This is a great company to go to for fixing issues with your car. The staff very kind and helpful. They even found a issue I didnt know I had going on when I bought new tires, and very thankful for that! Also worth the little extra I had to pay because it was towards making sure I stay safe on the road!

Bunch of liars...took my truck to them to get an alignment done(just bought it). They told me I pretty much needed all new steering and suspension for my truck. And it would be about roughly 1000 bucks or more..and that it was imparative that I get it done now for safety. I told them to give me a parts list so I could get a second opinion. I took it to another mechanic with the parts list. The other mechanic jacked my truck up and said half the parts they said needed replaced where brand new. The only thing the other mechanic said he agrees with was to replace the ball joints...so 1000 bucks turned into 134 bucks. Never going to cass County tire again..

If 0 stars was an option theyd have it. Called ahead to see how long it would take to patch ONE tire and was told 45 minutes. That seemed long to me but I was willing to deal. I was there for an hour and a half. Would not recommend this place unless youre looking to waste a day reading car magazines.

My brother bought a 2007 mazda 6 and it needed a tune up, we took it there to have it done. 2 years later one of the spark plugs shoot out on my way home to work and took it there to get it repaired, they told me whoever did a repair on the spark plugs cross threaded the plugs and thats why it happened $350 fix. I found out they were the ones who did the repair went in there today to ask for my money back and an explanation, but all they said was its a common thing when replacing the sparkplugs and its just a bad thing about repairs. Ive done my research and its not normal unless the plug is cross threaded or not torqued right. I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone anymore as i can see they wont own up to their own problems and fix it.

I took my car in to have the pulsation when applying the brakes checked. I leave with them practically demanding that I needed all four tires replaced. Took it another place and I have front end rod that needs replaced & rotors needed turned.

Dont take a vehicle here if you dont want something else broke in the process replaced belt on vehicle they broke fan cover and bent the exhaust system in the process and they tried to say it was like that already I usually do my own repairs and would have know if it was but didnt have time to do it so had them do it but in the mean time exhaust is bent and raddiling now and they could look at it for another shop fee of course
