This is a superb locally-owned business for rentals, repairs, and purchases!Everything Ive ever rented from them is in great repair. It starts and stays running. (Saves down time and frustration from working with stuff that doesnt.)Ive also bought a string trimmer (weed eater), backpack blower, and chainsaw from them. With each purchase, Mark (one of the owners) has spent the time necessary helping me make an appropriate selection for my intended usage. The trimmer and blower are over 10 years old and Ive NEVER had a problem with either one!Ive had them repair various gasoline powered yard/garden tools. Always great results!I have been exceedingly happy with Power Products for many years and strongly encourage you to support this local family-owned business for any repair, rental, or purchase needs. Their shop is a little off the beaten path, but 100% worth a few minutes of extra driving. Youll be glad you found them!

We rented a pull behind bush hog and these people were some of the nicest people we have ever worked with. Not only were their prices the best in central Arkansas they are very down to earth people here. Great locally owned rental store. They rented me a mini excavator for the weekend and it worked great. I will be renting from them again.

I have utilized their company both for hardware purchases and also service work. The parts I have ordered have worked perfectly for more than six months, and the welding work has received many positive comments from friends and fellow kayakers for the quality of the work.When I have had concerns or questions, the staff made every effort to accommodate changes, provide timely, and informed service.Looking at the negative reviews, I note that they only make defaming, and slanderous remarks, but do not describe why / what caused their rating. Rather childish. Did you even try to arbitrate with Power PRoducts before making your rating? Ive found them to be very reasonable.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME!! If you want to get ripped off, cheated, and talked down to, go here. They are the rudest group of people I have ever met. Not only are their prices for rentals and everything else ridiculous, they have cheated me out of money multiple times and deny it even though there is documented proof!! I would take them to court but it would end up costing me to win because of lawyer fees. I guarantee the owner posted the positive reviews because NO ONE would say that stuff. STAY AWAY! DONT END UP LIKE ME!!

Did a good job on some fence holes and a good price. I think I will be back instead of other big name stores.

I just called trying to find a replacement engine for my kids go kart . Whatever guy that answered the phone spoke to me like I was an idiot about engines when I proceeded to ask a question (Im a mechanic) ... Anyway he told me that the engine would probably have been discontinued. While that might be true he refused to check, and wouldnt even give me a chance to ask for an alternative that might work . Worst customer service Ive ever delt with !! It surprises me he has a job!
