I live here and it’s a great place to be social. The amenities are outstanding and the staff is great here. This is a great place to live if your on a budget like me. They allow pets and have plenty of parking. I feel this is a safe place to live with a low crime rate in the area. Go live here and find out for yourselves.

Our first day moving in, We met Michael the security guard. I was already loving the Sofi at 3rd but to have security who is helpful and actually pays attention is major. I’m really grateful to Michael. He is very helpful and accommodating. Best security!

Joey, one of the Leasing Consultants, is an expert in customer service. He responded in a timely manner and recognized every question a potential renter might have. His warm smile and personality when I took the tour in early February made me choose Sofi at 3rd. The way he interacted with the residents throughout the tour made me stop looking for other places. Joey was very knowledgable and very helpful. He answered all of my questions via email after the tour in a timely manner. I felt comfortable throughout the entire application process because of his expertise and updates. Once I got approved, Joey helped me step by step on everything I needed for move-in day.Kaye, another Leasing Consultant, helped me during my move-in day. Kaye processed all of my documents in a timely manner and conducted the walk through thoroughly. Kaye is also an expert in customer service and set the bar high when it came to crossing off the steps needed to move-in. I was impressed. The entire move-in process that I expected to be stressful was smooth and enjoyable because of the Leasing Consultants Joey and Kaye. After living here for almost a month, I know I can trust Joey and Kaye with anything I may need. Thank you Joey and Kaye for all your hard work! I am so glad to call Sofi at 3rd my home!

My family and I have lived at the SofI apartments for a year now and have interacted with every team member in staff and appreciate each one of them for their tremendous service.Yet, wed like to single out the SECURITY team headed by Ezzat for his diligence, surveillance, and most importantly, his kindness. We feel secure in the building because we can trust the person who watches over us during the night. In order for something to be secure, you must place absolute trust in the security measure. His competence is absolute and his attention to detail is unparalleled -thank you for exemplifying professionalism and loyalty within your responsibilities.

They charge for amenities that are in very poor condition! Good luck in getting some clothes washed. It’s not gonna happen! Up date we have all new washing machines and dryers! Same people sit and go away from them. May have to get new people! Or just set a timer people!

My wife and I enjoyed the year we stayed at Sofi @ 3rd! The apartment was very modern an updated. The staff was nothing short of professional. Jason the assistant manager consistently went above and beyond to make sure every request was handled promptly. Sabrina the assistant also was nice, caring and very helpful. Lastly, the maintenance team was great and had an extremely fast response time which we really appreciated. My wife and I had to move so I can be closer to work but we’ll definitely miss the staff and neighbors at this awesome apartment!

Can’t wait to move out!1- The smell of pet urine is everywhere! I literally have to close my nose with arms to go through all the building, and especially when I’m trying to open the main door, it’s just disgusting 🤢2- The halls are dirty, walls and carpets! Don’t be fooled by a community room and sundesk, it’s just a regular things! The apartments itself is old, and falling apart! We’re trying to kill the mold with everything we can for 3 months already! It’s just dangerous, it’s everywhere 🤮3- The worst part is laundry room, the machines are always broken! There’s like 500 people living here and there’s only 5-6 machines that work 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ You never find your clothes clean and fresh! The machines are old and don’t do a thing, also a lot of pet wool on all my clothes, every time!!! I’m so tired of this! Will never recommend anyone to move in here! You will regret very soon!

Love the building, its facilities and amenities but I really hate the fact the we had to pay for everything single little thing even water, heat water, sewer, trash, lost keys for $75, $100 late penalty fee when the online autopay somehow went malfunction. For one year that my husband and I lived there, we already bumped into elevator went out of service for over a month problem and a couple times of laundry room caught fire when the building manager never showed up to explain what were going on. However, I enjoyed the service of some of the reception stuffs such as Jason and Sabrina had been very helpful the entire time and I think they should get a raise for working for hard for this corporation.

The management team here is amazing. They’re always willing to help and they know the building like the back of their hand. The amenities are clean and well-kept.

Annie was exceptionally helpful with everything throughout my move in from witnessing my struggle and providing a dolly to assist as I was thoroughly unprepared to providing vouchers for places I needed to buy stuff at and ensuring minor maintenance issues were immediately resolved. Highly recommended!

Don’t waste your time or money. I waited an entire week and a half after submitting my application to get needed information for my application although I had been trying to offer it multiple times. I called twice a day every day and was told that the manager was sick but my 72 hour holding fee would be safe because the wait was not my fault by Joe, a young man that works there. He claimed the manager had been out and that was why my application hadn’t been processed. But when I talked to the actual manager, Nicole, she said that joe was out and needed to handle the rest of the application. So then I get asked for basic proof of income and everything they need... when I don’t provide a pdf file (venmo and cashapp don’t have a pdf option) I was told it would be another 4 days before I could get this rolling again. Even though I told them I would try to figure out a way to prove it another way, I was supposed to still wait and pay for the extended stay I was at by this point. I wasted 2.5 weeks of my time waiting for this place. Which not to mention looks pretty cheap when you actually pay attention to the detail in the apartments... and spent a bunch of money on a hotel hoping this place would come through eventually, but they still played games with me. I shouldn’t have put all my eggs into one basket, but it honestly seemed like it would be a quick move in and that’s what I needed at this point. When I withdrew my application, I asked for my holding deposit, because I was told I would get it back 100% because of the hassle I’ve been through, and the manager informs me that my 72 hours has expired and they get to keep my money... when I tried to explain myself, she got extremely rude and hung up on me... to be honest, that is the last place anyone should want to rent. Not because of this experience, but because it shows the lack of organization in their office that would cause future issues, and the lack of respect for any tenant that moves in there. The floors are fake wood (linoleum stickers) and the appliances are cheap. Please, save yourself the headache, and don’t bother with this place.

Had some hiccups renting a two bedroom here, but Claudia and her management team went above and beyond to get this resolved! Manager Maria was doing her best to assist us and get us situated. She offered us a one bedroom to stay for a few weeks while they were dealing with some challenges with previous tenants at two bedroom unit. Jason is an awesome manager! He was always professional and finished all the paperwork in no time! If you were to tour the building - ask for Jason, his tour is amazing!A few advices: make sure the unit that you are trying to move in is available for the same day move in. We tried pre-leasing, but sometimes things happen and apartment is no longer available. Please read the fine print and understand that if you are pre-leasing it does not mean that you got it! I know, I had to experience it myself and kind of went all in on that, my mistake.Sofi is an awesome building and fairly priced. I wouldn’t say it is expensive, as buildings around Sofi run about $100-$150 more. I absolutely love the sun deck and the community room! Buildings near by are no match, trust me! Oh, yes, they also have Peloton bikes!!!! And Sauna! And complimentary Yoga classes on Tuesdays! Sofi is definitely the place that you can call home, the only problem here is that the demand is too high, studios and one bedrooms are normally available, but unless you are lucky, two bedrooms have a few months wait.

My family and I booked a week through AIRbnb here and from the moment we walked into the apartment it felt gross. It was musky/moldy smelling, filthy everywhere. We had to go buy febreze immediately to try and mask the smell. Once we took a look around it was clear the smell.was not the only issue. The carpets are stained and have not been vacuumed in God knows how long, there is a pink substance in several areas of the carpet. The bed cover has a white substance and hair, the sheets are too big for the mattress and has burn holes everywhere. The bed itself is stiff and loud. You fart and it bounces off the spring. The pillows are so skinny, you have to use 3 to make one good size pillow. Not all pillows have cases on it either so there has been no barrier between the last dudes face and mine. The towels were used and damp. The dishes were dirty and not complete. 4 people and one crappy fork with rust. One roll of toilet paper, no dishwasher soap. There is no ceiling lights so in each bedroom is a lamp. One is burnt and bent. The WiFi is so slow, there hasnt been one time that it was at full speed. The tiny tv has a broken remote and the volume cant be changed so its stuck really loud. Speaking of loud the windows must be from the 1900s because I heard the pastor at the church across the street burp. The blinds are missing a piece so I said hi to the people on the street as I got undressed. Then again in the bathroom where there are no window coverings. Tammy is the worst Host. Stay far away from her listing. She brings the quality of this location down to the gutter.
