Ive had several cleaning sessions since due to my own neglect and they are careful to make sure Im not in pain. I will recommend LRFDC to everyone I know.

All of the doctors and hygienists I met were wonderful and caring. They worked with me on a plan that fit my schedule and financial capability. I had 4 cavities filled and a crown placed and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure.

When I walked into this one they made me feel like I was cared for, and listened to me. They got to me fast, and Gavin was so helpful and kind to me. I was super skeptical about going to Little Rock Family Dental when our family dentist join the practice, but I’m so glad I did. Office is so well run and the new hygienist I saw was terrific! I needed to get a tooth checked so I was worked in on Friday. Dr. Murphy (my regular dentist is Trammel) and his assistant took excellent care of me. An exam and X-ray identified my tooth as cracked and a must extract case, which was done quickly and painlessly! Dr. Murphy even called me that evening to check on me. I also needed a wheel chair and was accommodated so sweetly. Great experience I appreciated!!Always thankful for Dr. Trammel and Tammy, who we have been going to for years!

No masks during a pandemic. I had an appointment on June 30 with a Dr Wright. Walked in the office and nobody behind the desk was wearing a mask. I noticed that hardly anyone had a mask on except for a few patients in the waiting room. I asked one of the girls behind the desk behind the desk what their mask policy was and she told me that masks were optional. I told her to cancel my appointment. I will look for a dentist who follows science, not politics.

Gentle dental care. Also, a team of specialists work within the practice, so anything you need can be taken care of right there. State of the art equipment means shorter wait for custom dental work. Wish Id known about them years ago.

Very friendly and great service. I felt comfortable the minute I walked in. The lady at the front desk made checking in easy and was friendly! Tori, the dental assistant is cool and made me feel so welcomed! Dr. Gibson was funny and also made me feel very comfortable. Hillary cleaned my teeth and we managed to have a fun conversation about wine! Overall was a great experience, I highly recommend this dental group!

I didnt have an appointment today,I just went to turn new patient paperwork. The Receptionist asked me if I would like to be seen today. The tech tat took me back apologized for making me wait (under 10 minutes). Dr Scallion saw me - he was very nice and told me what he was going to do. My husband was impressed as well. We will be making them our dentist from now on.

I had my first visit at Little Rock Family Dental today, I was impressed from the front door to the dental chair. My visit was with Dr. Scallion and he was wonderful, caring and compassionate, I felt really good in my spirit about him and I appreciate his honesty as well. I cant remember the Hygienist name, however, she was wonderful, very sweet and kind. I will for sure make this my dental home.

Sarah Beth was wonderful; for a dental trauma patient, it was first time I didnt cry or have anxiety issues! Thats Huge for me who usually has to be sedated practically for even such a simple thing. Thanks to all the friendly staff for making today one of victory for me!

I had to have surgery to remove my wisdom teeth. They have been causing me so much pain for years, but I worried I could not afford the surgery. The office also worked with me on payment so I could make it work. Catherine Touchstone deserves a raise, and the anesthesiologist was very helpful and informative.

I strongly recommend going elsewhere. They have completely incompetent front desk and financial staff and no reputable record system. They have no idea what service they’ve provided to you unless you tell multiple people and they don’t send paperwork ahead of procedures or tell you that you will have $800+ balance due at check in. They leave that little surprise for when you show up to an appointment when you’ve taken two days off work to have surgery. I had to tell two different people before my surgery that THEY had already pulled my tooth and twice again when I showed up for implant surgery. Sadly, this is the only endodontist in central Arkansas that accepts military insurance but it’s worth paying completely out of pocket to go somewhere you’re respected and that can keep up with the services they have provided to you.

I was pleasantly surprised at how atintive and helpful everyone was at Little Rock Family Dental. I loved Dr. Murphys bed wide manner he made me feel comfortable because I went in thinking the worst and came out feeling so relieved at the low cost that was put before me. Thank goodness for Dr.Machen and team at Little Rock Family Dental. If you have any ANXIETY about dentists, this is the place for you! From Jerrilyn(sp) at the front desk welcoming you, to Catherine(the hardest working and kindest soul walking the earth) seriously, everyone is fabulous. I had a temp crown built in front of me and she took pride in matching it and getting the perfect fit! But THE BEST PART about choosing this place for my care is having Dr Machen call me when the dentist I was using in house was booked out. He made sure I was seen sooner and relieved of the excruciating pain. DOES YOUR DENTIST call you and ask you to text him if you’re in pain and want to be seen sooner? Unmatched. How about Saturday appointments? After hours? My teeth have gone to hell from being so terrified of seeing a dentist, now I have the A team fixing my smile and making sure I’m completely at ease as they do. I could never repay them for giving me my smile back! But since I have to pay...at least they offer financing(CareCredit) and I can make payments! Ha.

Been going here for 25+ years. They are always friendly, listen to me, answer questions, and seem to do the best job possible. I was supposed to have a root canal at one point, but the endodontist didnt do it because he thought the tooth was still viable and actually had me come in more than once to make sure, so they dont do what isnt needed. They dont use any of the old silver filling material, so they will charge the extra if thats all your insurance will cover.

I went back for after root canal issues and was treated horribly. The only excuse I can come up with is fear of law suit for his behavior. Any other reason is inexcusable. I will never grace their doors again.
