First of all I would like to say my credit is great!! They will run your credit, give you numbers and then get you in there and tell you there has been a mistake on their end entering numbers. Excuse my mugshot photo... I had an extremely upsetting night....I walked in with nothing... literally! My car engine had just blew on my equinox the night before... I still owed $10k on it - and only had it for 6 months (do NOT, as hard as it may be - rough it out at a Buy Here Pay Here... I wish I had found Auto Farm sooner!)My friends, who clearly had more confidence than me, and who had made out graciously at this dealer before, dropped me off before they went to work. Yeah - they left me. NO car. NO prearranged ride. Greaaat right?The only thing I had was my personal info memorized, a temporary paper licenses I had gotten that afternoon, no cash or card in hand for a down payment, and a tissue ready for tears if I had been denied.I walked in and told Olivia and Dwayne what had happened the night before with my engine. Instantly they looked about as devastated as I felt. I told them that the car that blew was the only option I had before. I had no one able to help me yet, besides the ride that just left.They took that head challenge head on and made promises right off the back that I honestly thought were routine to be made, just to keep me from losing the tears I was holding back.What I never experienced was the true care that came with the time I spent at the lot with these folks. So I just went there today to get a vehicle. The guy seemed super nice. (Didnt get his name) everything was going good until he took my paperwork back to check everything with this other guy. I had to use the bathroom and walked passed them. I overheard them talking. He said told you so to this other man and started laughing as he gave him my paperwork. When they saw me they got quiet. Needless to say I didnt get anything, and will not be going back.

I received a recall notice for Ford concerning my 2008 Mercury Mariner. I called your establishment to make an appointment for the recall work as well as a general service, oil change, fluid levels, tire rotation etc. and a couple unusual noises the vehicle was making. The service department politely discussed the items I wanted checked out and were very knowledgeable and professional so we scheduled an appointment. The day of the appointment the I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted with a friendly smile was well as hand shake. My vehicle was taken into the shop on schedule. While the mechanic was servicing and addressing the issues I asked about he discovered some additional and potentially dangerous as well as costly issues. The service manager, Mitch, as well as the service technician asked me to come visually inspect the faulty items. We succinctly discussed the issues and a repair plan was suggested. The service manager provide me with a written estimate of the work to be accomplished. I accepted the proposal and scheduled the work. Upon my return appointment the same curious service and timely attention was give me and the work was completed quickly and effectively. In addition the invoice was exactly like the same as the estimate! I appreciate the attention given to customer satisfaction as well as the professional approach to resolving my issues and concerns. Keep up the good work.

I just got a used F-250 truck from them on 7/17/2014 and all ready have a 2011 Mustang that I own. They had all new sales staff and the people i worked with Chris, Bobby and Mat were decent people despite some of the things i have seen others say. This is a very small dealership and does not seem all that modern that may appeal to some. For me would rather go out town to a more up to date dealership.

Ford of Logansport has done everything so far that they have promised. Mr Shepard has been very good to work with.

It was nice and clean outside there pretty big parking lot of cars, but sad to say I didnt actually go in was only passing through!

So I drive a diesel, and the 40 below temps we saw took out my block heater. Sent it to local Ford dealer (these guys) for the fix because I had 0 time to do it myself. Dropped it off Saturday night so they could start Monday. Tuesday comes and brings a phone call with Ive got to order it -thats fine. Wednesday brings a phone call with the same words on another thing I asked them to do, as well as an Im not going to do that regarding a 4x4 issue I have -fair enough I guess, Ill keep some $ then, and they tell me itll be done Thursday. Thursday I got no call at all, when I called around 4pm he asked to hold it over night to make sure the block heater is working right and I say thats fine. Friday- no call. Saturday (8a-12p) i call at 10 asking if its done, he says yes and I ask him to lock the keys in it because I cant make it until after they close. When I pick it up the keys are in the IGNITION, add to that a nice oil smear on the interior of my drivers door and no receipt. They also did not replace the whole block heater, as I had my old cord still, and gave it back to me missing over a gallon of antifreeze. So I go in the following Thursday to make these things right. Later on I get a call promising a full detail, rental, and antifreeze flush and fill. Okay good, theyre going to make this right! Nope! Drop it off Friday to pick it up Saturday nearly as dirty as I dropped it off, even though I left almost nothing in it. So I paid $150 for half of a replacement part, and totaled $1500 for everything I asked done, only to receive poor service from the service dept and get shafted when they try to fix the situation. I am reasonable and patient, but this was a fiasco from start to finish, all by the service dept by lack of care. Will never go back, this was ridiculous. DEFINITELY take your diesel elsewhere.

Went here to look around and possibly test drive a Fusion. Walked away with my first car in over 7 years!! Have always been a Kia SUV gal, but it took one test drive and Jeff had me sold!! So I just want to start with the fact that I got a car that I absolutely love. I am a young adult, which means my parents still have to cosign even though I am technically the sole owner. Throughout this experience the salesman and financial manager continued to direct the conversation to my parents instead of me. Any questions that I had about my car the salesman would give me the consistent answer of, oh I dont exactly know. This is frustrating especially when these details can make or break the sale. Not only was he lacking knowledge on details of the car, he gave me one option. They did not go out of their way to find various options for me, even though they should have know that this is an important factor. The dealership is too rushy and doesnt take into consideration a customers needs. Unfortunately they treated me as if I didnt matter, even though I am the one who will be paying for 100% of the car and handling all of the maintenance.
