When I made my order online, I chose any available waxer... The lobby is lovely... Upon arriving, I taken by Carissa... Very professional and a real sweetheart... She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed... I received a full face wax and a brazilian wax... Wasnt painful at all and she moved very quickly... I will be returning and specifically requesting for Carissa for all future visits...

I rarely take the time to write reviews but I have to brag on Tina. She is absolutely amazing! It can be extremely uncomfortable being exposed but Tina made me feel so relaxed. She is clean, thorough and very professional. I highly recommend her!

I had the Brazilian wax done. I was so nervous and scared all at the same time. TINA made my experience so worth it 💞💞. I got this done for my birthday that just past and my best friend decided to get one done with me. TINA made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me. She me laugh and calm all my nerves. I would definitely recommend Tina to people who are getting a Brazilian was for the 1st time. Now what I didn’t like was my best friend told me that the MANAGER AMBER knocked on the door (as I saw her do while I was waiting for her to finish) and told TINA that she don’t need her screaming cause she was scaring the customers away and that people was complaining. Now as I waited in the waiting room for her, nobody was complaining what so ever. Everybody that came in to get there service done went in did they business and left. One lady was actually laughing with me cause to me it was funny. For it to be her 1st time and she has a very low tolerance of pain, the manager should have came and checked on her to see if everything was ok. Cause I’m sure there have been plenty of people that yell and scream on there 1st time. Bottom line is it made me very unhappy cause not only did my best friend said it made her have a bad experience even through we had the same person and she loved Tina as well, it made her feel horrible about been loud and almost told her to stop she didn’t want to finish. As a manager that’s not how you go about telling somebody they don’t need somebody screaming. That was very unprofessional. Other than Amber been very rude, disrespectful and her unprofessional ways we love Tina and will be back in 4weeks to see her again.

I had made an appointment sometime this week for this Thursday I called Thursday morning and to confirm my appointment and the guy that answered was rude from the start and said I did not have an appointment and there was nothing he can do I explained to him I have it in my email and a screenshot of the time and day then I asked him how come my appointment got canceled and he said we don’t have nothing to do with the online booking corporate deals with that, I had previously made an apt online without a problem and he did not want to help me and he was quick to say you can speak to my manager when she gets in in!!! didn’t even apologize, I know he canceled my appointmentI will never come back

I have been rescheduled many time only to show up to people I didn’t not book with and individuals I requested not to have services completed by. Or to show up and be told my service can’t be done bc they day I was told is now booked. I have had to return bc hair was not properly removed.Very unprofessional!!

Let me start off with the positive side first…..my aesthetician TINA was absolutely AMAZING!!! ❤️❤️❤️ It was my very first time ever getting waxed and I was so nervous and she was very knowledgeable, professional and was so sweet and patient with me and I would recommend her to everyone especially to any FIRST TIMERS you are in great hands with her!!!(she really deserves a raise because you can tell she cares about what she does)…...what turned my first time experience from great to HORRIBLE was the MANAGER AMBER….she was extremely rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional!!!! As a manager you are supposed to make sure your customers feel comfortable and relaxed because this is a private and intimate experience but she made me feel completely uncomfortable. In the process of me getting my wax the manager AMBER made the extremely rude belittling remark that “I was scaring customers away” was completely uncalled for and unprofessional coming from a MANAGER…..had the manager AMBER asked was this my 1st time or tried to reassure me I was in good hands I would be praising the establishment. That is the type of behavior that all it takes is ONE BAD EXPERIENCE to leave a lasting impression and I will definitely say the manager AMBER left a horrible 1st impression….everyone tolerance level is different and should be taken into consideration. It’s a shame that the aestheticians understand that and have more compassion than the manager AMBER does but the belittling comment is proof that she doesn’t care about the customers…. I hope that this review goes to whomever needs to see this so that management can be better trained on being courteous, professional and making EVERYONE EXPERIENCE (NEW AND REGULARS) enjoyable……there is a right and wrong way to go about things and the manager AMBER handled that COMPLETELY WRONG!!!!

Drove 45 minutes into town to use this service. Single mother with no one to watch my child while I do this. Nothing online or during booking process saying that children cant come in. My child was masked.i was told due to covid kids cant come back. Fine whatever but put it somewhere in the policy. Not going back.

Upon arrival for my appointment that had been booked for 2 weeks I was told it had been canceled but they couldnt figure out why. But she did offer me a $40 credit on my next service. Just frustrated, but they do good work if you can get in.

DO NOT GO TO CARMEN!!! My appointment was at 10, I didnt get called back until 10:15 (no apology). Then she was rushing the whole time, being very rough. She didnt try to make me feel comfortable at all!!. Needless to say, I will not be back!!!

BAILEE did an amazing job on my Brazilian wax. Been a member since 2014 and by far she gave me the BEST experience. Five stars were not enough to rate her performance! She was fast and very proficient with letting me know when a “rough snatch” was coming up. I recommend her to anyone. She is my esthetician from here on out whenever I am home!

Ive had 20+ waxes at various locations in different states and I have never needed the same spot on my bikini area gone over 4 times in one session. My hair has always come up easy, and she even said it was coming up easy this time, and yet she kept going over the same area?? Ouch!Otherwise, the place was clean and the people were relatively friendly.

Great experience start to finish! Friendly and professional staff. *The wax really minimizes the pain! There was a mishap with their scheduling and I would have had to wait FOREVER, but the girls were very apologetic and made sure that didnt happen. No complaints!

When you pay close to $200 for a service you expect it to be thorough.. when I pointed SEVERAL spots that still had an excess of hair my “wax specialists” got an attitude and still left a lot of it behind. I don’t expect it to be perfect but I do expect them to professional. I won’t be back.

This place is fine for a standard body wax BUT DO NOT come here for an eyebrow wax. I came 2 weeks before my wedding and my brows are in shambles. Both of my arches were ripped out, half my right brow is is gone (bc she said she had a hard time seeing my light colored hairs) and my left brow is so high now smh. I cant believe I paid for this. You know it was a bad job when the specialist tells you itll look a lot better when I put makeup on it. What in the world!

I was hesitant about showing someone my lady area. Carmym did great! I highly recommend her. One of the receptionists did ask about buying a package but I definitely couldn’t afford to do that on the spot. They were running a special (you got your brows done for free with a purchase of another treatment). Also my first Brazilian was 1/2 off!!! My brows look great! My area is a little red but that’ll be gone by tonight I’m assuming . Will be back in 4 weeks. THANK YOU CARMYN!!

The people who work there are super super nice but their wax is no good for blonde/fine hairs. I told them there was still hair on my legs and she said it was protective hair and wax wont remove it. In fact THEIR wax didnt but another wax did. I wasted my money and time getting my legs waxed there.

Ive patronized this business at this location for nearly a year and theyre losing their touch. When I first started here, they were personable — calling to confirm appointments and letting me know of changes, especially ones that would affect me personally — the services were prompt and efficient and the staff was always nice. However, as of late, I never leave here completely satisfied and its mostly because of the lack of customer service. My first tiff with this center is when they switched to text-to-confirm messaging to confirm appointments. It seemed more of a way to convenience the business than it was to convenience the consumer and its very impersonal. I also notice a lack of staff continuity. Id say for the last three or four months there has been a new receptionist each time Ive gone, all of which have managed to rub me the wrong way. At my last appointment, I walked in and the receptionist did not even acknowledge me and I waited 10 minutes past my appointment time before someone else came from the back to check me in. To add insult to injury, I was checked in and told that my waxer, who I had been seeing for 10 months now and with whom I had a standing appointment, no longer worked there and they took it upon themselves to reschedule me with someone else — there was no courtesy call or forewarning. (The waxer I ended up with, Bridget, is absolutely wonderful and is the only pleasurable part of my visits.) Today, I finished my appointment and was given samples by my waxer. The receptionist, who is not anyone Ive seen in the last three months, asked me to give them to her so that she could keep track of them in the computer. I obliged, and then she counted the samples and told me, She gave you too many samples, I wont be giving you all of these. She then proceeded to recount and ration the samples as she saw fit. Now, while there may be a policy on the number of samples to be given, the fact of the matter is I already had the product in hand. I saw no reason for her to make such a fuss about an extra sample packet as if the sample budget comes from her very own paycheck! Ive said all of this to say, if youre planning on patronizing this business once, or every now and then, fine. Theres a chance youll experience half-way decent (at most!) customer service a time or two. But if youre a brand loyalist like me and value QUALITY and CONSISTENT customer service around the board , this isnt the center for you.

#1 Take-away from visiting European Wax Centers? DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE WAX PASS WHATEVER YOU DO! Say NO WAY LADY when they ask you if youre interested.I have had nothing but problems since I made that awful decision. I signed up in early August and paid the initial deposit in store, was supposed to be 1 auto-payment a month for 4 months. In September, I was not charged and by mid-October I still hadnt been charged and was pretty concerned that theyd charge me like $500 all at once so I decided it was best to cancel. I hadnt used all of the services my original deposit paid for, I should have come out okay!So I visited their website, filled out the form and waited for someone to contact me as the site stated. Days went by, I forgot and no one ever contacted me. A week or so later, I filled out another form and waited again- still no one called. Then... on Oct. 31, my card was charged +$250! Immediately called the store, waited for management to call me back, got impatient, called back and was finally able to reach someone in the store who told me their merchant charged cards by accident and the issue would be resolved. True enough, a week or so later the amount was refunded.I visited the store in December, at the counter paying for my service and the lady tells me I still have however many waxes left on my pass. I proceed to give her the run down, the manager reviews my account and tells me her system shows Ive been charged twice. Im not one of those people who has the luxury of being able to miss a payment that large being debited twice, ya know? She was blown away, looked in another system and saw I hadnt been debited. She assured me I was cancelled. Silly me, I believed her.Jan 9th, I looked at my bank statement and see theyve charged me $112 for the wax pass. Called the store, conveniently the managers are in an off-site meeting, left my number... I decided to try their corporate # again, I had tried back in October but no one ever answered, really shady/weird company. Much to my surprise, I reached Carly and she sent a form to the store and she sayyyys because the form comes from corporate, they will have to take contacting me seriously.4 business days later and I still had not heard from any manager... so I contacted the store again this morning - no manager available to speak with me, left my details once more. Decided to contact Corporate because I feel its important they understand there are issues with their franchises, not that they truly care... anyway, the employee I spoke with was very nice and helpful, she will be speaking with a manager between 12 - 1 PM today and is supposed to contact me, definitely not holding my breath.The most alarming part of this is that she again confirmed their payment systems/merchant accidentally made this charge - reported numerous customers had called about the charge made on the 9th. JUST SILLY! As soon as Im refunded, I will be getting a new debit card. Now we wait to see how long it takes to be refunded... Im exhausted with this! I guess its also important to say that Ive never had a GREAT wax here, always lots of hair left behind.

I was a first timer, for this location, and I had a pleasant experience. From the front desk staff being attentive and explaining everything very well to my waxer, April, who made sure I was comfortable and went through all of the products. My appt was completed in a timely manner while still being very thorough. When I was finished, I was checked out, quickly, and set up for my next appt. I WILL be back, as well as refer a few friends!!

My fiance made a 1:30pm appointment, was told if she was over 9 mins late her appointment would be cancelled. Arrived at 1:22pm, they took two walk-ins and the 2 oclock appointment first did not even acknowledge her appointment until I complained about the lack of professionalism, the receptionist reply was I just handle the phones and appointments, Finally took her at 2:05, will not be back.

My estheticians (Jennifer & Courtney) have been wonderful!! I encountered The Trainer, Murel (I believe was her name) & she needs to remain in the classroom & NOT the front desk face of your business! I had attempted to call to schedule an appointment with informing her if this upon my walk-in arrival. She asked if I left a message due to those are returned (not tire due to it took several days when Ive done that before) with a nasty little bite in her time; she attempted to up sale me on their products as I waited to go back w/ a product that will assist with the darkness...... (You havent seen my darkness so how do you know I have any??); as I was leaving she was making comments as I was being up sold again & when I informed them that I wasnt interested in being up sold, The Trainer stated that I was blocking my blessing as she made me feel she was doing me a favorite by giving me a sample product. JUST NASTY ALL OVER & OVER & OVER AGAIN!!

First time I came here was like two years ago for a Brazilian and I never went back because it wasnt bare. I moved back to Little Rock recently and decided to give it another try since it was so close to my place. Im glad I did. Courtney is awesome! Of course its a little awkward due to the nature of the service, but Courtney talks about other stuff and still does a clean job! Afterwards, she doesnt try to sell u a bunch of products but she does give advice to help you out for next visit. Calm, quiet place every time I have been there!

This was the worst eyebrow waxing experience I have had so far. I asked her to keep my brows thick and to clean them up around the edges. She gave me arches and my brows are extremely uneven and think! I know you dont get two of the same brows every time, but these brows look like they couldnt even be related. She went way to far up on my forehead with the wax as well as going down onto my cheek with the wax! She seemed to be in a rush and didnt seem to ask me enough questions about the style I wanted. Her manager was offilly nice about the situation and when I was explaining to her what I told the waxing girl I wanted the waxing girl sat there and shook her head no that I didnt say that I wanted my brows thick just cleaned up. They did however give me three free eyebrow waxes for my next visits, but I will not be going back.

Recently got a wax this past week; I set up an appt for 6:30 with Bri. I got there about 6:25 & was told “she was running behind” .. 35 almost 40 minutes later I finally go get my wax and I was told they changed my appt time to 6:45. The wax itself was average.

This place was terrible! Ive been getting brazillians for years and this is by far the worst service Ive ever gotten. The wax pot is a mess, the store is generally dirty, they use way too much powder and dont give you anything to clean up so youre walking out with its of wax in places you dont want it to be and covered in powder.
