Phenomenal custom service. Friendly from the second I walked in and helped me locate my equipment and the parts I needed for it. Would for sure come back here anytime I need anything for my CAT.

Would not recommend CAT service from Riggs at all. I have taken a machine that was functioning to them to get fixed. Now I am about to take them a check for over $3700 and my machine will not even move. They did offer for another $2000 on top of the $3700 to put it back just as it was. At that point I would spend $5700 with them for absolutely nothing. I would recommend anything else over this place.

Recently Kawasaki moved in with them. Staff is great and helpful. The service manager goes above and beyond to help his customers. Would have given 5 stars but another service employee just seemed to not care about the work and had to bring my bike back more than once. Still the issue was resolved.

Went in to pick up a mini excavator that was as rented and almost left with a new side by side lol. Great people and all are willing to help and every employee will talk to you say hi and ask you about your day.
