund me. My friend consigned to them, and their sofa was ‘lost’ before the auction and they received no compensation either. Rich Carmichael is a scam artist. Beware of the fake reviews here.
