I received service eyebrow tinting and lashes. I paid $20 on the app and in store they charged $38 more totaling $58. I did not receive threading so my service was supposed to be $45. Emailed and called for my refund and still NO response. They received a great tip without authorization.

I can never get an appointment and I asked to have my membership removed. They still have me active and it’s been past their 30 day deactivation time frame. I am very displeased with this!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I only go for Brazilian wax and I will go to no other. It does not matter who does my wax because they all do a good job and make you feel comfortable. Their price for this service is pretty good compared to competitors. They also have a membership program which if you go get waxed often it is an even better deal. Place is always super clean as well and very friendly staff.

Moved from California and was looking every where in my little town who does sugar Brazilian AND the vajacial. So happy I found unique threading and jasmine s did a great and wonderful work. She made me feel really comfortable and it didn’t hurt at all and it was fast ! I highly recommend going here if you want your kitty 🐱 to be soft and smooth 😁

She made the over all experience the best I’ve ever had since I have began this journey. So very gentle and thorough it was unbelievable. This young lady should be applauded by everyone that gets to grace her presence and lay on that table. I will definitely keep up with my 4 week regimen with her. Jasmine is seriously the best! I hate that I moved because its hard to trust anyone else. I did have one bad experience. My last visit. I had someone unfamiliar wax me (Gabby)when Jasmine was getting ready for me. The wax was not as hot as jasmine used and for some reason I started breaking out and getting a million Ingrown hairs after that appointment. That has never happened to me before. Obviously I reccomend Jas, the other girl not so much. She didnt speak when she came in,she didnt let me know she was doing my wax instead ,even after Jasmine told me she would come get me in a moment. I thought this girl was just taking me to my room to wait.

I made an appointment here with Gaby for a Brazilian and an underarm sugaring. First of all, when she came into the room she didn’t speak to me. I went ahead and let her know this was my first time and I wasn’t sure what to expect and she just looked at me and said “First time? Ok.” She then messed around with her things and said “just Brazilian or underarms too?” And I said “oh my appointment was for both” and she didn’t respond to me. She came over and just started going at it. I have been with friends to get this done and I did tons of research so I know that she did not in fact do sugaring, she did plain hot wax, and literally did not communicate with me the entire time. When I was in pain she just laughed at me and said “sorry!” After she finished, she said “all done!” And walked out. I didn’t even receive the underarm treatment I booked EVEN AFTER she asked me about it! I am extremely disappointed in my visit and I will never ever return to this location because of how I was treated. This was my first time doing this and there was literally ZERO effort in making me feel comfortable or explaining ANYTHING to me at all. I never leave reviews but I am disgusted with how my appointment went. I won’t say don’t go here, but DO NOT book with Gaby.

I’ve been going to this location for over a year and they’ve NEVER disappointed me! The facility is always so very clean and the staff is always so welcoming! The results I’ve experienced with my Brazilian wax is phenomenal! During this pandemic, they have made me feel so comfortable by following all CDC recommendations. This was my first time visiting this place and I had an appointment at 6:30. I was there on time and they didn’t see me until 7:05 because there were plenty of people with 6:30 appointments.When they finally saw me, the lady wasn’t very friendly and just kept telling me the service I had purchased wasn’t for me because it was hurting me.She just kept looking at me and saying c’mon or really because it was hurting me.It was my first time getting this service so I wasn’t prepared but she didn’t make it any easier.She kept suggestion to stop the service and I finally agreed because she said it would take too much time with my pain.I had to pay full price for a wacky service and something I didn’t even finish.Not coming back!

I’ve visited Unique Threading and Waxing several times. The service is always fast and the wait time is short. The staff are extremely helpful knowledgeable and friendly. They don’t try to push extra services on you which always makes it a pleasant experience. The facility is always clean and I feel welcomed every time I walk through the door.

Came in to get my arms waxed and it was great. It didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would. It was my first time ever getting a wax and it was a good experience. This place is a gem in the city of Little Rock located in the promenade. I am a visitor from Seattle and I get my eyebrows threaded and nose waxed every-time I am visiting. Customer service was excellent and since it was my first time getting it done, I can only imagine how trained and skilled Saniya is based on the pain I felt. I highly highly recommend this place.

I have been to this business many many times over the years, and previously was always pleased with the service.May 3, I went in for a threading and armpit wax. There was a new employee working, one I had not seen before. She did my threading and it was very very painful and took longer than normal. Usually its just a little pressure and done very quickly, but this actually had me in tears.When she took me back to be waxed, she kept applying wax to old wax and ripping it off, vocally frustrated by my hair growth pattern. She did this to the point I started to actually bleed. I had to ask her to stop, because she was determined to get all the hair.I asked her at the beginning twice if it was long enough to be waxed and she said yes. However after causing me injury, she admitted I probably should have waited another few days. She then tried to wax my other armpit, and I completely refused. She then said I needed to come back five days later and she would wax me againWithin 24 hours my right armpit was inflamed, red, and incredibly painful. I was forced to wear tight long sleeves to keep the skin from rubbing. I dont know if she simply needs more experience or what, but it was very unpleasant. I messaged the company twice (and previously they have been extremely prompt with replies for reservations or questions) with pictures and got no response. I have no choice but to leave a negative review at this point.

I get my eyebrows threaded and/or tinted here all the time and they do a great job! But they convinced me this time to tint my eyelashes (I’m blonde) and showed me pictures of ones they had done and they looked incredible! After getting mine done, there is almost NO difference in the before and after and it was a total rip off of $25. I’ll keep getting my eyebrows done here, but will probably never do anything else.

First, what they call sugaring is not sugaring. Its just the same waxing sold for a higher price. Second, they said they call it sugaring because they use the sugar paste with the wax technique. False, I looked at what they used for sugaring and it was just normal wax. And last but not least, they try to do the process as fast as they can. I got home with lots of spots that havent been waxed.For the price ($129) this was a disappointing experience. I do not recommend.

This place is the only place I trust with my eyebrows! And my eyelashes. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They always help me do whatever fits me good, for example; When ever I tint my eyebrows, they always find the color that make my eyebrows look natural, full and thick!

This was my first time getting a Brazilian sugaring done and I Loved IT! I did not bleed and my skin did not peel. Drove two hours for it it and it was definitely worth it!

I’ve been about 12 times and I always leave happy!! The customer service is great and I never have to wait more than 5 minutes!! Definitely recommend!

I told the lady “I don’t want them thin” and she cuts them the thinnest ever. It was only her because the other lady was doing a facial. She cut the front of my eyebrow short. I told her about it and she was like “why they are fine that’s the natural shape of your eyebrows”. If you go I only recommend soñia. I left without even paying it was terrible.

This was my 3rd, and probably final time going here! I walked in at 6:30pm (they close at 7pm) and asked if they had time to do a full body wax. The lady went to the back to ask one of the other ladies that worked there, and then she came back and said they had time, and told me to go to the back. So, while I was getting waxed the lady was rushing because I guess one of the other ladies in the salon was rushing her to get me out of there by 7. So she only was able to do my Brazilian, and told me she didn’t have time to do the rest. When I asked if I could pay for the full body today, and come back tomorrow to get the rest done I was told that I could not, and it all had to be done on the same day! To me, this was very unprofessional because they told me they had time to do a full body wax but only gave me a Brazilian wax. However, Maggie was the lady who did my wax and was very nice but was rushed because of the the owner or whoever was telling her she had to hurry.
