Hugg & Hall provided our agency with exemplary service during our most recent food distribution. We distributed over over 9000 boxes of food to families and individuals throughout Arkansas. Hugg & Hall provided our agency with forklifts at the majority of our distribution sites and they were such a huge help. We were able to move thousands of pounds of food easily and safely, making the process of packing and distributing the boxes so much quicker. My reviews on the equipment industry are based not so much on my personal experience with having done business with them, as they are on calling on the business as a sales representative. This does give me a birds eye view of how their employees treat the customers that I see come in their doors when I call on them. I can say that Hugg and Hall works very hard to treat each customer the very best way possible and would do any thing to make sure that the customer gets a fair shake. If a customer is not pleased with the service or treatment that they received they should keep in touch with the company location and I know they will work with you to make things as fair as can be for all concerned.

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is the best. What a great company to do business with. We bought several forklifts from them and we were completely satisfied with the entire transaction. Terrible service. Dont keep parts in stock. Some of the mechanics act like they are guessing about how to repair equipment. Nickel and dime you to death on bill. What would there rating be if 3 of the 5 star ratings werent from people I know work for them

Dropped off a pice of equipment on a Friday told them exactly what was wrong no voltage on the out put side of the charger. Told them to order a charger, was told I would be called on Monday with a quote. Tuesday came around and they hadnt even looked at it. Wednesday came and they said its all fix ready to go. I asked is it charging? The SERVICE MANAGER said ummmm well as far as I know. I told them plug it in, the charger wasnt charging! These guys are complete idiots unprofessional and just plain and simply dumb. Go to the one in Texarkana if you can they are way better.
