Although it took awhile get my spa, given these strange days, Dana and the folks at Townley were always ready to answer questions and find out when my spa would arrive. The set up was smooth, and I have had no problems. Originally I was getting the cartridge chemical system, but Dana recommended we go with manual chemicals as they have been working better for her customers. Got all my questions about chemicals answered. Only been running the spa for a week, so we will see long-term.

Purchased a hot tub from them in August. I didnt receive it until February, due to no fault of them. The factory was delayed due to the pandemic. We placed a deposit for a hot tub with Townly several months ago. They were very professional in suggesting what we needed. They even came out to our home to take measurements where it would go all at their own time to satisfy us. The sales staff was great, very customer service oriented. As it turned out because of family health issues we had to cancel our order. I didn’t even had to ask for our deposit back They did it right away. While we did not get our hot tub we very were much impressed with Townly. These are excellent people to do business with.

Service after the sale is just as important. Bought this out of state not knowing there’s zero warranty. Plus spa was promised to have blue tooth speakers and cell cleaner installed which it was not. Now I call to replace filters and I’m told they’re $70 A PIECE! When I asked who pays that he replied customers. Well not this one. This pleatco replaces Watkins 1642301-1. We just recently purchased our spa from Townley. We had the best experience from the sales department all the way down to the installation. Dana was the sales representative that worked with us. Purchased a Hot Springs Classic in 1997 and when it gave out in early 2017 after 20 years of service I went back to Townley and shopped the new hot tubs. Wow have things changed over 20 years. Purchased an Envoy with Ace water system. The water is very pleasant and so far easy to keep in balance after a month of almost every day use. Setup was fast and on time by a nice group of guys. They didn’t even mine my lab puppy trying to take their tools. All the folks at Townley are nice to deal with and will help you in any way they can. The experience was very pleasant as it was when I purchased my first tub in 1997. Since then I have also purchase a Big Green Egg with table and Accessories. We recently moved back to the Little Rock area and visited the store while searching for a hot tub for our new home. During a previous visit several months ago, my husband met David Townley who was extremely courteous and helpful when asked about repairs to our older spa. Townley has a friendly staff, high quality products with fair prices. The financing process is as quick and easy as they come. The install (with moderate access) aka no crain is quick and simple. You need your electrical components installed before the tub. This ensures the installers perform and demonstrate the fill up procedure and test can be performed. I was the electrician for my situation. FYI typical hot tub circuit install is $600+. You definitely want your tub running at 240v. The performance is twice that of a 120v plug and play. If your thinking of purchasing a hot tub; give Townley pool and spa the chance to earn your business. Americans deserve the best service and the best experience possible. My wife and I have always wanted a hot tub and the time finally arrived to do it. Townley made it smooth, simple, and easy. The install was fast and efficient and we were in our hot tub just a couple hours after it arrived. WE LOVE IT. Kids are enjoying it too! Its a going to be great way to keep their mind away off this crazy year and everything they have had to endure.

After a lightning strike many appliances were damaged, including the hot tub. It took a long time to find the problem amidst a pandemic; but Townley kept on it and provided the paperwork needed to get the claim paid by my homeowners. Great customer service!

We hired Townley Pool and Spa to maintain our pool approximately 3 years ago. Each Spring, a team comes out to remove the cover from our pool and puts the diving board, ladder, etc... back in place. Once the pool has been cleaned and chemicals have been added, weekly maintenance is done. The staff is friendly, accessible, and professional. We are contacted by texts and/or phone calls when the employees are on their way. That helps us to make sure our dogs have been put up before they arrive. One Spring when it was time to open up our pool, we discovered that an animal had bitten through part of the main cord to the Polaris machine. The Polaris is an essential piece of equipment to us as it helps get rid of debris on the bottom and sides of the pool. The owner of Townley Pool and Spa was kind enough to repair the cord for us so that we didn’t have to buy a new Polaris & he only charged us a couple of dollars! We are grateful and appreciative to have access to this company for our pool maintenance and highly recommend them.

We just enjoyed our first session in our new hot tub, purchased at Townley Pool and Spa. This spa, a Relay Hot Spot, is so much nicer than our last one that was purchased elsewhere. It is obviously a high quality product. But just as important, we found all of the people at Townley to be very professional and courteous. Dana took her time to find the right model for our needs and gave us a good overview of all of its features. Dana even coordinated the installation with the electrician to make sure that we would be able to enjoy our spa the same day. After Blake and his hard-working crew had our spa set in place, he fully explained all of its operational features and maintenance requirements.
